Don't overtrain, bud! What are you taking when lifting? It could be a side effect of pre-workout or something. Also, get a spotter for lifting heavy stuff. I always get anxious about bench press because I had times where I couldn't get it back up. I feel a lot safer with a spotter to keep the bar from crushing my chest.

Yes, I even told the therapist I was seeing pre-covid about nutting early or sucking at sex and he just shrugged it off like nothing. "So?" Also the people I grew up with always tell me they last mad long during sex which makes me feel like I'm fucked. The only way I could think of lasting long is going slow and or fucking an ugly girl. I have no recollection of sexual abuse as a child. But I did have quite a bit of childhood trauma. Mostly in my teens is when things got really bad and I got into fights made me more paranoid of the people I meet. Which is why I'm trying to talk to more people outside my town to slowly teach myself that not everyone is out to hurt me.
