I have set a boundary twice now and you have not respected it Oh, no, did I hurt your feelings? You don't care about men's issues or rights at all, so I don't care about you or your feelings. Also enjoy my downvote.

You said "there are actually health benefits" and that it was just a "useless bit of skin", and that guy isn't my alt. I noticed you still didn't address my basic point about bodily autonomy. Do better.

It's because, like most radfems, she only cares about women and is unwilling to admit that there are lots of double standards that harm men.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/24 10:08 AM

Even if there were, it is unethical to make that choice for another person without their consent. You feminists constantly whine when you feel your consent has been violated, yet are so cavalier about violating the consent of boys. It's surprising to see someone who is Irish defending circumcision, and the so-called medical benefits have been debunked. Cutting out the breast buds of baby girls would prevent a huge amount of cancer, but it would still be a horribly unethical thing to do.

Isn't it funny how she seems to believe in bodily autonomy for women, but not for men. Typical for feminists, most of whom barely hide their misandry...

I'm not the same as the other guy, but you don't get to cry about women's bodily autonomy when you're fine with violating men's. Fair is fair.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/24 09:58 AM

I am not. Why aren't you willing to answer my question as to whether or not you think circumcising an infant is unethical? Why shouldn't bodily autonomy be for both genders?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/24 09:57 AM

I made that thread before you clarified that you actually did actively cut her out of your life because you objected to what she did, based on the comments you made at the time I posted that thread, it seemed like she was offended and so drifted away from you. I wouldn't make that thread today, but I'm not going to delete it because it got a lot of good comments.

Circumcision is excruciatingly painful, as infants cannot be given adequate aesthetic. Answer the question, do you think that infant circumcision is unethical because it violates bodily autonomy or not? (the purpose of the husband stitch isn't to cause pain for the woman, it's to increase pleasure for the man. I don't approve of it, would never do it to my own wife if I ever had one, but until the circumcision of minors is eradicated as a practice, I am not willing to put one drop of effort into…

Good. Most feminists are pro or indifferent, but many prominent right-wing women (Candace Owens, Kaitlyn Bennett, Alex Clark, etc...) have spoken out against it. Almost as if feminists/left-wing women do not care about men and boys, who woulda thunk it?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/24 08:44 AM

It's not just that...there's not anything that society cares more about when it happens to men than when it happens to women, and there are tons of things that society cares more about happening to women than to men.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/24 08:34 AM

I thought we were having a serious conversation, but no thinking adult could make this many absurd, logically fallacious, completely unrelated comments and be serious about the conversation. You're wrong about this. If women deserve bodily autonomy, so do men, and infant circumcision should be banned. Why do you support infant circumcision. Look at how immodest common women's swimwear is, and almost no one ever criticizes them for wearing it or posting pictures of it on social media. What I said was that circumcision reduces pleasure by 2/3 (i.e. it leaves you with only 1/3 of your pleasure), not that it means 2/3 of mean aren't having sex lives. Even if men do have more casual sex, most of them enjoy it less, for the aforementioned reasons. Having a lot of casual sex indicates poor self-control and an unwillingness to delay gratif…

It's funny how women whine about bodily autonomy when it's men who bear the brunt of it. We're the ones getting our genitals chopped up, we're the ones who got drafted to go die horrible deaths in war, etc... Feminists are whiny crybaby BlTCHES!

Close to 75% of male babies born in the US are circumcised, that's not a slight majority. IntactAmerica did a study, and many babies are circumcised by OB-GYNs in the first year of life, not in the hospital shortly after birth, so the official statistics are inaccurate.

By not reacting negatively to men making sexual comments to them or slapping their asses, since they think it's okay to do that to men.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/24 09:04 AM

Because women are the dominant, socially favored sex, so it's on them to reach a hand out to us first. And I'm glad it was an active removal, and sorry for misunderstanding that, but the way you worded it, saying you just gradually drifted apart because she was offended, made it seem like you didn't actively remove her. So I'm sorry for misunderstanding that, and I thank you for your failed attempt to save her son, but you worded it in a way that made it hard to understand.

