0	This is me looking for sources and proof to show to my feminist friend. Actually, we do all of the above, but it's most often at a local, grassroot level. Why? Because feminists are busy telling everyone how horrible we are, smearing us in the press, in academia, in the media. Quotes like these are why most people think that all MRA's do is bitch about feminism. 1	This is me looking for sources and proof to show to my feminist friend. Feminists didn't invent breast cancer awareness month, so them holding events doesn't count either. Nobody claimed they did. Someone just pointed out that MRA's don't organize anything like prostate-cancer awareness, and you replied with "Fucking Movember?" as though Movember was in any way related to MRA's. 1	This is me looking for sources and proof to show to my feminist friend. What the fuck are you talking about? Movember is widely touted by the MRA community. He said that they don't organize prostate-cancer awareness events, and he is right. MRA's didn't invent Movember, and taking part isn't remotely the same thing as organizing it. It also isn't tied to the MRA movement in any way. If some MRA's take part in an AIDs walk or a cancer charity that doesn't mean those events are organized by Men's Rights Activists either.	/r/MensRights	05/12/13 12:49 AM
