Curious, what are those “more reliable sources”?

Really look into meditation, it’s a great habit. Check out “A Monk's Guide to a Clean House and Mind”, it’s a bit off topic but it shows you a glimpse on how a monk thinks and enjoys their day. But like other people said, there isn’t a perfect person, pet, or anything, you have to stop hyper-focusing on the negatives of a connection to really allow yourself to enjoy the positives of a connection

There’s your answer. What about family? If the answer is “don’t interact with family”, well it’s really hard NOT to be lonely if there isn’t much interaction with friends, family, LTR, and/or a pet

It’s a pandemic so there’s less chance to meet people. You need connections right now, a dog can offer that. There’s a reason why they are therapeutic and meaningful for a lot of people. The life of another living organism rests mostly in your hands and all they do is love you. It promotes connection and a big sense of responsibility

Validation, it’s not a bad thing to get, if other people tell you you’re doing something great then it can be a boost to your confidence and self esteem. It’s a neat metric. However it’s a slippery slope, rely too much on validation from other people and it can ruin you in many different ways. I believe it’s better to prove YOURSELF and feel good whenever you accomplish something based on your efforts. But keep in mind don’t be too hard on yourself, have high standards but don’t put yourself dow…

Need to go deeper than that. Do you want people to know you are a badass person just to satisfy your ego’s selfish aspect? Why do you want money? Why do you want a good career? Those answers are superficial at the moment, ask yourself the meaning behind those goals

You answered your own question. No friends or women, humans usually need some type of connection with others. I will even go as far to say that connections are probably the most important aspect in life. If you’re not ready yet or are not able to gain friends, get a dog or cat to have that sense of connection/responsibly. Plus it can lead to you to meeting other people

This is the more correct answer on this thread. If you rely on a product or pill you are putting too much power on those substances.

Just do the simplest thing you can right now. Buy some frozen veggies from the store, some meat (chicken breast/thighs, ground beef, steak, fish) choose two, get some seasoning, some resealable bags to preserve some raw meat in the freezer or fridge, pan or oven sheet , canned beans or those rice bags you can make in the microwave, maybe some fruit/berries, and water. Eat/drink them for a while CONSISTENTLY, it doesn’t have to be perfect each day just do your best. A healthy diet does a lot more…

Honestly you need to consume good quality, uplifting content constantly so that you can begin to look at the positives and get yourself out this rut. Start consistently watching YouTube videos based on what you are experiencing, Tony Robbins and other individuals do a good job in helping with mental strength. Constantly consume and implement what other happy, successful, and positive people tell you to. Just remember, the attitude of other people is the reflection of your own attitude for the mo…

It seems that for you it is “ if no sex or head on first date = fail/she’s a bitch”. Again focus on making her comfortable/excited/attracted on the first meeting, obviously have a plan to escalate but don’t force it or rush it. Read her body language and the situation. Don’t try to manipulate her for the sole reason of sex, girls can sense neediness

Meet her up for drinks, yogurt, a walk somewhere , something small. Not saying you should take her to an upscale Italian restaurant. “I’ll at least get head” you’re being outcome dependent for the first meeting, focus on enjoying yourself during the meetup and getting her comfort/excitement levels up, if you just focus on “sex, sex, sex” for the first meeting without knowing how to get the chemistry right, girls will keep rejecting you

There has to be some type of attraction from an earlier meeting, if the first time you meet them is during a “smoke and chill” session, you will have trouble getting anything more than just a “get to know her” date unless you have pretty advanced game. If it’s the first meeting, then it will just be hard to form chemistry because it’s just literally “smoke and chill” or in their minds it would be “just a good time to talk and get to know him while enjoying a good smoke but if he is AMAZING then …
