Custody negotiations advice?God, if I lived in Oregon my life would be perfect. So sad that everything hinges on which state you live in. | /r/Divorce_Men | 12/03/20 07:08 AM
Custody negotiations advice?50/50 isnt law in New York. And CS isn't a sliding scale either here. Its 17% whether you have 0% or 49%. Yay! | /r/Divorce_Men | 11/03/20 10:12 PM
Custody negotiations advice?Whoops! Sorry. | /r/Divorce_Men | 11/03/20 07:57 PM

Custody negotiations advice? That's all good. Do courts find that to be a reason not to award 50/50? In other words, would they prevent 50/50 to ensure that the father and not the mother pays? | /r/Divorce_Men | 11/03/20 06:47 PM
Custody negotiations advice? No doubt. We both work full time. She works 35 minutes away, I work 15 minutes away, she earns more. Before I initiated divorce, I did most of the day to day care. Since then she has tried to be super mom. She even chained our laundry room doors closed so I wouldn't be able to wash our son's clothes, a task I did almost exclusively for years. | /r/Divorce_Men | 11/03/20 05:40 PM
Custody negotiations advice? Thanks man. Divorce coach? Ok, sounds good to me. Yeah, she definitely wants to dictate terms as she's done for 5 years. I think she held up the child support carrot to see if I was really more interested in the money. I'm not. | /r/Divorce_Men | 11/03/20 03:39 PM
Custody negotiations advice? Thanks man! I just want fairness for parents and child. I'm not looking to rip him away from his mother. I think 50/50 is best for him and our family. | /r/Divorce_Men | 11/03/20 03:37 PM
Custody negotiations advice? My man thank you!! You're doing exactly what I want to do. I want our boy to have as little disruption as possible. We can take him to the same parks in the same neighborhood and I can be flexible with time. Shoot, if mom really wants to see him because its, let's say, his grandpa's birthday, I'll drop him off in an hour, no problem. My wife is very controlling and difficult but I've got this I think. Thanks for the support man | /r/Divorce_Men | 11/03/20 02:58 PM
Custody negotiations advice? Thanks for reaching out. The only argument she's put forward to me is that it is unstable for our son (5) to have two different homes. According to her, he needs stability. Once final, I will live no further than 6 miles away in either my parent's home or my own. | /r/Divorce_Men | 11/03/20 02:48 PM
