Thanks for the advice. I've been doing this mandatory 100 workout for three rounds three times a week and doing sledgehammer swings until my arms can't move on top of the lifting. It seems to be helping more than the other stuff I've tried.

This sounds like something worth exploring. How would you suggest I get started? Join a church I would assume.

There were guys who were in for lesser charges who were known to have killed before. I guess I've never questioned if this was true or not but believed it to be so while I was in there.
