Agreed! And the idea is that you can eventually get to that point of comfort with your girl, so woosah, be yourself and talk about whatever comes to mind.

I actually never appreciated guy friends telling me they liked me. I feel vulnerable and comfortable with my friends and hate the idea that I was being ‘preyed’ on.

I (26F) have extremely strict parents from Guyana and boyfriends were a no go. Your young and there’s way less pressure, hopefully you’d find someone who has their own place or has the free crib but desperate times call for desperate measures. Find a nice little hidden outside, in the park, a roof or wherever, hotel is also an option. I moved out when I was 23 and never looked back.

Don’t expect women to initially disclose that they have boyfriends. Some of them do and try to pull a fast one and some are trying to get their boyfriend #2. If this is something that’s important to you, once you find yourself attracted to someone and interested in seeing where it could go you should be asking them if they’re in a serious relationship or pursuing a serious relationship with someone else.

Although this girl may tick all of your boxes physically, you won’t actually know if they tick all of the other important boxes until you get to know them. Take your time and really get to know people before you elevate them to this high pedestal. Some of these 10s ain’t shit lol

I absolutely agree with this! Don’t see it as rejection, some ppl are just satisfied with certain things, i.e this girl flirting with you for attention and not necessarily because she had the intent to pursue anything further, like you did. She may even have someone she’s in a relationship with but relies on that outside attention to keep her going. Don’t put so much pressure on things. Have fun with whatever is happening and feel the vibe and if things go further, they do and if not, big deal. …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
