A lot of Autistic people can't make friends at all. They are completely ostracized. Most educated Autistic people can not receive employment at all. They are completely discriminated against. You either suffer or you kill yourself. There really is no other good advice. But I do think that if you have the ability to make friends in the first place and have had that ability your whole life, you can probably get laid. You can probably develop a meaningful connection with somebody and have a life.
