Sure in some cases it's obvious. I'm wandering about the cases where it isn't. What's to stop people from falsly claiming they were intentionally coughed on?

How can they prove it was deliberate?

Don't stick your dick in crazy. People were kicked, bitten, head-butted, mauled and sustained all sorts of injuries trying to subdue this woman.

No judgements here but if you're leaving that much gay porn laying about it could mean something.

You sound like you know a lot about women. Teach me your secrets.

I want to say r/LostRedditors but unfortunately this sub seems to be taken over by a bunch of people who just hate women. Still though, there is nothing about this post that is in line with what this sub used to be about.

Exactly my feelings as well. It's like r/news filtered by "woman" and "criminal" or something.

Its news becasue no one's ever been accused of a crime while they were in space before. She had access to the bank account for some reason. Seems to me that if she had malicious or criminal intent she would have done more than just check the balance. I still say I'm withholding judgment on this until at least the investigation is over and probably even until she's convicted of a crime. In america we are innocent until proven guilty regardless of our gender.

You're right, never fucking happens... https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.indiatoday.in/amp/crime/story/case-registered-against-woman-for-raping-her-nine-year-old-nephew-1453673-2019-02-11 https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.commercialappeal.com/amp/3560028002 https://m.news24.com/SouthAfrica/News/woman-sentenced-to-life-for-raping-10-year-old-male-relative-20190403 https://www.google.com/amp/s/people.com/crime/louisiana-elementary-school-teacher-allegedly-raped-10-year-old-boy/amp/ https://www.googl…

Someone went to the police so she didn't have permission to do this. Do you know how many times "ctimes" get reported to the police? They're investigating to determine if there was any wrong doing or not exactly because people call the law on their exes for any damned thing they can think of when they get mad. Police involvement =/= criminal activity. Arrest =/= criminal activity. Conviction = criminal activity.

News flash, this woman was arrested, not convicted yet. And it's been called rape for years.

Ah, thanks. I didn't read through the linked articles. That's my bad.

Is there a source for that? I don't remember reading it in the article.

"Finally" As if it hasn't been called rape or women haven't been arrested for it for decades

I haven't seen that mod post yet but I'm glad that the mods have noticed that it becoming an issue. It would really suck to allow this sub to fall to misogyny and incels.

I feel like that really depends on the circumstances. It says that it was her estranged ex spouse but was this a child that she and her wife had adopted together and/or she's still financially responsible for? For whatever reason she has access to the bank account. Why, the woman is cooperating with authorities and denies any wrong doing so she obvioisly didn't hack the account or steal the password or something. Was it so that she could pay the bills and transfer funds as needed? There's not en…

Unfortunately it's getting that way. This sub used to be about showcasing women who actually tried to get away with shit because they felt entitled to it for being a woman and lately it seems like it's turning into another sub that just hates women period. Much of what'a being posted now is just women getting in trouble for shit that has little to nothing to do with their pussy pass and it makes me sad.

Yes, legally speaking this was rape. I'm also sure that it was consensual and the kid would laugh in your face if you suggested he was raped. He fucked his moderately attractive bio teacher, in the ass, multiple times. He's a hero to his friends and the apple of his father eye. The article if anyone wants to read. https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&source=web&cd=&ved=2ahUKEwjoi96_o5zkAhUCSN8KHckXA6EQzPwBegQIARAC&url=https%3A%2F%2Fpeople.com%2Fcrime%2Fbiology-teacher-allegedly-raped-boy-multiple-tim…

I don't see how this belongs in this sub. She never tried to use her pussy pass to have it denied.

Finally what? A biology teacher that actually teaches you something?
