Same with me, wife at the time cheated. I took her back and 4yrs later cheated again. Literally same exact scenario from the first time. Just a lot harder to catch the 2nd time.

No i guess she felt guilty and said no to child support, I do give her a couple hundred a month to help if needed though. We share 50/50 custody.

No I do not have a lawyer, we are trying to keep things cheap and easy. She started working for her dad and was making a couple hundred a week. We both are living with our parents now(her with her parents, me with mine) I think she is also going to try to do door dash to get some extra cash. She's been very reasonable so far, but I think it's because she was cheating so maybe that's why she agreed to no child support to begin with.

I looked up parenting plan, and found a website called rocketlawyer. I was able to make a parenting plan document stating all of our custody/child support agreements. At the end ask for signatures of both parties and a notary. Would this be valid?

Same thing happened to my friend, had more then half of his paycheck going to her every week. Ended up committing suicide a couple years after his divorce.

In Texas, there is a part talking about child support in the decree and there are boxes to check for father and mother but no option for none

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
