You're kind of an ass, aren't you? No longer surprised you get that kind of treatment at parties, looks like you bring it on yourself. Have fun!

Don't treat momentary denial as complete rejection, the time might just not be right or maybe the mood hasn't been set. It would be nice if everyone on the planet could understand this.

When I used to hang out at BDSM type clubs, every single woman, without fail, who introduced herself as a "dominatrix" type pretty much expected every man they met to fall to their knees and kiss their hand. Here's the messed up part: not once have I been to a party/scene like that where the doms of both genders didn't respect each other. As long as you're not intruding on their pets/bottoms, it's never ever been an issue. Don't know what's going on at your parties, but you could probably start …

Dude. How is that in any way a reason to dump you?

I was going to put on the brakes and start going "WTF" and then I saw your username. Kudos. And when I say it's not for the weak, I mean it's not for the weak inside the show. Watch a couple of seasons of... well, just about anything he's made. You'll see... no one lives forever and everyone has a rapier wit.

AFAIK, Firefly is not in Buffyverse. But in general, Joss Whedon's grand universe is not meant for the weak.

Knowing the source (Whedonites, not just Cordi), that is probably not unintentionally ironic. Everything in the Whedonverse is meant to offend someone. Or kill off a main character. /shrug

Jesus Christ, THAT'S Mimi Rogers? She's not looking so good since she was in "Lost In Space." :(

That happens a LOT more than you might expect. :/

Untrue. I've gotten out of quite a few tickets by being white, male and over 30. Being polite is a massive change for most cops, they're bombarded by cursing and terrible attitudes over the smallest of traffic stops, so a polite white older gent who's not freaking out on them? They'll let you off more often than not. YMMV. And if you don't believe me, try being brown and making some irrational traffic stops. Here in Texas, Driving While Brown will get you ticketed at the minimum.

Well, the drought isn't bad as long as you live near lakes (coughDFWcough) and truly... if you can cast a blind eye to most of the ridiculous bullshit happening in this country, it's no further a leap to ignore the bullshit happening in Texas. /shrug And, thank you. I had a kick-ass lawyer.. but upon further reflection, I probably should have been a lot meaner and gained more concessions during the divorce other than "GTFO, woman."
/r/MensRights02/05/12 04:05 PM

Actually no... the divorce was final about 4.5 years ago. This is however, the very first time she's admitted to her motivations... I'm kind of angry that it was finally said, after 15ish years of me pulling my hair out, but I'm also really happy that I am no longer involved in that particular situation. Also, no alimony. In TX, you have to be married for a decade before alimony kicks in. We juuuuuuuuust missed 10 years by a few months.

Among other things, but that was the deal-breaker.

So it should come as no surprise why I divorced her in the first place.

( ie bad facebook and fetlife photos) Unfortunate... I don't know how I feel about that. Facebook content, I could see being used as it is incredibly hard to keep FB data private for very long. FetLife photos however... I'll come out and say it, not cool at all, dude. I am quite positive that's part of her private life, and really should have stayed that way. Just because someone is into the kink lifestyle does not make them a poor parent or guardian.

Is she going to keep her son away from any man she starts dating? She scares me a bit.

I am not a fan of this word, but the woman I am with has no fear of it whatsoever... even prefers it to "pussy" as a descriptor. It is very strange to me.

Sorry "lady," it doesn't really work like that. FWIW, we've been laughing at you for some time now.

It's even more retarded than that. It's cause they are fundamentally attracted to these men, but are not realizing they are supposedly ideologically opposed to everything that they are. And THAT is the part that kills me. "We want manly men, but manly men that will do whatever-the-fuck we tell them too!" You don't get to have your cake and eat it too, sister... take your pick.

Imagine reversing the roles, and threatening her with divorce if she ever read any feminist material. I flip the script on EVERY moral situation/calamity that a woman/girlfriend lays down on me. Mostly it ends in moral indignation and an inability to admit that she's trying to pull massive amounts of bullshit on me. "If I wouldn't do that to YOU, why in hell should I put up with you doing that to me?"

Epic troll. Gotta be. Who advocates placing hidden cameras at a girl's slumber party so that one of the girl's dad can have Spank Bank material? Gotta be fake.

Oh good. I thought I wasn't going to go through the day without seeing a troll post. Especially one where you have to comment on your own post because no one else (in their right mind, and this does not include me) would. Thank you.

Chivalry is not dead. It's alive, but it's just not respected. Ain't this the truth. I can't tell if it's age or breeding or what, but my going out of my way to be nice to women has gotten me more angry stares and the occasional "WTF are you doing?" in the last five years than it has my entire 35 previous years. Makes me not want to bother anymore.
