Schools don't exactly have a good track record of being fair with these types of things.

Might be easier if the crowd is warmed up already though.

That's because the hypocrisy is there to be noted. It's not hypocritical for multiple people to have different opinions. saying there aren't women who flaunt their sexuality, while simultaneously demanding men stop looking at them objectively, you're insane. He's not saying that there aren't. The average woman isn't like that. If you think the average woman is like that you need to step away from the computer and talk to some actual people.

I think they are saying there's a better way to get through to people that doesn't involve shitty memes.

Put a \ before the # to get it to show up.

They don't have an iron ball in the end.

They only weigh a couple pounds. No where near what that other guy said.

No there are a lot but you might want to hit the gym if you picked up any baton and thought it weighed 20 pounds.

It's like the ultimate first world struggle because the only people this matters for is the very wealthy, celebrities and the like.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Not sure. I just know that's how it is.

They also don't audio record. Typically you need a notice in a public place stating that there are cameras recording, at least where I live. In public, you don't have an expectation of privacy and video/pictures are covered by the first amendment. Audio is not.

I didn't say it spoils the bunch. I said if the other people don't step in and say hey this isn't our position it makes that statement representative of them.

Ya but the other mods allowing that post to stay up makes them just as shitty.

No they meant Schumer. She has a bit about how she had sex with a dude who was passed out drunk.

Schmidt or Schumer?

No, I'm aware of what the law is. The state I'm in consent is 16 but you absolutely will be charged for statutory rape if you are 18 and have sex with a sixteen year old.

No, it can mean you can consent to sex with 16 and 17 year olds but not anyone 18 or over. It varies from state to state. Personally I don't think it's ever worth the risk. I'd rather not find out and just assume it's illegal.

Just because age of consent is 16 doesn't necessarily mean you can have sex with a minor.

Idk what it is but whenever someone on reddit says something with "good sir" in it (hello good sir, thank you good sir/madam, etc) it makes me cringe. I guess I assume they are the type to think they should tip their hat and say m'lady to women.

I think trump said he was gonna a deport everyone in his first 100 days. I'm not saying I agree with... Just saying that's what he said and what it's referencing.

They could be referring to the line directly under that which says the lady has week on, week off visitation. That would be half the time.

It's feminazis. Not feminists, but the ones that are just assholes and use their gender as leverage to gain a better position. Most women aren't like that, the same way most men don't beat women.

But see, here's the problem. Usually when its the girl there is zero consequences and not even a news article. Usually it just gets swept under the rug and forgotten about. This one is different because there was actually some kind of consequence for her.

Are you talking about the guys that get allegations falsely made about them or the girls that make the allegations, because we are talking about the girls making allegations that are false.

Well, most times they get off with nothing. At least it's something.

Well, if you had 2 forms of ID and the agreement was notarized it would be. When you get something notarized they verify that the ID is legitimate.

Exactly, which is why they wouldn't ask for split checks they would just tell you how they want to pay it. You say you've worked in the service industry but it really doesn't seem like it.

Split checks implies more than one check.

Dude, I've worked in restaurants for 14 years. When someone says they want split checks it means they each want to pay for the stuff they ordered. Any halfway decent point of sale system allows you to assign seats for each person and put what each seat ordered. It usually even has a button to split by seat. No one is going to ask you to put it on separate checks to pay an even half, they will either have cash or just say can you out x amount on this card.

You can call the cops or ban them. There really isn't much other than that. You can't force them to work though. If it matters I've been in the restaurant business for a little over 14 years.
