I do a full body workout every five days of lifting and then cardio. This gives me three days of rest in between workouts. Often on the second rest day I'll do more cardio on my elliptical machine, as the legs recover faster than the upper body. I feel that the elliptical machine is a safer option then running 'cause it's easier on the joints.

To be fair, at least they are bringing up the retirement age of women too. Life is no doubt hard in Russia but I think in a lot of ways it's more fair also. I've been playing around with a little bit of code. I hope this whole shit-show of a country collapses. I don't see how it won't with the way it's being run. In 10 or 20 years, Russia and China will be kicking our asses all over the place. I just hope American men become smart enough not to defend this evil government we have. women are getting tremendous discounts, if not a free ride.
