Because feminism has devolved into gender tribalism & bigotry. Your son could be the greatest feminist of the century, he still has a penis and is the enemy. It's not about equality anymore it's pseudo intellectual arguments to justify their hate, victimhood, fill in the blank ___________
/r/MensRights01/08/24 01:04 PM

Because late stage feminism is gender tribalism. That's all it is.

Look at that group as doing you a favor. They're telling you who they are and helping you not to waste your time.

Well the left has labeled everything from men as bad and toxic, what did they expect. No one hugs a porcupine jeez.

Hey, I wanted to thank you for opening a dialog. I think at the heart the only way we work through our differences is by talking to each other. 🤗 Respect.

I believe a large portion of feminist groups have devolved into gender tribalism. What are your thoughts on that assertion?

Did she tell anybody ahead of time? I'm getting the impression they wheeled her into the OR and she hit them with this. Which is kinda shitty if the OR team was assembled and scrubbed.

Fine. Go out in the woods and find a bear. Feminist gets eaten by bear=humanity better off. Win, win, win as they say.

I can tell you right now, the report will come back inconclusive. Why? Because they won't like what it has to say, as it will contradict the narrative that they truly believe in their peapod little brains and they won't want to deal with it or enact any of the recommendations. Bet anyone here a cup of coffee/tea.

I think we all need to become humanists. To support and care for each other instead of resorting to gender tribalism. Edit: typo

Jesus, that's some pretty big gaps of logic there regarding men. It's like x+y= all men are bad, even the ones in her family. I wonder how'd she react if someone were to use her same model to paint women with that broad brush?

Heaven forbid anything like the depression or war ever happens to this snowflake. That person has the emotional fortitude of a Dixie cup. In words of Chopper Reid, harden the fuck up.

Selfish and immature is the banner by which most people live now. Speak sense to the fool and they will call you foolish.

The framing of this is like we're fish. Just raining sperm on women who have no culpability in any of it. Hard pass. Personal responsibility is a thing, on both sides.

I stand corrected. I thought the whole burn everything down craze was a recent development

I'd be interested to see a comments section. I've read in similar stories where woman will project hate and victim blame so heinously that were it the other way around the whole thing would go viral

Here's the deal. We have for-profit prisons. People's misery is their product. That industry has lobbists to push on politicians for more laws thus more product and profit. That's all the criminal justice system in this country is. Misery for-profit for a machine that eats people's lives. Why else would we have the highest prison population in the world?
/r/MensRights26/08/20 06:15 PM

This is the cultural skew we live in. Everything now even a disease must be examined through the lens of how it affects the victim classes, anyone one else is unimportant. The dangerous part of this is it leaves us with a blind spot in how we do research into medical and societal problems. Things that may affect men will be ignored till they become bigger problems across the population. With any preemptive solutions not being looked at till it's too late to get in front of the problem.
/r/MensRights07/08/20 11:42 AM

Nobody wants to hear it, cause it doesn't fit the preferred narrative. The truth and facts don't matter to those people.

/r/MensRights09/07/20 07:52 PM

Underlying any baseless accusation is the foundation of hate. Therefore any behavior, real or imagined is fuel for that hate. People do stupid shit. Sometimes those people are men. Then you take the stupidity of the individual to justify all your already there hate. We all like to feel justified when we have a irrational dislike for something. It defeats the inhibitions we feel because deep down we know they're in fact irrational, but we want to express them anyway.

So if it was truly a me too thing they would speak up. So that means it was just a cudgel to beat up a person with a different political ideology with. Cause Biden is creeper than Kavanaugh every day of the week with a mess of evidence to back it up.
/r/MensRights12/05/20 05:46 PM
10

I think because the term has become weaponized to demean men. It's being used as a blanket for any behaviors that are different from women, and therefore toxic. I think a dialog could start if stopped being a dog whistle for men bashing about to begin.
/r/MensRights21/04/20 06:40 PM
5

Oh course. Their agenda is contrary to logic, & scientific method. They don't want any of that stuff around them. Most of the modern theories (gender, race, etc.) are more like religion than science. You ask "why" you get, because we said so. Question it or counter their argument and you get lalalala can't hear you.

