| 8 | Another Perspective on the Wage Gapfemale counter parts and at least some physical part to it, the women didn't do close to the same amount or same job that I did. I can clearly see this just by looking at the people employed by the postal service where I live, when they come around in the afternoon to deliver packages. Every time it's a woman, they are consistently late by 1-2 hours.
