Good job on commenting on every single post in this thread. One would have been enough. The whole point of this thread was to say "its ok to talk about dating other girls in front of girls that have friendzoned you." I never said anything about manipulation or lying. Go fuck yourself.

Here's how I conquer my nervousness: I just imagine that for the next month I have a date planned every night with a different girl. I don't, obviously, but I imagine that. Then, I just talk to the girl immediately thinking about asking her out on a date and I try to ask her on a date as fast as possible (as is logically allowable by how the conversation is going). I have nothing to lose, because if she says no, well, I couldn't have gone on a date with her anyway cuz my schedule is booked. If s…

I don't like it reading it because it sounds like you're trying to worm your way into a girl Isn't that what this whole subreddit is about?

I agree that there is no "Formula" but there are rules. Women are hard-wired to expect and want certain things from men. Being weak never works, being supplicating never works, being obsessive and overbearing never works. There are rules that you absolutely need to know. A lot of the shit PUAs teach is garbage because it only works for certain people and certain situations, but the underlying basics are something every man should know.

I think the biggest mistake a lot of guys make is that they talk about boring, stupid stuff which is: 1) boring for the girl 2) boring for you 3) makes the girl think you just want to fuck because you don't really want to talk about buses or whatever. I think the key is to try to figure out what she cares about, or what is going on in her mind, and focus on that. It's hard if you don't know the girl that well, so you have to be creative. If you're at a club and you're talking to a girl, what doe…

A girl who likes you will remember you, so time apart isn't an issue. Looking pathetic is way worse than taking time between hang outs. I went on a date with a really pretty girl in January and she is still texting me (she lives in a different city)

Being an alpha male has nothing to do with being introverted or extroverted. An "alpha" male is just somebody who is confident, strong, in control, etc... Being an "extrovert" is only necessary to meet people at crowded bars

All confidence is, is a quantity of success someone has in their life. I disagree. A lot of really successful guys aren't confident for shit, and some real losers have tons of confidence. I agree with the rest of what you said. Confidence is a mindset, both emotional and intellectual. It takes a while to develop, and its like lifting weights. Human beings are naturally wired to be anxious and submissive (i.e., ape tribal mentality) and only the alpha gets to be "confident." But with practice and…

Okay first off, fuck off with your insults bro. Second, thanks for the help. Seriously, are you 13 years old? You are certainly acting like it. Stop being so sensitive and think skinned. Third, if a girl is super cute around you and truly awesome from minute 5 interacting with her - you don't feel anything for her? Do you have a pair? Yes, I feel like "oh she's pretty" - I don't "like" her though and I don't fall in love with her and I don't start acting like an idiot or a doormat in front of he…

Good point - they're not losers at all. In fact, girls are stupid for not sticking with nice guys. They just "look" like losers. A lot of the "alpha" guys are either guys playing a character (such as the people here) or dudes who really just aren't into the girl.

OP it sounds like you're sounding a little thirsty in your convos with girls. What are you saying that makes them say things like "I'm not interested in dating guys"? How is that conversation starting?
/r/seduction26/08/13 03:47 AM

Correct me if I'm wrong but a "shit test" usually implies that she's interested in you? No a "shit test" is when she's poking at you to see what kind of person you are (i.e., alpha or loser). She WANTS you to say the alpha thing so she can feel good.
/r/seduction26/08/13 03:46 AM

If its early in the interaction I doubt its a shit test. I disagree. I think its in girl's DNAs to do shit tests. They come at any time. It's also kind of a wall that they put up to keep out losers. The moderators advice was good. You always want to look like you're on a slower schedule than she is.

I'm just saying, you are building a house on clay. Gray's theories are pushed under his "authority" from a fake PhD. I don't think you understand what the argument from authority means. An argument from authority means "you should believe X, Y, and Z just because a certain person said so." If there are people that blindly believe John Gray's theories, that's their own problem, but as for me I use my critical thinking abilities and I make my own decisions on shit that I read. The problem is that …

It's a fucking theory and its interesting to talk about. It has as just much scientific basis as anything else people on this subreddit post. Stuff about women being attracted to alpha males is well-attested in the scientific literature. If you don't "believe" in evolutionary psychology that's your own problem. You sound like one of those neo-feminists that can't accept that there is actual science showing that men and women are different. Go away.

Did you do the "kino" and stuff because you felt it was right for the mood or because you just felt you had to?

Good point - the dichotomy isn't really between jerk and nice guy, its more between confident man and loser. A girl can tell a guy that's being "nice" just to get laid so his niceness isn't impressive and his loserness shows brightly.

Are you 13 years old? And YEAH, it literally feels like that. "Holy shit, I love this girl [non needy - just in awesome awe at her, she's like an 11.] and she's like, "meh." "No I'm not giving you my number." No, you fucking sound needy. First of all, new rule. You're not allowed to "like" a girl till she proves herself to you. The same way you wouldn't "like" a dude that you just saw at the club for like 5 seconds, you can't "like" a girl till you've been on a few dates with her, she's done nic…

I didn't make an appeal to authority. I stated a theory that John Gray had and I analyzed it myself. Maybe my analysis wasn't scientific, but I didn't just say "this is true because John Gray says so." The explanations from the seduction world are based on simpler behavioral psychology principles. I still don't understand why its bad to look at the evolutionary origins of those emotions. It's like you're just looking at the surface. You can't create attraction by engaging her rational thinking. …

You're overthinking this. You don't need to regulate every aspect of your behavior. Just be yourself and don't give a fuck. If you have the basics done (confident, nice, alpha, etc...) you don't need to worry about these details. Your best bet is to be as appropriate as possible in the situation and match the vibe of wherever you are.

