14	My mentor confessed to me. He's 24 years my senior. Please find someone you can report this to. Maybe there is a (female) professor or dean in another dept you can go to for advice before making a formal complaint. This is terrible behaviour from him, and he should not be allowed to be in positions of authority (inc mentoring).
