Women are raised to nurture others. It is considered our role. We are more likely to work at daycare and nursing and teaching bc of our socialization to care and nurture. This includes elder care overall as well. But this is just a children paying for parents issue which needs to be every child's choice, not obligatory.

I've been in the hole of wanting to die. I know what that's like. Gain a little spite. You're probably a people pleaser. Gain a bit of spite. Live out of spite. Save up every dollar while you have a free roof. Find any way. And then live and create a life you enjoy being in out of absolute spite. Don't turn mean. You've seen that. Approach with an attitude that you won't let cruel touch you again one day and find a way. Friends are hard to find in person since we stopped having third spaces that…

I'm very sorry. I know there are child resources but I also know that system is absolutely broken and may do more harm than good. Make some good friends and work towards moving out as soon as you're able legally and financially. Find people looking for a roommate. Get along well with them and create your own safe home. So sorry man.

Details. He is thinking you are using the word abused incorrectly. That it means she's mean when she fights or something. If it's not safe to tell him don't tell him. But if you know he loves you please tell him. My brother is a new father and he would want to know if anything happened to his baby.

Please talk to your dad. I don't know how old you are but write everything down and let him read what you shared. The details of the punching etc in the comments too. Tell him you have something serious to tell him and you've been hiding it because you were uncomfortable and didn't know how to say it so you wrote it down. He's your dad (im assuming hes a good guy and loves you). He needs to know so yall can work out some help. I'd see if he would help get you a counselor who specializes in child…

I'm not saying my sexuality expression is like a male. I am saying I love male sexuality. It's sensual and beautiful to see. Mine is very female. But I love sex with men and to experience theirs. And yes if I could choose gay or straight I would also choose to be gay. Men are statistically my most common danger and if I could have chosen I wouldn't have chosen to be attracted to them. But I am. So I have to weed out the dangerous ones like other straight women. Sometimes I've gotten it wrong in …

I love male sexuality don't know what you're talking about. I don't like men who get turned on by violence, but all my favorite lovers have been men. Love when they do those cute little moans and gasps during a bj. So sexy.

It's insulting to both of us to think i support rape in any form. I only support consensual sex. I was helping with the birth control issue bc he mentioned men don't have bc. I figured he didn't know since he said there wasn't. My bad. But don't insult us both of course if a man is raped by a woman and she gets pregnant I think he deserves to sign away his rights completely and not ever be involved in the child's life in any way, financially or otherwise. Thats common sense even if it isn't the …

But divorce is beneficial to individuals who are not happy in their relationships. This sounds bad to force people to be stuck with each other when unhappy? Why??? What a miserable life to be legally forced. I'm too much of a small government, freedom person to believe in forcing marriages to stay together. That screams of big government.

But won't that make men really mad if women just won't have sex with them? Men were not excited about the 4b movement even tho it stops women from hoeing around as you said. Abortion is avoiding pregnancy. A health condition that is 100 percent of the time damaging to the body. Every pregnancy causes damage to the pregnant person's body. And it can range from minor to death. If another human was using my body and it could lead to death, I would definitely withhold the right to evict them at any time for self defense. And I would defend a man his right to as well if someone was physically attached to his body he could remove them as well. This is bodily autonomy. No …

You don't know what someone has going on Health wise till you get to know them. Like you'd be attracted to them whether you knew or not. Then you find out. I was still attracted to my person. It didn't affect my attraction. I didn't know you were talking about people seeking out certain traits like cancer. I wasn't even on that page with you haha.

My brother is turning 39 this year. He got married in 2016 if I'm remembering correctly. Def not off by more than one year. So he got married at around 30. He met my sister in law I wanna say a couple years. One year dating one year engaged I think. Not really sure but that sounds right. So yea it may be different for the younger ones now who don't socialize but rely on online meetings thru apps. Since yall are around same age it may not have applied to him as well.

I'm pretty specifically attracted to bigger men. I'm super skinny. Anyone hard would not make snuggling pleasurable so I go for flab for my own comfort. It's just better.

Because they have cancer? No but it is part of them. Like my man has diabetes. So he's not "healthy" but it's part of him and I'm attracted to him.

Those are terrible women and I'm sorry people treat people badly. I'm worried about legal stuff more than social treatment bc to me it just means "those aren't my people need to expand who i talk to" but legal rights are concerning. Currently the SAVE act judt passed the house that would require voters to have the same name as their birth certificate... it would unduly effect married women who have changed their name and was never a necessity before. My mom. It was my mom long ago. It was my grandma. It was a warning that things aren't permanent. I grew up with those rights but I listened to them say it. Now I see it sliding backwards. You'd have to be blind not to. This isn't distant past. My family is still alive who dealt with this.