I never said you should have gotten into a physical fight, I said you should have called her a bad person and said you were unwilling to be friends with someone who would do that to her son. "Drifted apart" makes it sound like you were still friends, you just talked a little less, not like you cut her out of your life for committing an act of sexual violence against her own child. Why were you friends with her in the first place? I have high standards when it comes to issues that I care about be…

/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/24 07:26 AM

That's not really true...anyone who tries to shame a woman for sleeping around these days is going to be verbally eviscerated for "slut shaming", and so few men are able to hook up with tons of women that even if this were an actual double standard, most men wouldn't be able to benefit from it. Also consider the fact that most American men have had 2/3 of their sexual pleasure destroyed by routine infant circumcision. What you were supposed to do is say "what you did was disgusting, and I'm not willing to be friends with someone who does that" Why should I care about women's issues when even women who do care somewhat about men's issues don't see them as worth ending a friendship over?

Women were never second class citizens, even when you people couldn't vote, you also weren't drafted and sent to die in some distant land. Men and women weren't treated the same 200 years ago, but each had some advantages and disadvantages.

Let's say I had a friend who was planning to rape a woman, I told him not to, and he ignored me. Hey man, how about you head over to AskFeminists and ask them how they feel about male circumcision? If you're polite and ask the question plainly and without dripping disdain for their existence you might be surprised at what they say. Don't ask them what they're DOING about it, that isn't their job, but ask if they'd like to see it banned or restricted, see what they say. My point was that they already barely got sympathy- primarily from men- and that is a problem. They would have gotten even less sympathy had they been victimized by women. If this is what you really think, it makes me sad. You're missing out on how great it can actually be. This mindset is exactly what keeps women from bothering to engage with men. Did you remain friends with her after she did that to her son? I won't hold her not listening against you, but if you remained friends with someone who did that to her son after being told about the harms, I would hold that against you, so did you? Why does that make me naive?

Well, my posts here are one example of male advocacy, but that's not all, an intactivist website used to send anonymous emails to expecting couples, and I had some anonymous emails sent to some friends and family who were expecting babies. And you also didn't say whether your advocating against circumcision actually saved your friend's son, so whether you effectively advocated for the boy is unclear to me.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/24 08:19 AM
1

I noticed you dodged my question about whether you were able to convince your friend to leave her son intact. Why is that? If the spouse changes after marriage, that's one thing, but the vast majority of husbands who don't help with housework started out as boyfriends who didn't help with housework.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/24 08:17 AM

Proof?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/24 03:14 AM

Because it ignores the way that society is far kinder to men than to women. Women trying to portray themselves as an oppressed class is really no different than white Southerners trying to portray themselves as an oppressed class during Reconstruction.

Were you able to get your friend to leave her son intact? Thank you for trying to protect him, perhaps I was wrong to judge you as a misandrist. Most baby boys born in the US are still mutilated, 21.5% of Americans think it is wrong to do as of 2021. If a woman marries a man who won't help around the house, it's kind of her fault for choosing to marry him. If you want a husband who will do housework, you should check that he's willing to do it before you get married. I don't agree with the husba…

/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/24 12:55 AM

Red pill ideology has a lot more bearing in reality than blue pill ideology does. Women are better at feigning empathy than men, i.e. to fool a researcher, boyfriend, etc...but they are not any more actually empathetic than men, and in fact, when you compare the way they treat us to the way we treat them, they are clearly far less empathetic, at least towards the opposite sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/24 12:54 AM
1

No, red pill ideology actually has some bearing in reality. Astrology has none. Same with human biodiversity - it has a lot of scientific basis, even if it is often stretched into the realm of pseudoscience. ASStrology is just garbage. Do you have proof for women being better at empathy?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/24 12:43 AM

Will you at least admit that circumcising minors is morally wrong? If you can think of gendered examples of men treating women like shit, post them.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/24 12:37 AM

I'm taking that as an admission that you haven't.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/24 12:34 AM

Terry Crews and Brendan Fraser were both harassed/groped by other men. Had they been harassed/groped by women, they would have gotten zero sympathy. Sex with women vs on/at women is the same thing. Your penis goes in her vagina. Why not women try learning to if not embrace, at least tolerate, a lot of what men are okay with? With the exception of a few people who are very much not part of mainstream modern feminism (i.e. Camille Paglia, Christina Hoff Sommers), I haven't seen feminists ever tryi…
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 11:36 PM

