Percent of adults aged 20 and over with overweight, including obesity: 70.7% (2013-2014) Holy shit, that is....not good.

I've had this same thought. I see these ripped guys, pounding away at the gym, and I think "They must get laid like a duvet cover." And then I find out they're married. Sure, it's great for the woman getting to constantly fuck a ripped man, but it must be hard for the man knowing he can get any woman he wants, but sticks with one. Of course, some men prefer relationships and that's fine.

My friend in 9th grade was doing cross country and told me to join the team. I had never done exercise until that point, but I joined to hang with him. That was the best decision of my life. It instilled such good habits in me, having to run every single day. I never realized how fat I was in middle school until I saw a picture of myself at graduation. I owe my current health to that sport and my old friend.

It just requires recognition. I used to talk too loud, to the point where people complained around me. Once I started taking loudly, I recognized it happened and then brought it in over time.

Don't make it into a question. "I'm going out for ice cream. Come with me." instead of "Would you like to come with me to get ice cream?"

95% of people hate silence. Our world is so fast paced and chaotic that people, especially women, will fill the void with anything because silence makes them uncomfortable. I have a theory this is because they have to deal with their own thoughts, but that's a way different topic. As you did, you can exploit this feeling. People will tend to continue speaking if there is an extended period of silence, not because they want to continue speaking, but because they feel the silence is too awkward. T…

Create plausible deniability. You have to create a situation where she can hamster her way out of realizing she is cheating on her boyfriend. Honestly, if you're 100% sure there is real attraction, it should be easy. "Come over, I want you to try a new recipe I made" or whatever. However, if you've tried this and she isn't coming over, then you're being fucked with. Women want an excuse to behave promiscuously and if you're giving her one and she isn't taking the bait, then all she cares about i…

They're seeking validation and testing your frame. You're being used. By engaging in constant sexual behavior (showing her breasts, etc.) she's drawing you in. Once she has you interested, she will pull the rug out from underneath you and see how you react. She wants constant attention, but not commitment (i.e. sex). She'll juggle multiple men like this, keeping them leashed in with the hope of sex. I don't know what situation you're envisioning when talking about these scenario's, but if you're…

Women want doers, not crooners. These men like being in limbo. Abandoning the girl means failure, but they don't want to approach because it also means failure. Failure is the worst enemy of the orbiter; "she rejected me, my heart hurts with the sorrow of a thousand suns!" Yet they don't realize that failure is good, it creates a point of experience to learn from. But these men are so soft and fragile that any nick and/or brush with possible rejection sends them scurrying. They would rather be s…

Did you earn your worth? Sounds like you faked worth and then when you weren't given what you want you threw a tantrum. Those senior bankers actually earned their way to the top. You didn't respect them and thus deservedly were reprimanded. All of them went through what you did and you quit instead of sticking through. I don't know much about the banking industry, and while I agree with you that you should know your worth in a job and not settle for less than what you are owed, your manager was …

The only time someone should be arguing with a woman is if she is a feminist and you're trying to fuck her while on a date. Consistently shooting down her arguments creates an unbreakable frame that will get panties wet. Besides that, arguing with women is futile. Their arguments are based on emotion and how they feel in the moment. You can't "beat" that because you have to convince her that her feelings are wrong, which won't ever happen. It's not just a losing battle, the battle is straight up…

Walk up to a woman and congrats your frame is immediately strong? So if I sprawl up to a woman with a bouquet of roses and tell her I love her, doesn’t matter, she’ll be attracted because I approached. You seem to think that simply approaching a woman will have her sucking your dick an hour later; obviously not. You're correlating a simple theory with an extreme example. No socially aware male would give roses and confess their love in a serious way with a woman he just met. If you just say "Hey…

Having a strong frame is indeed important, but just walking up to a girl isn't enough to make a girl fall into your frame. You're right in saying that most guys don't approach, but women screen a guy for more than just his ability to approach. It depends on the woman. The more attractive she is then the more barriers you have to go through. However, I'm not saying that simply going up to her is enough to take her home. Obviously if you punch her in the face after introducing yourself, she won't …

Approaching women comes down to two things: Being a man. Having a stronger frame than the girl. Step one is already done. You have a dick, you're a man. Step two sounds hard, but it can be done by, literally, just approaching. The very act of approaching immediately puts you in a state of stronger frame because you become better than 90% of other men. Most men do not approach any women in general, let alone 8s, 9s, or 10s. The woman will not be used to it and it will throw her off. This alone sh…

This is typical "nice guy" behavior. The key point is this: He was mad that she was living in his apartment rent free but would get upset at him talking loudly on Xbox. It looked like their dynamic had evaporated. He wasn't mad she was living rent free, he was mad that she wasn't providing sex in return for living rent free. He thought that by letting her stay in his apartment, she would return the gesture with romance, sex, etc; a favor for a favor. Your friend did this because he most likely t…
