It's still a poor point to make because the resulting child still belongs to both parties. In this case, the mans opinion should hold weight. Sure, at the end of the day it's still the womans choice, but to say 'No uterus, no opinion' is lazy, and trying to apply a simple soultuon to a not so simple problem.

She explains the hashtag itself, not her usage of it. Even in this video she's doing her darndest to get a reaction, so this video helps to prove my point more than anything. And that was the point of the hashtag. The point was that people would take it literally.

I think the point she was trying to make was about how little she had to do to incent feminists, so I don't think your point of 'if you start out with a premise of incensing a group you are going to succeed.' holds any water.