It's only very fringe men who have advocated for taking away women's voting rights, whereas most feminists are pro-circumcision or at least neutral about it, while still whining "my body my choice" when it comes to ending the lives of their own children. Circumcision isn't part of Catholicism. I actually like Jews despite their religion mandating circumcision, but ultimately, your right to swing your fist (practice your religion) only extends as far as someone else's nose (penis), and if a Jewis…
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 11:30 PM

I still want to acknowledge that you guys have it worse in that regard, with being called names and insulted for even speaking out, being told you should feel lucky, etc. But I just feel like we all have it pretty shit, we just got some semblance of order sort of starting to emerge when it comes to punishing men for this behavior, and near 0 accountability for women still. Thank you, I am upvoting this comment.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 11:22 PM

But women had something men don't. Look up Lysistrata. Women can collectively manipulate men by withholding sex, which doesn't work the other way around since most women don't seem to really enjoy sex with men anyway.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 11:20 PM
1

And men are, on average, far nicer to women than women are to men, and society reinforces this from day one, from "ladies first", to "don't hit a girl back even if she hits you", to "female circumcision is a horrible crime, male circumcision is fine", etc...
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 11:19 PM

Also, ADHD is way overdiagnosed, especially in boys. It's a very rare diagnosis in France, and they're doing fine there. I do wonder, deep down, if now that claiming to have ADHD or depression can give you clout on TikTok, if women have started claiming it for that reason.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 11:13 PM

And what does the fact that women are far more likely than men to believe in astrology say about their intelligence and rationality?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 11:12 PM

It is equivalent, you are allowing your misandry to blind you to the truth.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 11:11 PM

Still doesn't compare to routine infant circumcision - the nonconsensual removal of healthy, functional, sensitive genital tissue done at the whim of the parents, and usually the mother specifically.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 11:10 PM

Well, if it's frivolous when they do it to us (as you seem to think)...
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 08:18 PM

That is a very rare occurrence and women do the same to men. I find your lack of empathy for men disturbing.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 08:17 PM

If it happened to me again, I would just touch her right back. What's good for the gander is good for the goose.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 08:16 PM

Women fake empathy more than men, but most people who call themselves "empaths" are really sociopaths/psychopaths who are narcissist and get off on thinking "I'm such a good person".
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 08:14 PM

Prove that you have empathy for men.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 08:13 PM

Read my OP again for examples of women behaving in a way that shows a lack of empathy for men and boys.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 08:13 PM

So men should be socially stigmatized more because we are stronger, even though we are socially forbidden from using our strength against women?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 08:12 PM

I keep saying this, but if unwanted hugging is sexual assault, as I've been told it is on more than one occasion, I'm sexually assaulted a couple of times most weeks. Mothers especially are bad about this when it comes to their teenage/young adult sons. You should just go up to one of those women and hug her with no warning and see how she reacts.
/r/MensRights31/12/23 08:12 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:59 PM

Women can learn to stop feeling threatened by frivolous things, then, if it's so frivolous when they do the same to men. It's not fair that every double standard is harsher on men.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:56 PM

Then women need to get over themselves and stop letting frivolities creep them out.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:53 PM

Because none of the double standards are even in favor of men, and why should I care if it turns real dark for women? They don't care about us. I would never hurt a woman, but unless that woman was a close relative of mine, I would not care one bit if another man did.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:52 PM

Thank you for this comment! One of the best people in my life was a gay man. Friendly, smart, empathetic, supportive. It's really irritating for me to watch straight women constantly being homophobic and then complaining when someone is "misogynistic" against them, never mind that "misogynist" nowadays mostly means a man women don't like.
/r/MensRights31/12/23 07:50 PM

Women want men to plead, to feel the thrill of our need. It's rare to find a song that is actually an accurate depiction of how women treat men, given that most music these days is geared at teenage girls, so of course it's all about trying to make women feel good. Alice Cooper's "Poison" is one of the few mainstream songs that is accurate towards how women treat men.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:48 PM

They do it on purpose, it's seems they get their kicks from hurting men.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:47 PM

That only benefits the small percentage of men who sleep with a lot of women, though. And I don't think it matters if women, as a sex, spent a long time sexually repressed, none of the women in my age group lived through that.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:45 PM

Feminists advocated against misandry being classified as a hate crime in the UK, feminists support routine infant circumcision while whining about their own bodily autonomy, feminists are completely fine with double standards against men.