That comment is as ignorant as Todd Akin's quote on a radio show. "It seems to me, first of all, from what I understand from doctors, that's really rare. If it's a legitimate rape, the female body has ways to try to shut that whole thing down"

Gender studies always breaks down to, women good, men bad.
/r/MensRights29/04/19 12:03 PM

And this is mostly done by men of a extremely backward culture. Painting all men like this is just hate fuel used to justify their own bigotry.

While I don't disagree. I will say that perceptions matter. If we act publically in a way that validates their points we'll lose the general public.

DORCO. Cheap and effective
/r/MensRights16/01/19 12:19 AM

I think we need a counter ad campaign. "Boys will be boys" showing a: Male firefighter carrying a person out of a burning house. Male cop weapon drawn waving civilians out of harms way while he put himself between them and the threat till they can get clear. Male EMT working frantically to save a life Male Soldiers or Marines standing guard. Male iron workers building the future 20 stories up. Boys will be boys. I wish I had the money to film and edit it.

My only problem is when it drifts into misogyny. You can condemn the behavior, but the second you go into bigotry you give them ammo to discredit the movement and invalidate our arguments.

I'm not poly, but I don't have a problem with the lifestyle. However to many people use it as a excuse to cheat and fuck over their primary relationship. My biggest problem is this latest batch of feminists are using it is a justification of cheating, with it completely being one-sided. These women now use this to go get some strange, while expecting their primary S/O to stay home and pine for them. Yeah fuck that. That's not poly, that's emotional exploitation, and co-dependance. You get strang…

There's a special hate on the left for those that leave their ideological plantation. That's tripled if you're supposed to be one of the oppressed.

We have to take sex/gender out of the argument and concentrate on behavior. Being sexist is wrong, period. Once you add hate of a gender as a prop to your argument, you've lost. All men are this... All women are that... You are effectively done. Not only that, you undermine the rest of us trying to frame bad behavior as the issue, as the other side can point and say; "see they're bigots."

The day after Mem day I slept in. At 10am she shook me awake and said in a snarl "Is that all you're going to do all day?" I think the only reason you would want them to shove a female lead in a story just to appease the female audience (a la Micheal Bay's Pearl Harbor) is if you fundamentally don't like men. If it were reversed and say you gave Susan B Anthony a tacked on Male interest in a movie about her life. Can you Imagine the howls of protest?

I think she probably left him because his vagina is bigger than hers.

People will defend their victim hood to the death. They will hold onto that shit like a baby on a sinking ship.

The media has become so agenda driven with identity reporting that ANYTHING that acknowledges their viewpoint is only skimmed for vetting, if that. If it checks the boxes of their narrative they run with it. The hoaxer knew this and played them like the fools they are.

I think what galvanized the sub is the "when hell freezes over" Which is malicious intent. The idiot is projecting her misandry onto children. Or did you miss that part?

Also in that part of VM Ensler also claims (without exaggeration) that there are 700,000 rapes in the US per year. Stats for the year 2016 say 89,000 (still too many) and 3% of those are men. source

Using the Taijitu to present a toxic, ignorant, prejudiced view of masculine/feminine energies and traits is so fucking asshole I can't even. Fuck those people.

Omg. Can you imagine being that one girls parents? Sarah Weiyun Otterstrom: “I just need to get this out. I hate having white parents so much.” You go through all the bullshit of having to adopt a kid. You give it love and a home after her "wonderful" parents of color have f*&%ed up so bad she had to be adopted out and this is the gratitude they get? A spoiled little dipstick trashing them because bigotry is hip now? I'd let her pay for the rest of education from now on.

I do like how the second she stepped off the Feminist's ideological plantation she got hit with the same venom from feminists men have been dealing with for years.
