She thinks you're fun, now she can flirt and have fun with you but if it escalates it's "your fault"

Look, she tried to change, it's clear she doesn't know how to lose the weight on her own. Probably because she thinks oppressive self discipline and drastic diets are the only/best way. Whenever I discuss health with girls it's always in a specific context, this food/activity is healthy/isn't. Not just hey did you meet your weight loss goal or not. It sounds like you got someone who is on some level listening and trying, I say you needed to be giving her more achievable goals, and maybe more too…

I had the same problem until I realized that what they're looking for is emotional comfort. He doesn't give a fuck if you open up, he just wants to feel good about it happening. Basically pull yourself together enough to give them some breadcrumbs. Stop explaining things to them, all parents talk shit that's what happens when your kid is your whole existence. Stop drowning them out, don't fake being nice, but fake being neutral and maybe uninterested. If you're being avoidant/not blue pill shit …

You're on it man! Next time scold her calmly, no anger it works even better I swear.

I say "hard next" her before moving out. You're obviously hurt, you need to heal, so to facilitate that in the hell hole you've landed yourself in. Avoid being around her at all costs. Idk if it's still tempting to "be on good terms" but fuck that. Don't give her the emotional security. Right now you need to grow, and her presence is keeping you from feeling like you can. Until you can physically get away from her you need to create the space you need, and stick to it. Don't even stay in the sam…

Well intentioned, but unrealistic advice, it's a LTR of 6 years and the dude's made it clear he feels like he's gonna lose it if she brings someone over. If he could of just adopted a dgaf attitude he wouldn't be in this problem in the first place.

Stop granting so much power to the notion of autonomy, people are generally less self aware because most people don't get exposed to the type of pain that Spurs consciousness to become more aware of itself. Or when they do, they don't have what they need to in order to gain the awareness. Regardless you shouldn't feel such negativity over this process in others. Empathy for them will come after you become greatful you aren't them. All empathy is self empathy. Tldr: it's not a choice, so start wi…

You are catching feelings for the idea of her, not the her that's in front of you. Try to reconcile, that the her that did those things is the her that's in front of you now. They are the same, that should make you less excited about her, but that's ok, at least your interest in her will be accurate, which should be the goal.

I think nexting her makes you seem insecure about what happened though, just joke about it, they had your favorite alcohol, or the drinks were really tasty etc just assess her physical cues next time you see her

Meditate, get over the idea that the first thing to pop in your head should be blurted out with no filter. Learn how to discern thoughts.

Kind of a different direction here, but cold exposure. I try and go to my pool 8am every day rain or shine. Getting to the point where you can dive into a freezing pool with no hesitation translates into a lot of scenarios where you may have hesitation issues. Also you sure as shit won't feel numb.

Internalize that you're ok, and that you know everything will be ok. Sure you were emotional last night, any weird way you get treated for it, is them being weird.

The more capable you are, the more you have to be weary of other people's egos.

Don't throw around the word evil. That will keep you from understanding her actions. She did it because she wanted to have her cake and eat it too, and figured she could get away with it with you. Not evil, just selfish which is pretty normal human behavior. Use this to learn how to not end up the same way again.

I get that it's hard in the moment. Especially cuz you don't want to just break up out of the blue, but I really don't see any good coming out of this. The things she tells you about are a diversion. It's very unlikely anything it's happening with Omar. The juicy stuff would be the stuff she doesn't tell you about.

It depends, on one hand there's studies showing more smiling is associated with lower test, I think it depends on what you're working with. If you have a somewhat cold/intimidating look it can take the edge off. If you're closer to the opposite of that I would avoid doing it too much. Personally my instinct is to smile but I get better results with eye contact and a small grin.

To deescalate when she says something that is too asshole-y just put pressure on her. Like just stare at her blankly then ask " Are you alright? " If all she makes are joke asshole comments then do what the others said and joke back.

Some off beat advice here but maybe it's too much sitting and muscle tightness around the hips fucking you over. I'd try some yoga and posture exercises before drugs.

I honestly think this is all bad advice. If you feel that way it's probably true. Get some cod liver oil and take it daily and go from there. Poor nutrition/health=poor mental function.

Prevention! I can almost always trace the source, is usually eating the wiring food/eating too late or a general indicator my health is slipping.

Anything that's become so ingrained is the work of the subconscious. It's amazing that you're conscious of it now and want to change, so that's step one. The best way to affect the subconscious is to meditate daily for 10 minutes. Get used to the feeling of thoughts coming up, and then forming. Before you know it, you'll have more control in accepting then rather than lying your way through a tough situation uncontrollably. You don't need someone to berate or scare you into change and call it to…

It's absolutely possible, you just gotta do things where you can have sustained interactions with people. Frats, school, work, talk to a bunch of people and your will find others who fell the same way as you I guarantee it

Porn and sex are two different things, you're a veteran at porn, and a novice at sex, with time and practice it gets much better. You have to stop comparing them.

Just because there's no commitment doesn't mean you can't do more than sex with her. I understand that's priority, but you could hang out a bit after, build some rapport imo that's what she's getting at

She sees your improvement probably. Also, girls who's orbiters leave them take it as a sign of failure. She wasn't enough to keep you hopelessly latched on. You're doing good man, that's what it means.

Dude I think she's been in contact with him, and went on the trip to see him to confirm if he was worth breaking up with you. Makes the most sense.

Especially MDMA, shows you what it would be like if you were the most situated, least nervous version of yourself.

This might be a controversial answer, but I say selectively, do drugs. Hear me out. You've been such a one dimensional character for so long, it will take many months for any noticable changes to happen, but if you take something to let you know what different versions of you would feel like, act like, prices of them get ingrained in your character. Avoid addictive substances. Try MDMA, LSD, shrooms, in that order. Obviously I'm offering anecdotal evidence so take it with a grain of salt, but th…

Track the calories and get them lower than you total daily expenditure of calories. Skipping breakfast, (or intermittent fasting) is a completely healthy, and easy way to get the calories down. Go into a small deficit, and give it time. If the red pill is about uncomfortable truth's, here's two about fitness: - There is no natural supplement that will change your physical fitness in a meaningful way. - Its a lifestyle, not something done quickly. If you can't envision yourself keeping up your cu…

You haven't made your intentions clear so it really depends on what you want. It sounds like she has created a good image of you in her head, don't ruin that, give her perception of you time to develop. Don't contact her for a little, be active on shared social media so she is reminded of you, and she will contact you shortly.

Hey man hang in there, I have crohn's too, and you can improve your quality of life drastically. The disease reacts differently in different people, but there are some pillars everyone should take imo. A real good probiotic, it will hurt at first, so start with a tiny dose, get one without a prebiotic then stick with it and trust it will help. Monolauren, get the pellets in bulk, and blend them so you can actually digest it. Again may hurt to take at first, but trust in the process. Exercise, ex…

Basically reading. Read on the topic of love, it will expand your mind, help you understand it, and in the process help you get over her. I recommend " Love, emotion, myth, and metaphor" by Robert C Solomon for a start.

Read any book from Robert C. Solomon discussing emotions or existentialism, can really help you understand why you feel the emotions you do, or in your case why you don't.

If your really want answers, ready "Love: emotion, myth and metaphor" by Robert Solomon. It will absolutely change your life.

I'm pretty sure Zimbabwe has some of the strictest anti homosexuality laws of any country and they are a "Christian" country. It's a regional 3rd world problem first and foremost.
