You shouldn't be so paranoid. People aren't out to get you, people just make selfish decisions sometimes because people aren't perfect. Many people try to do the right thing but sometimes their want for something overrides their feelings of guilt. I've felt like you before, I think it comes from being betrayed so many times in life. Don't detach yourself from everyone else, that's a shitty life to live, just be careful and know that good people are capable of doing bad things.
