I left out some details, but clearly there's a lot for me to learn on building sexual tension. Your comment was really helpful, thank you.

The first one was just generic, we're at this study camp so I saw her around and tried chatting to her. The second one is in my study seminar, so I saw her the next day and that was pretty ok, we didn't really talk about the night before but we were cool. After that we've been texting, I was playfully reminding her to get a ticket to a lecture that's in a language she doesn't speak. Aside from that some teasing/joking we'd been doing beforehand, but she's been responding less and less to the poi…

Although of course plausible, I doubt this one. I tried talking to them the day after, where they were already standoffish

I feel like this would be the case. I have been texting the second one a fair bit, but although her responses vary from enthousiastic to offstandish, I've clearly been the more responsive one. I had already made me mind up about just cutting it out and seeing what she does next, but you made me certain of that choice.

I'm quite sure at least the second ine isn't, as she had been flirting with me beforehand and was quite clear in her wanting to be kissed.

But there is an egalitarian movement, no? Granted, it's way smaller than the MRM or Feminism, but it can grow.

Thesis, counterthesis, synthesis. I think both a gynocentric and androcentric perspective must be used when considering each issue and event. Since the feminists are issueing a gynocentric perspective constantly, our role is to present an androcentric perspective, and this will mean that, provided we can obtain equal airtime, funding etc, the broader arena is gender transitionary, even if its subsets are not. Man, I appreciate the elaborate answer, but I'm not a native speaker and this is going …

You know, this might just happen. But I don´t wanna do it. I can´t go around and call her and her a sexual predator, when I don´t actually think so. This is behaviour I despise, and joining it to make it go away, it just doesn´t work for me.

Her comment to the black girl was spot on. The act had already happened. The interview had passed. The black girl made the link between this situation and sex, but that would result in withdrawing consent after sex.

Statutory rape laws are based on the fact that under aged kids are both not fully emotionally developed and easy to manipulate. I completely agree, and they are great laws. However, judging by the comments, these boys were 17 years old. I believe that plenty of 17 year olds have developed enough to judge what they do and don't want. Now I am not trying to say that this goes for all of them. But to judge someone solely on having sex with a 17 year old, is IMO too easy of a judgement. I mean, if a…

The female "abuser" is clearly not wearing a bra. In other scenarios, that might not be a big deal (you do you girl), but it's obvious that in this case, the men at the CAFE are attempting to send a very clear message. They're implying that they believe women are excited, aroused even, when they are berating a man. It's a subtle but highly misogynistic message that paints women as sadistic, domineering, and downright cruel. You heh WHAT? Even if the removal of the bra was a point being made, HOW…

Is this the case where a big fella wouldn't co-operate with the police, they took him down with one officer applying a chokehold, when the man started yelling that he couldn't breathe? In that case, controversial opinion here, I agree. The chokehold didn't kill the man, it was stress which caused an astma attack. People familiar with that chokehold will know you can't talk when that hold is tightened, so the officer wasn't applying pressure.

I believe that the husband or boyfriend should have a say in it. You can't have someone not being able to get an abortion because the man doesn't want it. I do however think men should be able to "opt out" of parenthood, abandoning all their legal rights as a father, but not having to pay child support or some shit either. They would have to do this in the same period of time that you can get an abortion though.

It won't be official evidence she is lying, "he forced me to", but I think it would be benifitial for the defending party. A lot of things that say a little eventually start saying a lot.

Oh that's right, you Americans have this dense system where untrained citizens declare who's guilty and who's not, forgot about that. Am I questioning this story? Yes, multiple things sound questionable, but you can't just go out and call someone who might have been raped a lier based on a fucking photo whilst having zero forensic knowledge. This difference in woman and feminism comes from from standpoint I describe the feelings. The MRM identifies feminism as radical feminism. FEMINISM identifies the MRM as WOMEN hating assholes, while in MY opinion, the MRM is turning into a hategroup against FEMINISM. Feminism thinks the MRM hate women, while in fact, the MRM hates feminism. Clear enough?

These "arguments" that you're talking about are 9/10 times examples of shit some rad.fem. has said and it's being used to call the entire feminist culture as a hategroup. I've said it before and I'll say it again: this is my point. Instead of informing the public about MRM and try to solve male issues, we quote shit rad.fems say and comment hateful shit about feminism. This is exactly my point! As the result of claims by radical feminists, this movement that is supposedly for solving male issues, has turned into a hateforum against feminism. Read your own comment! I don't know about people posting regularly, but I certainly disagree with your statement about being negative. They proclaim that the MRM is bringing forward legitamite problems, but that a lot of MRA are hating feminism, thus making a bond between the two impossible and I think they got it spot on. I haven't seen a comment that is saying that our ideas are ridiculous. They're probably out there, but that would be a very small minority.

I think you guys understood my implication wrong, I started with the assumption that we think feminism is against men, and that feminism considers the MRM a hategroup against women. Lets look at it from a logical standpoint: how often do you see a woman and think "damn, she's cute, I'd be interested in having sex with her"? Probably fairly often. Why don't you force yourself on her? Because you're taught that rape is wrong, and that she needs to consent. So I do believe dat culture is the reason why we don't follow our biological desires.

Still the fact remains that with male circumcision you can still enjoy sex, while with female circumcision, your primary source of enjoyment is removed. But what I think people don't get here, I'm not justifying male circumcision. I think it's wrong and it needs to stop, but yet again, that is not my point. It isn't a cultural strategy, it simply are two different problems. Male circumcision is something that's not necessairy but does cause harm to young children, so therefore we need to debate on wheter or not this is an ethical thing to do. Female circumcision is something that's done to prevent women from enjoying sex. If these problems would have the same idea behind it then yes, it's something that could be solved at ones, but we're dealing with different problems, different cultures and ideas…