I personally prefer Dicks to be smaller side bc then i can deep throat easier. Also short guys are great. My brother is 5'6 and my dad is 5'7" ... both happily married to attractive women. It's all about how social they are and they are great with socializing.

It's a celebration of love. My partner and I just love on each other. He got me a book about the history of Chinese empires and I'm making him something homemade. It's just about celebrating any love in your life. That can be love for your kids or your parents or your friends or yourself. When I was single I'd get dresses up and take myself out for steak and wine sit at a bar somewhere fancy and read and have a fancy appetizer too like mussels. It was glorious

Well it makes him less sensitive so I don't see any sexual benefit. And I just think it's icky to force a baby to remove part of their body just for aesthetics when they have zero choice. It's disturbing to me. Have your husband watch a video of it being done. There's a reason that they take them out of the room with parents to do it. It's sad to hear them in pain. Why put them thru that? I just don't get it.

In my personal experience yes they are. I had a stranger man tell me i needed to have children. I didn't even know him. His wife asked if I had kids. I said I'm not having any. He went on a rant at me about how I need to have "white babies" for my country. No freaking joke. Wish I could say I ripped him a new one but I didn't. I was kinda just in shock and I was at work

Prob bc its easy for a woman to get pregnant. Any guy will do it practically. But a man has a harder time finding a sexual partner bc women aren't as easy and bc convincing a woman to go thru pregnancy if she isn't interested is also hard. So it makes more sense for a man to be childless

For sure. I just try not to take anything too seriously that other people do. I assume whatever they decide isn't bc of me, but them. I'm not so important to be able to control anyone else so I just try to work on controlling me into being the type of person I want to grow into. Eventually I'll get most my ducks in a happy row I like. Probably more of a zig zag but they will be around. Haha

Gotcha. I've worked on my cognitive. All I really had to do was think about if I were that person with whatever info I know about them and with some educated guesses how would I feel about my behavior. So I modify my behavior to make them more comfortable best I can. It's hit or miss tho for sure. But I'd rather always be learning than just give up and say I can't ya know?

Those aren't mutually exclusive tho? I am ND and can tell you I have empathy and can systemize and pattern recognize very very well. Empathy is a learned skill and most NDs understand it pretty well. Okay. I've dated plenty of men that weren't conventionally attractive. We worked until we didn't. I have the history. Both attractive and unattractive guys can be problematic. It has nothing to do with their genetic looks whether they will be good or bad for any particular person. Everyone fails at normal healrhy relationships at first. Thats called dating. What exactly are women doing to you to make relationships fail that men aren't? Everyone is just figuring out what they want in life and what is actually attainable for their circumstances. Life is just a journey of choices. That seems absolutely spot on. Also adding in older men and peers will say "it's just what men do" and also reinforce. Reminds me of older women telling me how I'm supposed to dress and act to get men and none of it is what I actually want so I also have had to live for myself and not their approval. I totally get that part.

I am so sorry about that. I hope you don't mind a woman letting you know that. Your therapist never should have implied that. #metoo but it was my mom. 😔 I know how that feels and understand. I want to condemn this, she had some crazy internalized men can't have this happen to them stuff. This makes me more sure that women and men should all be in all jobs as much as possible. So that anyone needing something like therapy they can find one who can relate to them best. Or connect.
/r/MensRights07/02/25 08:19 AM

We find the nearest person we want to fuck and who also wants to fuck us and the privacy to do so. At least I do. It may take a while to find all those parameters matching up. But once they do, we do. And some people don't even worry about the privacy and really really should haha.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/25 08:12 AM

Like I def need orgasms but I don't need sex. Celibacy isn't that problematic. And I know officially I don't need either to live. But yea emotional need I think is not isolating or lack of stimulation of any sort. We need social connection. But it doesn't have to be in the form of sex necessarily. Thats one under an umbrella of things. But lack of any strong community bonds is very harmful.

But the problem is drafting hasn't happened in 50 something years. They also make it the only path out of poverty sometimes with incentives which is sad AF. Solitary confinement causes psychosis and suicide and is considered torture. No I'm saying scientifically no sex will not kill you but solitary confinement will and isolation which is self solitary can also lead to suicide. Sex is an action between two or more people. That activity isn't necessary to survive individually. It's only necessary to survive on a macro species level for procreation.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/25 03:06 PM

Isolation will kill you. No brain stimulation. Not having sex isn't the same as not having brain stimulation. Also solitary confinement is something forced on someone. Isolating is self chosen.

