Can you provide specifics please? Was this a province with a 2 year cohabitation law like BC but the judge said too bad, if so what were the circumstances? What was her argument to the court?

You may be right, but I just like to know my deadline so to speak. I will bail before 2 years unless it is very clearly fixed, which atm we are far from.

Thank you man. In fact the lawyer mentioned that too, but we really lived apart for those 2 years, she often complained about it that we slept over only a couple times in two years. Regular sex, but no sleeping over.
