What a lot of people will say is that she deserves the sentence that he received however that's not really justice and more of an eye for an eye thing. She has effectively kidnapped him and coerced the state into commit acts of violence against a law abiding citizen. I think a lot of third wave feminism is in conflict with men's rights but someone like Christina Hoff Summers, whom is second wave feminism, is received quite well here.
