At least she knows what she values, honest if your ask me.

Completely different. Cardi-b said something first, not multiple random people coming forward with the same story. So before you "pontificate", make sure you know the differences.
/r/MensRights29/03/19 06:20 AM

You idiots.... SAYING YOU DID SOMETHING VS SOMEONE COMING FORWARD IS MUCH DIFFERENT. IF SOMEONE COMES FORWARD THEN YES, SHE WILL BE INVESTIGATED. IF NO ONE DOES, THEN NOTHING HAPPENS. How hard is that to understand?
/r/MensRights28/03/19 10:03 AM

It's written like it's being spoken in an obviously mocking tone. Just fyi.

She never said that, FYI.
/r/MensRights27/03/19 10:58 AM

What the hell is this shit? huge difference between saying they did that vs actually doing it, this isn't even close to bill Cosby. If a dude comes forward then so be it.

So the more down votes the more you are "correct" The less down votes the more with agreement/correct.
/r/MensRights26/03/19 04:25 PM
2

A down vote would show that it was agreed. If I up vote it would invalidate your claim in your edit. So.... should I up vote it? Or down vote it.
/r/MensRights26/03/19 04:09 PM
2

Hahaha, so do I keep down voting in agreement. Or do I up vote in agreement. I am stuck in a vote conundrum.

My man, we will not get a fair shake in this subreddit, its too bias.
/r/MensRights25/03/19 04:46 AM

since the article is about phones, lets stick to phones. so specifically it talks about phones, im not a cop, however that information or communication may lead to information the otherside is unaware of. weather that information is relative or not. if my understanding in how cops must report said information in public records, could lead to it being misused.
/r/MensRights24/03/19 09:32 PM
1

Are we still talking about phones?
/r/MensRights24/03/19 01:22 PM
1

not to cops.
/r/MensRights24/03/19 12:57 PM

nope, ill give my lawyer what I have though. I wouldn't give cops a damn thing.
/r/MensRights24/03/19 12:56 PM
1

Welp, there ya go. LOL.
/r/MensRights24/03/19 12:53 PM
1

then there ya go. If you want to keep going, let it fly. if ya dont, then that is what you get. Anything you say can and will be used against you.
/r/MensRights24/03/19 12:52 PM

There ya go. if you want to keep going, then let it fly. if you dont, clam up.

Context is important. Lets say... the girl was a hoe bag, and a stripper, and a drug user. and her social media\txt agree that she does not keep her legs shut. Does that make her have a short skirt on?
/r/MensRights24/03/19 12:47 PM
1

then the rules of evidence is invoked. It is your choice to waive those rights if you like, however, anything you say, can and will be used against you.
/r/MensRights24/03/19 12:42 PM
1

yes, or used nefariously.
/r/MensRights24/03/19 12:40 PM
1

Then the case gets taken care of with what they have. it makes perfect sense, because the evidence is a two way street. both sides get to see each others cards. You can for sure bring charges, and if the otherside isnt "retarded" it would be best to invoke your 5th. Reciprocal discovery. if you want X i want the same X from you.
/r/MensRights24/03/19 12:39 PM
1

that is different. because it sometimes does come down to he said she said, they will focus on the credibility someone is.
/r/MensRights24/03/19 12:19 PM
1

no, but you are within your rights to say no. it is your choice to do that. you never waive your rights.
/r/MensRights24/03/19 12:17 PM
1

Whatever the current rules of evidence is.
/r/MensRights24/03/19 12:15 PM
1

That isn't the problem. Again, past is not future. By that logic, you are saying If this girl was a hoe bag she gets treated like one for life?
/r/MensRights24/03/19 12:07 PM
1

Yah I can, 5th ammendment. And expectation of privacy in a private environment.
/r/MensRights24/03/19 12:01 PM
1

No, the law is not wrong. Again, what is legal now could be illegal in the future. I heard on the radio the other day, "are you entitled to privacy, if you are committing a crime/event?" Does your 5th amendment count if you are knowingly or unknowingly committing a crime/event? Is your privacy automatically moot because of a crime/event?
/r/MensRights24/03/19 11:04 AM

Meh, you assume I'm fighting for a side. I'm just trying to get people to talk/think. Last thing we need are laws to be passed quickly without thought: 9/11

You make a good point. I'd suggest you listen to karen Straughn consent video.
/r/MensRights24/03/19 09:25 AM
3

You assume it ends the same way multiple times, that includes predicting the end will be the same with it starting out the same way. It falls apart once that event does not end the same way. This isnt a vending machine.

