I would imagine that a whole host of gender issues would disappear as a result. 2	How to Attract Female Engineers Well I strongly disagree. I think if there's a way to get a whole of women genuinely interested in STEM fields (as opposed to bribing them into it), then it would help alleviate a lot of problems for men, gender relations and society in general. I do have to admit that I'm a little skeptical that the only thing that was missing to get women interested and competent in STEM was to reword the name of the Major. Kid A and Kid B have same ability (because I don't consider wealthy parents an ability), so if they have the same opportunity then they must have the same outcome. 2	Hillary Clinton's first campaign speech is all about feminism - God forbid this woman gets elected IMO republicans are just as bad or worse on civil rights. At this point you can't use your vote to effect your civil rights vs the powers that be. But you can use your vote to effect social policy such as gay marriage, abortion and gender rights. Many managers don't earn nearly as much as STEM employees.