Purely scientifically no... Lack of sex doesn't not bc as I pointed out there have always been celibate communities, many who lived longer bc of their isolation from other dangers like childbirth in nuns and violence of the day in monks. But the isolation you're feeling is a piece of that. The celibacy isn't. The isolation is. Not having sex will not kill you. But not having intimacy of any kind? Emotional connection with others in a social group? Yea that's a major issue. It's not the sex, you …

No that would eventually kill you. Which is because of its isolation. For sure to suicide. I did not have that in my initial basic needs chart. Yes without stimulation of any sort in solitary yes prob. But if you are isolating so feeling some of that if not 100% bc of having SOME stimulation but not enough for you...you have to ask why? Why aren't you putting effort into social? Is it fear? What are you afraid of etc. How to manage it. Thats the run down that therapy can do you or even try some …

My refute is simply that many men have been celibate their whole lives and lived. Throughout history. Monks come to mind. Women too, nuns etc. Many lived to old age. Found contentment in their lives without sex. Made art. Many monks were scientists and brewed their own beer to make money for the monastery. I understand how it feels like a need bc not only is it a biological urge and desire it's an intellectual one and psych one as well bc its the cultural script that is most the norm. So it is d…

Frankly it's really only been since the 70s or so that women really had money to not think this way. I'd say we have made a lot of progress bc most women don't date most men just for money anymore but also bc they want someone compatible they love. So I think it's actually gotten better it just wasn't spoken about much in the past bc the only option was to marry and hope he was good with his money/employment to support you and the family you usually had together.

Men teach us not to be nice or else they will want sex and not care if we want it too

Treat better means better than neutral. Most of those studies show that neutral would be invisible. The cruelty of shoving mean hateful comments on people doesn't count in those studies bc it's more about not going out of their way to be nice, otherwise just ignoring or being stranger polite to those people we don't find attractive. Actively trying to harm their feelings by shaming them for how they look? Thats not neutral it's mean.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/25 02:58 AM

You aren't competing with other men anymore. You are competing with a woman happy being single. She isn't gonna do anything to mess up her peace unless it's very worth it.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/25 02:55 AM

Tell that to animals... mostly in animals the man courts and the woman chooses... wait, we are still classified as animals right?

The only reason procreation wasn't difficult is bc men literally just bought a wife from their father and mother... if they had the money the dad handed over the daughter for that. The issue now is men were used to being told know by a father. They are acting completely differently being rejected by the woman herself. When a father rejected them as a suitor they listened to the no. They don't Like listening to a no from a woman instead of another man
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/25 07:37 PM

Women are also expected to respect a no from a man. If they don't instead I call that rape and/or coercive sex. Each side has to respect the others control over what happens to your own body.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/25 05:42 PM

The man still has to consent bro. If men are not wanting to be with a woman they can also say no. There's no advantage. Each individual can say yes or no. Men not wanting to say no doesn't mean they don't also have the right to say no. There's no advantage if both people have the same right to say no or yes to sex. It's equal. What's not equal is men more readily being easy bc of their own choice to say yes to any woman bc of desperation. It is not an inequality. And you didn't answer me about g…
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/25 05:42 PM

Because it harms someone. Women being sexy doesn't harm anyone. Men are consenting to being chosen by these women. And if a man says no a woman also must not. Does your logic apply to gay men? If they are bigger and stronger can they just rape men whenever they want? Like how are you not getting this fundamental idea that your body belongs to you?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/25 05:10 PM

Women are also expected to work for the good and happiness of others. It's literally what moms do for their children and the next generation. And right to your own body is not something that can be taken away and is always immoral bc you cannot own other people. Legally sure, but morally? Never

You can have a perception of someone and not be mean to them just bc you don't like them. You can live and let live as long as they aren't actively harming you. Also stds happen when people have sex like colds happen when they work closely around ppl. It's part of some human interactions and we know how to prevent them. Thats on all of us to use condoms. I don't think babies being born harms society. I think a wanted pregnancy and healthy birth are blessings no matter if the mother of that child…

Okay per your last paragraph. Don't shame people. No one shamed you. Leave people alone about how they have sex or not. It's not your business.