So what do men get in compensation for the double standards always being against us? (and the drunk driver thing has nothing to do with gender, someone I know lost a sibling to a FEMALE drunk driver)
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:40 PM

Still, if 64% of the men victimized by prison staff were victimized by female prison staff, it's still mostly females doing it to men. Male guards cannot conduct strip searches of women, so why can female guards conduct strip searches of men?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:39 PM

The satisfactory answers are Punish women more harshly for being creepy and abusive towards men Encourage men to be creepy towards women to give them a taste of their won medicine
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:38 PM

And your anecdotal evidence doesn't prove that men are more creepy, either.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:36 PM

Marriage has historically been understood by both women and men as consent to sex. Men who grab women by the pussy almost never get away with it...President Trump was caught talking about it on camera, but if he had actually been caught doing it on camera, he would have been arrested.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:35 PM

If you identify with the feminist label, you are not pro-men, for the same reason that someone who identifies with the KKK label isn't pro-black.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 09:32 AM

Exactly, and that's why I am not one bit disturbed by anything a man does to a woman. I would never harm a woman myself, but I wouldn't intervene if another man was.
/r/MensRights31/12/23 09:31 AM

Your source is bad. Here's a better one.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 09:30 AM

But at least you get a decade of being on top (assuming you keep yourself in good shape physically, which is within your control). Men get no time being on top.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 09:29 AM

Because society is kinder to women who are a bit "different" than it is to men who are a bit "different". Women who are neurodivergent but still functional (i.e. ADHD, Aspergers, OCD, etc...) are seen as quirky. Men who are neurodivergent but still functional are seen as weird losers. (full disclosure, I am neurotypical, but this is what I have observed).
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 09:28 AM

Well, if you were hit by a drunk driver or robbed, that has nothing to do with you being a woman. Drunk drivers are drunk and aren't intentionally trying to hit anyone. Robbers, again, are trying to steal stuff from whoever they think they can. Did you even read my anecdotes about being sexually harassed by women in the OP?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 09:27 AM

Women absolutely can rape men. Sure, it's harder, but women can grab our genitals, sodomize us anally with various objects, and even force us to penetrate on rare occasions (although usually it's hard since a flaccid penis cannot penetrate a vagina)
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 09:26 AM

The fundamental problem I'm running up against here is that the vast majority of women lack empathy for men, even their own sons. Grandmothers seem to be the one big exception. Aunts and cousins, too, to a lesser extent.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 09:25 AM

I'm asking because this thread was about women sexually harassing men, and you had no flair so I didn't know if you were a woman or a man. You have a startling lack of empathy for men.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 09:24 AM

Why do you say this? What have you seen?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 08:49 AM

Have you ever sexually harassed a man? (read my OP for examples of the sexual harassment I have been on the receiving end of, and answer if you have ever done that to a man)
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 08:49 AM
2

And literally every time I have ever been sexually harassed it has been because of a woman. The plural of anecdote isn't data.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 08:48 AM

I have seen no indication that most American women would ever be okay with men being part of a discussion on sexual harassment as victims.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 08:47 AM

We are.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 08:46 AM

Are you male or female? You have no flair.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 08:46 AM

To me a feminist is a woman who is hostile towards men's rights. Sure, some women are good, my grandmothers are good, for example, but good women do not identify as feminists.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 08:45 AM

Well, do you post sexually suggestive content on your social media? i.e. bikini photos, etc... If so, the reason men message you sexual shit is because you make yourself seem easy and open to it.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 08:45 AM

"Creepy" seems to just be a way for women to shut down men they don't like.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 08:43 AM

The rules around sexual harassment are fundamentally a double standard against men. This is why I don't care if women are mistreated by men - because society allows them to treat us far worse than it allows us to treat them.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 08:43 AM

Why should we care about women when the vast majority of them don't care about us?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 08:41 AM

You have no actual rebuttal, hence the personal insult.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 08:41 AM

