Mate it's not binary. You're allowed to do both.

Prof McGilchrist wrote an excellent resource in that book. The way it's been bro-scienced in this post is something I would never have imagined possible.

It is a tired trope, for sure. But it's hard to rate people as objectively 'better' than anyone else, so you might as well think that way when declined.

I don't think you should give up on it! But it's not going to help without exposure. Whenever I feel flat about having limited options, I usually realise I haven't been meeting people and getting exposure. I guess for me outer game just feels insincere, and insincerity leads to anxiety.

I think your advice is solid. You're talking inner game, building oneself and having greater priorities in life than girls. Which... attracts girls. A lot of guys only know outer game. And they're less for it.

You have to approach first, you have to put yourself out there. I struggle with this part. If we both want a rewarding, mutual attraction-having relationship, then why is it always the guy gotta push it? My reward is not greater. So why does my investment have to be? This thought process holds me back and has done for 20 years (I'm old) but I struggle getting past the unfairness.

I had to get all the way to the bottom to see this. No wonder the US is not winning the covid war.

I think some of the stats give a good hint. He left because he wasn't that into her. He initiated like 1% of the convos and sent less than 33% of the messages generally. He was tolerating her until the demand got to be too onerous.

Is this not a sad state of affairs? All it takes for a woman to lock a man into oneitis is for her to be attractive and also have a brain / personality? Pretty sure that combo isnt as powerful with the genders reversed.

How is this misogynistic? For all you know he treats dudes exactly the same way.

I still have this mindset. It's actually ruined a few opportunities. Maybe five times in the last year, I get talking to someone, and if it's a cold approach and I don't have my phone, she gets my number. These conversations can go well, and she can say she's keen for a follow up activity, but she won't text. Despite that, I can't shake the feeling that I'm a good product and have my shit sorted, so if she's really so lazy, I don't want her anyway.

Long time lurker, first time commenter. Of all the posts I've seen on here, this is the easiest and most effective to improve a man's mindset and confidence.

Are you going to pay for that kid that nobody wants? Put your money on the line if you're going to make everyone's decisions for them.

You write about comfort like it's to be avoided. What are you really worried about, a lack of ambition? That needn't be the result of easy sex.

If you're cool with more Sandy Hooks, then I'd suggest I'm not the one with the problem.

Agreed. Guns don't kill people, people do. So now that 'something' is causing people to use automatic weapons to kill others in bulk, is it really so abhorrent to consider tighter controls?
/r/MGTOW21/09/19 10:56 AM

Not to curtail your 'rights', but the AR series were designed and made to kill people. Or do you need that firepower for hunting?

You can't think of any other reason society might want less warfare weapons on the street?

So if a guy publicly admitted that he used 20 women for sex (which cost them nothing and they enjoyed giving it) would he still be a hero to this author?

And that's the problem, right? Squeezing the life out of my beansprout to sick shit actually feels a lot better than rubbering up to loosely agitate some floppy vagina. MGTOW was never easier Edit - not actually a problem

The incel crowd I'm guessing. There's little conviction in your rejection of the feminine if you can't actually get it to start with.

Why does this sub wank on about abortion so much? Are you prepared to foster the unwanted child? I could give a fuck what women do with their bodies as long as they aren't near me.

To each their own for sure. The beauty of mgtow is the breadth of the umbrella, folks from all walks can fit beneath. Regardless, I will say that the uniquely American obsession with implements of fast murder is why the rest of the developed world look at y'all like the neighbour's retarded children.

Do you really need that auto rifle? Could never understand the association of this sub with weapons

It was mostly homelessness. It's probably an issue all through Cambodia, but in Phnom Penh, it was out of control how many mothers with babies you'd see sleeping on a cardboard box on the side of the road. Or people missing limbs and begging, looking skinny as a rake. I'm not hugely into donating to beggars, but I gave up a lot of dollars there.

This won't be popular but I can get behind paying an ex partner a proportion of your assets during divorce, if there's kids involved. They did the work (hopefully) of raising your children for years. Paying 'maintenance' to an ex, however, who has moved on, is some straight up bullshit.
/r/MGTOW21/02/19 12:37 AM

Seriously though, have you read some of those fucking subs? Ive seen some shit but had no idea how pathetic the 'men' in places like r/feminism actually are. Sometimes you just gotta get yourself banned.

Cute story but I call bullshit. You're saying a 60 year old man is more desirable than a 20 year old chad?
/r/MGTOW13/01/19 12:23 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
