This is something I’ve still struggled with, and it has definitely limited my dating pool in the South. A lot of people get married early here (like 19-22), and then ultimately get divorced in their mid-to-late 20s. I actually met someone a couple of days ago that I would very heavily consider dating, but she has a two year-old. I’m also not in a place yet to date anyway, but it definitely opened my eyes a little bit that single mom doesn’t equal bad. Who knows what’ll happen in the future thoug…

I wouldn’t say I was very successful at using the Red Pill, more so as to why I latched onto it. It was moreso “I want her to do xyz, and if I follow the red pill she will do xyz more”

This was pretty much my only truly serious relationship where I deeply cared about the other person, I had relationships before but it never was that bad, and then I had a relationship and a couple situationships after she left me, but I really did not care about them and it was simply an unhealthy distraction method. I've been single for the past several months; I have really bad codependency issues and impulse control that contributed to my behavior and falling into the redpill trap. I've made…

One thing really only reminded me that comes to mind, but one of his talking points is that you want to find a woman that helps you become the man you want to be, not the man that she wants you to be, and that is a good partner. He said that even his wife will occasionally try to get him to be the man that she wants over the man that he wants to be, and that it’s important to recognize the difference. He said the majority of the time she has been very supportive though, that’s about it. Not sure…

I haven’t watched too much of his stuff about women, the stuff I have watched involving women are more about what healthy women like in men and what would make a good partner in a woman. He also has a wife he talks very glowingly about, and he has women on his show to talk about certain topics too, I haven’t looked into those guests backgrounds but they seem to be specialists in their subject field. With that said, there are some things he says that remind me of RP ideologies, so I was curious o…

That’s why I fell in so deep to it, some parts of it I felt were right, so I thought “well everything must be right then” and just followed it blindly. I didn’t have any self-esteem and I relied heavily on external validation, so I was a huge follower of anything really. I look back at it and think about how toxic that environment was, I didn’t know any better but I still can’t believe I fell for it.

For one of my jobs I actually work with a lot of women often (I’m only around the office there maybe 5-6 hours per week, though), and I get along well with all of them. The whole office will even go out sometimes and I’ve had a good time with them (men and women) and even opened up to one of the women there on a night out, and she did the same with me. The problem is when I start to be interested in someone, that’s when all of these thoughts start coming up and I judge every move. I’m big on not…

I have work friendships with female colleagues and clients, but it doesn’t extend past a professional setting. I’m in a male-dominated field and I work pretty much non-stop on a company after my day job, so I don’t really have time to make friends unfortunately, with either gender

I don’t really watch it anymore, haven’t in over a year, I really quit when my relationship ended. It’s all lingering stuff that I am trying to work on but I’m also too busy to fully process it too

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
