Yup. My industry graduates at 90% men 10% women. But someone we need 50/50 in the office. It's amazing how they don't see the irony.

Yup. I've heard multiple times from my manager that we need "more women on the team" and that the next hire needs to be a women, even though the company is 50/50 and entire departments are all women. And then the women he hires has to step down because she was in over her head... Like why can't we hire people based on their merits?

Now go to the Nursing school and see how many males are there and then go ask any male why they don't want to be a nurse and after that lets split all the classes to male and female only, because having all those girls in class is definitely the reason why there are very few male nurses.
