I think this just a Reddit thing where people make everything out to be way worse than it actually is. Only complete horror stories get upvoted to the front page and it really warps people view of reality.

Yeah they're drawn to him because they already act like him and do well for themselves. It's weird how on Reddit everyone says his fanbase is 100% basement-dwelling inc*ls

Hot take but the two guys I knew in college who religiously followed Andrew Tate were actually studs.

Yeah in college I knew a bunch of nerdy guys who got really into lifting kinda out of nowhere. Didn't play sports in highschool and weren't even in any rec leagues. It seems like the amount of guys taking steroids has exploded as well. Kinda unrelated but I'm pretty sure I saw somewhere that since 2000 the amount of men getting plastic surgery has increased over 100%. My theory is the media is now pushing "male beauty standards" like they have been for decades with women.

I think low iq people are still self aware enough to know that they're dumb. You have to take so many standardized tests in school its pretty easy to get an idea of where you stand intellectually.

Have you seen Youtube or Facebook comments? 90% are just spam or borderline unintelligible

Makes me think of the absolute all-time worst rejection I've ever seen. I was at a super small club with some friends when they noticed this short, overweight, balding guy dancing alone. One of the more attractive women in the group starts to jokingly flirt with him and manages to bait him into buying her a drink. Immediately after he buys it she says "sorry I don't drink" and her "Gay Friend" (Boyfriend) takes it out of her hand and pounds it. They both walked off laughing. Stopped hanging out …

You can actually make a ton bartending if you're good. Friend of mine cleared 100k on his w2 bartending in college.

Yeah, despite how much people meme on him it was actually really helpful. They found I had a deviated septum which I later confirmed with an ENT specialist. Literally no doctor or even the PS I consulted with had ever brought it up before. It will get you an objective assessment of your face and what procedures could realistically help you without sugarcoating things, but at some time not being flat out cruel like all other rating sites.

Highly dependent on Surgeon + Location. I was quoted 12k for a chin implant alone in Seattle WA with a relatively well known surgeon. I would guess this would be in the 20-30k range but could be more if you go somewhere really pricey like LA or NYC. Going abroad is always an option but you really have to weigh the pros and cons. Another thing to consider that people don't really talk about is how long this stuff can take. The PS I went to had a 6 month waiting list for a consult and an additiona…

Honestly the recovery from those wouldn't even be that bad, just pretty expensive. Not a shill but Qoves will tell what you would improve the most from for like a $100. Could be worth it if you're planning on spending five figures on PS.

What procedures do you think would help you?

Yeah when I was in college 21 was definitely the age where people started thinking it was weird if you were still a virgin. Hot take but I do think a lot of normal people will think its super weird if you're a virgin past 25, as opposed to on reddit where everyone acts like its normal.

I've been watching a decent amount of k-dramas lately and honestly some of them sound like they were written by a blackpiller/looksmaxxer. I guess the similarities would be: - Believing that physical appearance has a significant impact on your social status - Large amounts of plastic surgery will substantially improve your life (often referred to as "ascending" in LM) - Rating people based on appearance and trying to guess what surgeries they've had - Obsession with facial ratios and traditional…

I think age is a big factor here. I remember when I was a freshman in college honest to God nearly everyone was available. I think maybe one of the dozen or so long distance high school relationships I knew of lasted more than a month into fall semester. A ton of relationships at this point seemed to fizzle out after a year / six months as well. By the time I got into my final semester of senior year and grad school this almost completely inverted. I think just about every woman I was introduced…

One thing I've noticed on Reddit is that if you act like a complete jackass peoples true colors really seem to fly. I was over on r/dating_advice and there was this thread where this guy was insecure about being totally bald at 25. A good 95% of the comments told him that women would not care at all at that his confidence would make up for it. The thread directly above it was a ragebait post about some guy who was stringing along some girl he thought was unattractive and was just in it for the s…

Q4A: I'm curious what is the most brutal, curb stomp of a rejection you've ever seen irl? I was out with some friends at a bar about a year ago and one of the more attractive women in our group noticed this short, fat, balding guy alone out on the dance-floor. She flirted with him for about ten minutes, and he eventually ended up buying a drink for her. As soon as he does this her boyfriend comes up and pounds her drink while pretending to be an old friend of hers, and then both walked off laugh…

One time on the Qoves subreddit somebody said that Ryan Reynolds was significantly overrated because his eyes were too narrow for him to be attractive. They were being 100% serious.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 07:47 PM

Yeah a good amount of the comments just strike me as being very bitter. Honestly this is the only sub where there seems to be even the slightest bit of nuance to discussing looks/dating
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 07:14 PM

Something about True Rate Me just rubs me the wrong way, so many of the comments seem so contemptuous or self-important.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 06:58 PM

Just in general so much of what is posted here is complete insanity. Browse here maybe once a month for laughs.

There are 16 year olds on tik tok trying to get jaw implants and do SARMS amongst other Looksmaxxer/incel bullshit. I think there's been this paradigm shift in the last couple of years where both women AND men are starting to develop body image issues.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/23 12:29 AM

Aight I'ma be real the whole "men slay in their thirties" thing seems like total cope. 23 y/o grad student and the majority of women I work with or have been introduced to are in a relationship. Even in my mid 20s the shrinking dating pool feels palpable.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
