2	How do you internalize TRP? Thanks! It's still going down, I want to be around 15% body fat. I'm really hoping seeing a therapist will help with my codependency. I had done so well behaving "alpha" but getting an impoverished girlfriend with BPD made me regress hard, and I'm absolutely ashamed of my behavior.
