In the past I liked watching talk show hosts that I really liked and I tried to learn from their charisma. The ones I think are the most charismatic are Craig Ferguson and Letterman. I also really like Conan, but I'm not sure if copying him would be good haha. Humor is a skill you can learn, as is charisma. It's a lot more realistic for a guy to improve their vibe than to grow a few inches taller. And it's a lot healthier to work on who you are rather than hide behind muscles and remain insecure inside (although doing both is of course ideal). You don't need to become as funny as Jack Black, but if you put in the work you can absolutely learn to become an attractive man without having good looks or a lot of money.

Did you try mass-approaching girls to train your skills? I sometimes approach 20 groups in one night. It's not weird, you're just being social. Mass-approaching while journalling about your mistakes, reading theory and trying out new things should get you there. Once you hit about 1000 approaches you should start getting good. If you really want to grow I also recommend doing at least 1 approach for at least 4 days a week (and just take one or two nights to do more approaches).
