4	Not alone my experiences have led me to believe stoicism is the best way to go. If I am feeling particularly emotional, I either write about it and not save the word document, or lift. I think you are suggesting I find a balance which is reasonable. 3	Is Going to College Worthwhile? Depends . . . I think the problem arises from students going into college without a game plan or goal. If they do have a goal in mind, many times, it's washed away with alcohol and so they settle for a degree that doesn't have a return on its investment. Everyone tells them college is supposed to be the best four years of their life and so they justify four years of academic neglect that way.