Let me ask you a question...have you ever smacked a man's ass without his consent? Have you ever asked sexual questions or made sexual advance to a man you weren't in a sexual relationship with?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 08:02 AM
10

So then women shouldn't mind when men do comparable things to them. If women feel threatened by men, it's an example of feminist fragility.
/r/MensRights31/12/23 07:55 AM
7

Feminists are disgusting.
/r/MensRights31/12/23 07:52 AM

I bet you can't name even one time when a man was genuinely a threat to you...
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:40 AM
6

Feminists are sick. They want to hurt us, just to hear us screaming their names. I completely agree that circumcision is worse than rape, of course, feminists refuse to listen, but I have already written them off as serious thinkers.
/r/MensRights31/12/23 07:40 AM

Proof? and even if it was, that only effects people who choose to have children. There are no double standards in favor of men that effect childless 20-year-olds such as myself.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:39 AM

The only social media I am regularly on these days is Snapchat.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:38 AM

Pretty much all of what feminists say about men is really just projection of the way they treat men.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:38 AM

Do you have any proof for your assertion?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:38 AM

But why should I care about women when they don't care about men? Men who use their physical advantage to dominate women become pariahs at best and prisoners at worst, so that is not a valid excuse for the double standard.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:37 AM

Society rewards women playing the victim yet condemns men for it, can you think of even one man who was sexually harassed by a woman who became national news? I can think of lots of women harassed by men, and even some men harassed by other men (i.e. Terry Crews), but there is not one example of a famous woman ever being called to account for being creepy towards men?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:37 AM

But that's not fair to men, given that every double standard is against us. Also, keep in mind that men who use their physical might to dominate women become pariahs if not prisoners, so that's not a valid excuse.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:36 AM

You have the "in return" backwards. Women treat men like shit (with some rare exceptions, mostly grandmothers and their grandsons, aunts and their nephews, and cousins), and so men don't care about them. If women would start treating men with respect, most men would be happy to do the same for you people.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:35 AM

Maybe women need to stop being so sensitive and accept when men talk to them the way they talk to us, or else, they need to stop talking to us in a way that makes them uncomfortable when we talk to them like that. I don't care which one it is, as long as we are equal.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:34 AM

This is a good comment, but a lot of feminists don't understand that the reason so many young men hate them is because of the blatant double standards against men that they don't care to rectify.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:34 AM

Neither will 99.99% of women.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:33 AM

Because no one cares if women sexually harass men. Why raise my voice if no one will care?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:33 AM

If women have no empathy for men, why should we empathize with you? I am what you made me.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:32 AM

That still doesn't make a double standard against men fair. The vast majority of creepy men never escalate it beyond comments or groping.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:32 AM

At this point, it's too late, but when the woman asked me if I was circumcised, I asked her about her pubic hair in return, which made her very uncomfortable, but sadly r/AmITheAsshole banned me for speaking truth to power.
/r/MensRights31/12/23 07:31 AM

Thank you!
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:31 AM

Yeah, sure, I can definitely get something by going to the boss for my summer job in high school and be like "this girl smacked my ass 4 years ago".
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:30 AM

Fair enough. I don't know what religion you are, I'm Protestant albeit fairly secular, but God bless you, brother.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:30 AM

That doesn't mean it's okay for there to be double standards. Men aren't socially permitted to use our superior size and strength against women, so they shouldn't be able to hold it against us.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:29 AM

I am what you (females) made me. You are the privileged, socially favored group. It is on you to reach out and try to help men. If feminists genuinely tried to help men, I wouldn't hate them, but, as someone who has had a fairly difficult and unpleasant life, people have to show me that they are worthy of being trusted and viewed with anything other than contempt. You might think this is cruel, but it is a form of self-defense for me. If feminists showed that they were worthy of my respect, I wo…
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:29 AM

These incidents were years ago.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 03:25 AM
16

Either women need to let us talk to them the way they talk to us, or they need to stop talking to us like that.
/r/MensRights31/12/23 03:24 AM
6

This is exactly what I'm talking about, thank you!
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 03:24 AM
2

Your evidence is just as anecdotal as mine, but I will say that having my butt slapped is way worse than being catcalled, since there is a physical element.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 03:23 AM
1

