I go the the gym in the early mornings and my first shower is a cold one. I avoid dariy because my body doesn't process that well, however my food schedule consists mainly of protein shakes, starch, meat and rice, fruits (pomegranate and apples) and vegetables (like broccoli).

With diet I always try to get at least 3 meals a day no matter what. With sleep it really depends, on offdays where I feel like shit, I don't see any point in getting up early etc, but even due I do it I mostly regret it when I wake-up early. Feels like I am putting up a show. "Oh wow how great that I woke up early". In a kind of cynical way.

She still lives with me and my parents at home and although there will be a lot of conflict I'll do exactly as you said. If she would be just a random girl I would have cut her off a long time ago depending what she gives in return besides the BS. I live in Holland, also an European country and as far as I remember there isn't a balance between males and females. Look at the matches of a random average woman compared to a good looking average guy, they've got much more matches and get spammed by desperate thirsty guys. Men in contrast have to put much more effort in getting a number->avoiding the friendzone trap->setting up a date->her even showing up on the date.

You shouldn't have time for her games. She stands with you and does everything on your terms, or you drop her and let her fall without you. She also can't be trusted after that encounter with that other guy, her words aren't worth much because her not having time for you is BS of course. If she has time to text/call you, she has time to hangout with you.

Thanks, that's something to remember for the next time. However it probably wasn't/isn't fear that is preventing her from wanting to see me. It's a hookup app after all. It probably was a shittest and if I would have continued texting I wouldn't be able to escalate and it would be very likely that she would have gone cold or friendzone me.
