Similar age here... I was confused/disappointed at first, but then I felt very fortunate having unplugged at such a young age. As you read more material, you will realize how much pain the older generation (30,40,50 yrs old now) went through. Its not very common to be unplugged in your 20s and you will feel very lucky in time to have avoided so much pain later on. Any other characters you had in mind? I always think of Don Draper, as mentioned above, from Mad Men and Tony Soprano from the Sopranos. Other than that, I have difficulty finding true red pill aware men to model after.

This is perfect... matches w/ what I've experienced. Obviously looks are important but they just get you in the door. Most of us probably undervalue our attractiveness if we are in shape. 75 percent of men in the US are overweight or obese. By being in shape, you really separate yourself. I read the Power of Eye Contact by Michael Ellsburg... probably overkill to read but interesting if you have the time As mentioned, practice with people on the street. Hold eye contact longer than they do. Start eating better... by eating better you are investing in yourself which is attractive. Also, if you stick to compound lifts 3x a week should be more than enough Dig around r/fitness or r/paleo for more info
