Oooh that’s a fun little thing called “gaslighting”, and whenever you see it, it means you should HARD PASS on that LVM. Every. Time. I don’t know... I often earn more than my boyfriends and I don’t want to be “punished” for making more money by being made to pay more than my half of the bills. There are two of us, so it gets divided by two, end of story. If I have to start paying more when I make more, there’s little incentive for me to work so hard to earn more.

Def did not blow this one. If she was at all interested, it will float around in her head for awhile wondering why you didn’t ask her out. Then next time you see her, you say “hey, don’t I owe you a drink for not stealing my car?” If she’s not interested she will say something along the lines of “oh nooo I was just being a good citizen” but if she is interested it will be easy for her to quip right back ”yep you do”
