Everyone in the sub says this but most women date around their age bracket. The idea that men become fucking machines at the age of 30 is some bs thrown around to aleviate the fear of being alone.

Yeah I know that but how do you solve not being in a relationship. Like I'm not depressed or anything like that but it's a major insecurity for me. I enjoy improving myself but that insecurity is always there.

I am trying to get into more things but honestly Idek why I've never had a girlfriend and it's a major insecurity for me. Like I know I'm handsome now but I just kinda feel like nobody wants me because of ugly duckling syndrome. Hell I look at pictures of myself a few months ago and I cringe at how bad I looked. I'm still grinding but Idk it would just be nice to have someone I can spend time with.

If it's not for you it's not for you. I'd be lying if I said I'd rather do a random makeout with a random girl at a party while drunk than kiss a girl I really like when I'm sober. It's honestly not the greatest feeling ever like it's portrayed in the movies. Also you might be overthinking the whole romantic feelings thing, some girls make out with a LOT of guys and don't give a shit. It's just being drunk and kinda horny.

Ik it doesnt matter that much and Im not even attacted to her but Idk how to not et shit like that get to my head. It's not really one girl it's just media in general. Like I could be enjoying a show and then suddenly an indian pops up and makes me cringe immensely. Yeah i was just feeling bad for myself which I should never do.

I haven't been succesful yet but I'm similar yet slightly different. I've made out with a couple of girls but havent even been on a date. Frankly the fact that women have approached you romantically is extremely impressive to me.

I am going to parties but I just only recently went through a "glowup" getting contacts,piercings and gaining a few pounds. I stil would like to gain 20 or 30 pounds for my peak physique but i think 15 is more realistic. I just frankly need to know more girls and it's kinda hard being a cs major.

Like I get what you're saying and I've been called handsome by a few women already because of the effort I've put into my appearance but Hasan Minhaj isnt exactly a great example lol. A big reason I made this post is that all the good looking indian guys in media are hella light skinned. I think I honestly look more similar to black guys than indian people in media.

Most people skip class and there are only like 2 girls in class. I'm "friends" with a few women in my major but it's pretty hard to hang out with them when the groups we hang out with aren't connected.

I don't get this at all. I hate saying this about myself but social approval increases my confidence more than anything else in the world. I can't separate myself from that ever. Honestly if what other people think of u didn't matter then people wouldn't become lonely. There's not a single person on this planet that is somehow immune to the need for social approval.

Frankly, I would likely choose something in STEM or just not go to university at all. I hate the fact that it's so goddamn hard to meet women in my major but I likely wouldn't abandon it because of that. My second major within stem would probably be biology.

Honestly I think getting out of this subreddit is a good way to feel better about yourself when it comes to not having success with women. I've never felt more insecure or depressed about never doing anything remotely romantic with a girl then when I came to this subreddit.
