Please do not feel like you need to direct the outward part of it towards your ex, you absolutely do not. Let's give this top comment so all the newbies can access it. This book helped me to feel sane again after learning my ex. I was constantly doubting myself, I felt like I was crazy. I am always trying to find ways to redirect people when they're being bigots, showing their internalized misogyny, or otherwise being problematic without putting myself on the hook to be their own personal Google. 5	Another before-it’s-time FDS anthem - Not the Doctor, Alanis Morisette. Any other 90s queen playlist suggestions? Oh man this album was amazing then and now. I hate how much I've grown to understand it on a personal level though. Any fans of Alanis will enjoy watching some of her interviews regarding NPD on YouTube. 4	Being a Cool Girl is a trap I did a post about a cool girl last week but it was auto removed because I don't have a flair for my new throwaway account yet. But let me tell you, the woman I was posting about is the coolest cool girl in my town and I have a hard time interacting with her. She has definitely fed other women to the Wolves and cares more about maintaining her male friendships than about the morals or values of said males.
