There isn't anything inherently wrong with the idea of being an incel. But, since most cultures, especially western, evaluate masculinity at least in part on how sexually active/successful a man is, being involuntarily celibate is something that feels bad to the majority of guys whom exist in that state. Not everybody that is "incel" in that strict definition is that way for any malicious reason, but enough are celibate as a result of glaringly bad personality traits that it's pretty much assume…
