"Do you workout?" "Nah." This is usually followed up by some kind of complement from them about my physique. Law 16: Use Absence to Increase Respect and Honor. Don't feel obligated to go to social events because you will be conspicuously absent if you don't. People will be more glad to see you at the next event. This is a good one, keep in mind that this really only works if your are well established in a group first.

Of course dude. Just keep at it. Everywhere I kept reading things about frame and people telling you to internalize it. While I could understand the concept I couldn't seem to figure it out until the other day when I read the How to get laid like a warlord and The Guide to Accepting Yourself. It all just clicked and now it's much easier for me. The main point I've figured out is you can't just read the stuff. I read and take notes, then go out and try to apply whatever the particular theme was. …

I recently developed bad anxiety myself. I have always had a crazy fear of public speaking (to the point that I would sweat, my heart races, and you can almost hear my voice crack. To put it in perspective I'm a former collegiate football player 6'6" 250#s and I can be brought to my knees by something as stupid as public speaking). Since starting to work the night shift my cortisol was in high Earth orbit and that caused my anxiety to manifest itself in all facets of my life and it has been a st…

If he crossed a line and continued to, then you didn't 'communicate' to him well enough that his behavior would not be tolerated. Don't tell him, "nah, don't do that." Be a man own your space, and tell/show him that you will not tolerate that shit. Next time it happens don't just grab his wrist give him a little pain by hitting a pressure point of putting him in a little wrist lock. That will get the point across. They will do that kind of stuff if they believe you to be weak. If you are caught …

I'm 6'6" 250 and I have the same problem, it's always the little guys. They probably think I'm an easy target because I'm a quiet person and I smile a lot, it's just my nature. I prefer the "speak softly and carry a big stick" approach. I have nothing to prove. Most of the time it's all talk and posturing on their end and the silent menacing stare is usually enough to call their bluff and let them know their shit ain't gonna fly. The simplest answer is, don't start shit if you aren't willing to …

Sure, but you would have to tell everyone what IP and port to connect to. Small group of people, that's fine, but once the numbers go up it will be harder to get that information out. Plus it would kill any passive recruitment since the only way you would know about it is by word of mouth.

You asked why it was so important. If not being able to register a website like TRP with a domain service isn't important to you then I don't know how to help you.
/r/TheRedPill11/09/17 09:01 AM

It was a white supremacist website. They got taken down because no domain service would allow them to register. If you can't register a domain, then the DNS can't point requests to the proper address because to it the address doesn't exist.

I don't go full on keto-nazi. Like you I know I feel and perform better when carbs are lower, although, I try to keep them under 50g because my insulin sensitivity is pretty messed up right now. I'm not gonna cry or lose any sleep if I go over though.

I'm doing keto and I keep breaking it on long trips out of country, so I've been through the 'carb withdrawal' way too many times lately. When I'm feeling crappy and craving carbs I've found that a cup of broth really helps.

You should be hang drying almost all your clothes. Don't use fabric softener either, that shit is just bad, especially on towels and workout clothes with anti microbial properties.

Stretch and work your posterior. The main culptrit is your Psoas Major(hip flexor). It connects your femur to your spine and over time from sitting and other things it tightens up and pulls you forward. Something that really helped me is not sitting much. I got a stand up desk at home, so now I spend 7-8 hours on my feet at work and stay on my feet at home. Of course this is along with doing deadlifts and other olympic lifts with proper form.

I think a lot of the cause is people just don't know how to have a conversation anymore. They can't just enjoy each other company without having their attentions constantly stoked by screens. I really have no ideas on how to incentivize phone free dining. But I personally make a conscious effort to keep my phone in my effort and engage those around me.

It's also a good idea to stretch your psoas major(hip flexor) as well as your shoulders. I do lots of shoulder dislocations. I've been following these two stretching regiments and they have been game changers. My hips and shoulders have been pretty tight after having to set at a desk for a good bit of my day. https://archive.is/MhYtD https://archive.is/xmdMt

Go for whatever is functional for you. If you need lots of raw strength, lift. If you need to be light and fast, get there. Somewhere in the middle seems to be a good fit for most things in my life. Stay single, especially in college. I LTR'd 3 girls, 2.5yrs, 1yr, 1.5yr (one lasted a decent bit after college) I always started out alpha with women then got very BP towards the end. I never cheated on a girl but still managed to get a good bit. Now looking back I wish I would have stayed single. There are so many things I wasn't able to do and could have improved had I not been worried about my girlfriends. Do yourself a favor man, listen to experience.

I used to be just like this, so good on you, but I slipped. It's just like anything else, as long as you do it in moderation. I got too comfortable with it and let it get out of control, used it as a coping mechanism for my ever increasing depression phase. It used to be, "no class, no homework to do, think I'll get high and go for a walk or hang out at the pool(insert any social event)." That worked for a year or two, really helped with football too. And now we come full circle on the issue. I have seen time and time again guys who are "down and out" feeling like they have nothing left, righting their path by having a supportive group of men. A male centric supporting group in literally anything; woodworking, homebrewing, motorcycles, car club, etc. and these are the things that women themselves are fighting tooth and nail to disband.

Yeah I see more obese homeless than the other way. But it's people eating these highly processed/refined foods. I can down a bag of cheetos puffs in one sitting for 2000 kcal. or these sugar laden "coffee" drinks people stuff their faces with and before they know it they are way over their daily calories and still hungry. Now try and do that with chicken breast and broccoli. I'm a big dude at 6'6" and I struggled to eat over 1000 kcal worth of chicken breast and broccoli in a single sitting.

The best way to defeat your enemy is to know your enemy. In my mind there are three main ways to do that; theory(TRP), study(seeing these theories and strategies played out), and application. What better way to study then browsing subreddits where you can see all these themes gathered in one place. Everybody needs to calm down. Seems like chicken little in here. This is just the subconscious selection process women have. Learn from it. The best part is how they hamster that they are the ones who are in control when it is actually the other way around in most cases. Like ChadThunderwang says, this is merely their way of pretending they have any control over their emotions.

Those poor fucking kids. First they name the kid Jazz, then they just bypass any form of structured parenting. They don't even realize how hard they are fucking up their children. I knew a few home-schooled kids that jumped to public school in late Middle School/High School, and to say these kids had it hard is an understatement. I can't even imagine how these kids are going to cope. And the parents will turn it around and blame it on society as a whole.

I'd say so, the OCBD can do just about anything but formal and dress. You can throw on khaki shorts and some topsiders or long khakis/jeans and some nice boots, or anything in between. The "mens style forum" is a good place to start, just be weary of those fad-style outfits. Go with something that is classic and will always look great. You don't want to look like some high schooler in Ed Hardy or whatever they are wearing now-a-days.

As far as I know it's not this way in the US either. Granted, if something is mislabeled most stores are willing to honor the price for the sake of good CS.