OK you kind of ran straight into the ditch by starting with that book by John Gray. Despite his claims of a PhD, he actually has no accredited degrees at all. He does have a B.S. degree in Bull Shit conferred by Maharish Mahesh Yogi. That's an ad hom argument. Whether or not his degree is real, shouldn't we judge the merits of his arguments? There is a lot of thinking about evolutionary psychology in this community, Mystery was big on this concept when he started writing. But ultimately the reas…

Jesus Christ OP you are fucking retarded. Girls don't decide whether they "like" guys that quickly. Whereas guys are biologically programmed to be attracted to tits and ass, women have different priorities (long term viability, ability to provide, alpha-ness, etc...). These are things that they can't see right away, which is why having good game is important. Studies have actually shown that men fall in love quicker than women do, and it has a lot to do with the fact that men are more visual tha…

Interacting with girls has to be an organic thing that just flows from your emotions; it can't be a list of "strategies" that you are carrying out. These techniques are helpful, but you can't walk around with them in your head all night cuz its too much information. Just try to have organic, natural conversations with girls and then if a situation comes up where you can use a technique, do it, but don't force it.

It's not that "tell me when you're free" is decidedly un-alpha, but it's more alpha to be the first to tell THEM when you're free. Good point
/r/seduction24/08/13 05:44 PM

Think about it, when someone says to you "hey let's do lunch sometime" you may respond "Yeah, sounds great man" then you never get to it. It's different between a guy and a girl you're trying to get. It just is. The psychology is different.
/r/seduction24/08/13 05:42 PM

that's the thing - you don't keep "missing each other" - its just that one party doesn't care enough about the other party to make time in their schedule. I got gaslighted by the girl I was dating because she kept me thinking she was "busy", when, in reality, if she really wanted to hang out with me she could made the time. I was stupid to not understand that. And I let her think I was always available so she never had to go out of her way to find a time to hang out.

Yeah the first few weeks of college are one of the only times its socially acceptable to just walk up to random people and introduce yourself. As a boy, you should introduce yourself to every girl in your building (even the ugly ones). Ask them if they know any upper-classmen, places to go, etc... If they don't, and you do, you're golden.

you gotta pretend you don't. that's the whole point of my post. I normally have a very packed schedule but I had 2 free weeks and I let her know, but that automatically made me too "convenient" for her to care.

Should I do that to a girl who does not show up? I personally think that's too cutesy and it shows that her "flaking" really affected you. I think a better way to handle flaking is to just be completely honest: Be like: "I noticed you were late tonight, and I was about to leave and go home because I thought you weren't going to come. I'd really like to hang out with you again, but I'm not going to continue hanging out with somebody who is constantly late." How do y'all think that will go? To be …

A wise man once told me: treat a girl like the ultimate accessory, but never a necessity That kind of shit is easy to say until you actually start to really like a girl. Also, broad statements like this don't really help much.

how does a guy who's driving force is honesty, manipulate a girl to get something from her? there has to girls out there that are above this? right? Its not really manipulation. You're just providing a boundary against her using you. You wouldn't tell your friend "come to my house anytime you want" or "come at all my food." Secondly, a statement like "let's hang out sometime" is meaningless. If somebody said that to you, you wouldn't know how to react other than to propose an actual date and tim…

How do you deal with little disrespectful things like showing up late, etc...? Do you call them out right away or do you just ignore them and hope they realize they were being a shithead? I've tried the latter and it doesn't seem to work, it only seems to build resentment.
/r/seduction23/08/13 02:16 PM

I actually had a packed schedule too, which is why I was not "convenient" naturally. But my schedule slowed down and I slipped up by letting her know that I was available whenever.

If you don't fix the real issue (you valuing her higher than yourself), and then start "acting" that you have a busy schedule, you're at best slightly postponing disaster. You're not fixing anything. How can I can value myself higher than her? And yes, I will admit that this post might come off as wrong. There is nothing wrong with saying "tell me when you're free," but you definitely shouldn't give off the vibe/impression that you are available whenever she wants to do whatever she wants. Do yo…

Her: "Whoa, you have a big forehead." You: "Yeah, I do." (continue on what you were saying) That's it. One of the things girls are attracted to are guys that can do things they can't, and the main thing guys can do that girls can't is not give a fuck about their appearance or what people think of them. If there was a girl who was insecure about her big forehead and some random person came up to her and said "Whoa, you have a big forehead" she would lose her shit even if it was a complete strange…

Try to "read" her and figure out what she cares about. Usually you can get some clue by what she looks like, where you're at, something she's said, etc... Once you've identified one of her "values" ask her about that and get her to expand upon that. You're basically most successful when she's talking and you're only adding nuggets of golden wisdom that make her think that you guys are like totally meant for each other.
/r/seduction23/08/13 09:31 AM

Basic question; She rejects your advances. You still see her in social circles. How do you act? Normal, like nothing happened. What you need to realize is that just because you have intense feelings (love, hate, attraction, etc...) for a girl doesn't mean she is going to have those feelings for you. So while it may seem like the end of the world to you that she said no, to her you were just another guy who asked her out and she said no to. After that, you can just keep being herself and maybe sh…

Swedes collaborated with the Nazis during WWII. That has less to do with the personal integrity of Swedish people and more to do with the relative power of the Swedish military at the time.