You mean publishing it to the Internet? Yah, you've gone off any rational discussion. Goodbye.wav
/r/MensRights24/03/19 07:24 AM

That is an unfair statement and you know that. Anyway, recording someone in a private home is what the current law is about, and that's what I'm talking about. Are you a lawyer? That evidence might not be legally allowed, and you know that to.

Sorry man, not enough. Just cause she wore a short skirt doesn't mean she wanted it. Along the same lines.

Yes, previous events do not prove current events.
/r/MensRights24/03/19 07:04 AM

Jesus man, Even I am a man...... and this is misleading.... just because she said 10mins ago yes, does not mean at that exact moment (10mins later) it is still valid. how do you not understand that?
/r/MensRights24/03/19 06:20 AM

yah, those sound like subjective items, im not gonna split hairs. Few rules I follow in my opinion. Am i trying to silent someones free speech? Am i trying to police peoples voices? Am i trying to push my morals onto someone else? Is it violent or not? generally, if it falls under those above, I tend to not get involved.
/r/MensRights20/03/19 03:00 PM

ya, I get what you are saying. However, if you aren't upset\harmed over it, then no harm no foul? Karen Straughn has a great youtube video about consent.
/r/MensRights20/03/19 01:59 PM

well ya, but this thread was started with trying to enforce some kind of accountability on a comedian.
/r/MensRights20/03/19 01:40 PM

no, that is completely different........ if you voluntarily go to a comedy show, you can get offended all you want, yes. if you are in a public place, yes. if you view art in a public or artistic place, that you know or dont know has that, yes. no one in their right mind would stand up in a room full of holocaust survivors and start cracking jokes on them, because it is against their will without prior knowledge, that is completely different, and you know that, what you said is completely unfa…

That doesn't prove the aggressor. That just indicates an event happened here with dna evidence. Also that is assuming it's really awful event. What about the battery? Assault? Aziz Ansari

There it is. oh, dont forget kangaroo courts in the college school systems. some of them have a no tolerance stance. Want to ruin a dude that did not ask for a 2nd date, get him kicked out of college.

They tried that, and adopted the Duluth model. The evidence may suggest something did happen, but in the case of Johnny Depp, hes lucky he has the means to find the truth......

Right. That still does not help with the false accusations.
/r/MensRights18/03/19 03:03 PM

I gave you an upvote, however to be fair, how are genuine abused supposed to come forward with to be quite honest, no evidence? Lets say, Yes, it did happen, and you want to report it. how am I supposed to do that? Cant put a video camera in the house\home because of privacy laws. Cant get the video evidence in public without a very expensive subpoena.... Not defending baseless accusations, however what are we supposed to do?

Huh? Are you comparing a violent act vs a lack of boundries? This weird idea that women are getting ambushed is so damn odd, it's made up, like stranger danger. Maybe, 1 in like 500k.... maybe. Some infinitesimal situation, that makes it to a CSI episode. And men are made to feel like we are all like that. The physical argument is shit. Knives or anything in arms reach....

unless you are being altruistic, and behaving in a holier then art thou attitude. People behave to their impulses, that doesn't go against society or social pressures. Meaning, you get something out of it, weather you know it or not.

You make a good argument.

The problem is that men think buying dinner or paying for her equates to sex. You are probably going out with women who have none or low interest in you in the first place. It's the oldest profession there is.
/r/MGTOW02/12/18 10:19 PM

We don't date what is right for us, but what we are emotionally conditioned to seek out. She probably grew up in a emotionally/physically abusive household. Financial abuse is found in almost all abusive relationships. Men and Women are run by emotions, very rarely are your decisions based on logic. With all that being said, I hope she gets the help she needs.

in this post alone we have already heard of 2 cases, a buddy of mine, and yours. Again, this can't be the place to discuss in a civil manner because the mensrights are so adamantly for and all men's issues. Feminist have gone over bored, and so have mensrights IMO, especially circumcision. They want to preserve any and all mens issues regardless of medical fact. I am man, and I find it strange that circumcision is such a weird thing to argue over. The authority fallacy to a certain degree is tru…

Circumcision can save you an awful later in life ordeal. I know a buddy that wasn't, and about 25, when ever he got a hard on it clamped down on the top of his dick. He would wake up in pain, "Just get it done" a lot would say. You try convincing a 20ish year old to get it done, get stitches, and wear a condom for 6-8 weeks. At least as a new born you heal very quickly, and you forget.
