6	How to get aesthetic physique + my experience I'm not "doing steroids". I just did 1 cycle 6 months ago :) My deadlift is that low because honestly i don't train it for big weights and low reps. I'm not going to take steroids to grow to "unnatural" size. I also think it doesn't make much sense to work too much on improving my 1RM, because in the long term that's just calling for wrist, elbow, knee and back problems. Than you stop taking them and go back to your natural size...which basically means that you have to take them all life if you want to keep your size.