So then women should put in effort to become comfortable with men flirting with them in a more aggressive manner.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 03:23 AM
1

That is what you have seen, it's not what I have seen.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 03:22 AM
6

Good, because I don't.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:36 AM

Actually women are more likely than men to become sloppy drunks since their bodies metabolize alcohol less efficiently.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:36 AM
1

I can't find it, care to provide a link?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:35 AM
4

Because I just can't stand seeing women get away with things men can't. I'm tired of the way our society treats them better than it treats us. Women should learn to understand that if it's okay for them to aggressively flirt with men, it's okay for us to do the same to them. If it's not okay for us to do it to them, it shouldn't be okay for them to do it to us. Find a consistent standard and stick to it.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:34 AM
3

How specifically were you harassed, and what was the relationship of the person doing it do you, and how did the other people there respond?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:33 AM
7

Name one standard that is more lenient for men than for women in modern America.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:33 AM
3

Society in general.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:33 AM
3

What don't you think happened? You can look up the Lawson article on Gearon that I referenced, and pretty much any man who has been around women in social settings has had the kind of experiences I have
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:32 AM
5

Because men actually are the victims in modern America
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:32 AM
22

This is a good example of what I'm talking about...thank you!
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:31 AM
3

Because feminists would prevent anything from being done to stop women from sexually harassing men even if we tried, just like they have always shut down any attempts to help men. They don't just not care about us, they are actively hostile towards us and want us to suffer.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:49 AM
8

The greatest trick feminism ever played was convincing people that women are more empathetic and less creepy than men.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:48 AM
10

So then why should I, as a man, care when other men are creepy towards women, seeing as women don't care when other women are creepy towards men?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:48 AM
4

Why should men care about women being harassed when women don't care about men being harassed?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:47 AM
5

But how is that fair when the double standards always favor women? There is not a single double standard in modern America that favors men.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:46 AM
2

That still doesn't mean women should be able to get away with being creepy, and the odds of a woman being harmed on a date are very low, so no, it doesn't take any courage at all for a woman to go on a date with a stranger, given that first dates almost always happen in public places. The problem is that even though men are bigger and stronger, we get no benefits from it since our society frowns on the use of physical aggression, but we still are held to a different standard because of it.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:45 AM
4

huh?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:43 AM
2

Have you ever had a man just smack your butt/ask you about your genitals in front of a bunch of people and no one cared?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:43 AM
7

Men who accuse women of sexual harassment receive far less empathy than women who accuse men of sexual harassment.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:43 AM

I'm so sick of female privilege.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:42 AM
1

Exactly!
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 12:52 AM

So essentially women get away with more just because men are physically larger and stronger. That's not fair. I don't deserve to be held to a higher standard, under tighter scrutiny, just because I happen to be larger and stronger than most women. And we're not even that much larger - the average man is only 5 inches taller than the average woman, that's not even the height of an iPhone these days. It's just very hard for me to empathize with women who are groped/harassed because they do it to u…
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 12:52 AM
5

Go to a bar or nightclub with a lot of drunk women, and you'll see it.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 12:50 AM
5

Because it's not really taken seriously by most.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 12:50 AM
1

But most women do feel victimized if a man calls them sexy or hot.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 12:49 AM
6

It would be annoying but when feminists complain about sexual objectification I don't think they quite get how much more dehumanizing it is to be thought of as a pervert or something just for existing. Exactly!
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 12:49 AM
1

Men report it a lot less because we aren't taken seriously when we do.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 12:01 AM
21

A lot of deeply messed up people (especially women) go into the healthcare industry because it gives them power over other people's bodies. No mentally healthy person would want to have a job where they routinely chop off the tip of infant penises.
/r/MensRights31/12/23 12:01 AM
6

Because men don't report it as much, so the data is worthless.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 12:00 AM
2

But if you did it to a woman, there would be Hell to pay. That's a double standard against men, yet women claim we are the privileged ones.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 11:59 PM

And that's exactly why I have a hard time feeling sorry for women who get groped by men, seeing as they do it to us just as much, if not more, and almost never suffer any consequences for it. I would never grope a woman myself, but I don't get upset when other men do.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 11:59 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