I'm trying to figure out how sex can be harmful? Consensual sex and orgasm is good on the body. It's good on stress levels, blood flow, etc. You say too many sweets are bad on you. I've had sex multiple times a day and it never harm my life. Those were great times. It's harmful on people to try to control their own sex life by coercion or shame. Provided people are doing it privately It's really no one else's business. And im sorry you felt like you betrayed your own standards. I'm glad you lear…
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/25 09:52 PM

I'm so confused by that last paragraph haha. Most men do push for sex. Early. Often. In my 34 years of life and over 16 years of dating experience it is very usual for men to push for sex. Which isn't bad bc I like sex but I don't get when they get mad about someone having sex early when they want sex early. Especially someone they don't know or didn't know in their past. You said you want to shame them bc it's not hard for them to get sex. I still don't understand why you want to shame someone …
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/25 01:40 PM

Why does it bother you if women even do that? Like... if men were with someone who was also with other people I wouldn't care bc it's their choice and their body and their sex life. I'd tell them they deserve someone to not cheat on them but other than that why does it concern you?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/25 01:37 PM

Yep. Got tricked. Happens to us all. No one is fallible from trickery.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/25 02:16 AM

So you mean men lie? Yea we know that. Thats literally what we learn super early. Men will lie to try to get sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/25 11:37 PM

The restraint is daily tho. I get hit on by men all the time. We are always rejecting guys bc it's not right for us. But why we get shame when it is right for us? The guy we are with doesn't mind when we are with them but every other guy seems to have a problem with it and they aren't even involved?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/25 10:23 PM

What? How does that work?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/25 10:21 PM

Why shame women at all for doing what men want to be able to do? Shouldn't it be a huge five moment? Cause if she gets hit on every time she goes out and goes out every weekend that 52 weekends. If she only sleeps with 5 guys a year she is actually very very picky which is a good trait bc it means only 5 guys in a year meet her standards for just sex. Then maybe none of those meet a standard for dating or marriage. Takes her a few years to find someone compatible and the number of 30plus partner…
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/25 10:15 PM

I just find people attractive on how they treat me. If they respect me and treat me well I'm more likely to want to get it on. If they don't then it doesn't matter how they look they are ugly inside. If you're beautiful inside it attracts me a lot. Hence why people seem to make fun of me bc my boyfriends have never been attractive to my girl friends but they have been happy for me bc I like the people I'm with so so much and always gushing about how they treat me. Then men get mad we "settled" and say we are liars if we genuinely like the guy. They say we shouldn't take time to learn about lots of different guys before picking one we like best but you seem to be saying we should shop around until we find one that's right for us. So why get mad at women who do just that? Then they get mad we have a body count from when we are looking around and vetting people.

But if I'm gonna date and have them in my space I need to know more about them and like more about them than their body. That won't even get them in the door for dating. Convicts? Depends on the crime. I've had a run in with the law a few times. Never for anything violent. So I'm not dangerous to society or others. My current partner has an old felony from when he was 19. Non violent. He doesn't deserve love at 42 bc he was too poor to get it expunged? Why yall so mean to other men who have had bad situations with the police and justice system when we know they are more likely to go after men anyway for prison labor?

See I've never had better than myself. Same standard for behavior. If I want smart, I'm gonna be smart. If I was compassionate I'm gonna be that back. The minute I'm doing something for them but they have zero desire for emotional reciprocity or at least learn how to? Nah. If I'm gonna pour my entire heart into someone I expect the same. Men are just easy. So if a woman holds out a standard she is more likely to get it. Men don't usually have as high standards bc women aren't as easy and they try to mold their actions to get women instead of own their actions and wait for the right man while dating casually to find him. If men said no she couldn't date casually. It's all in mens control of themselves. Women can only have their pick bc men are easier to get.

There's a guy at my job who i would recommend someone date. He's super short. He has a gf. He's like 5'4". He's hard working. Nice to others. Passionate about his interests. Multiple women at work think he's great. One has told me if she was younger and he was single she'd make a move on him. Another short guy 5"5 ish just got out of a relationship but he was with her for years. Plenty of short guys get girls. The ones who complain about being short don't.

It's the why you don't like the small ones. The why we don't like the height thing. You're missing the difference in why. Yours is you prefer them big visually. Mine is I prefer someone who doesn't complain about their height and short guys complain more about it. It's a behavior versus a feature.

It doesn't matter how many men were taking advantage of it. It's the power differential. Knowing your husband COULD would make you act differently towards him and cater to him out of fear. Well again we don't know what your stuff is and yall don't seem serious about it bc you don't organize about it like we do. Most the time men bring up mens rights when we are talking about some very female specific problems. We want yall to talk about them and organize about them. But when we say it will benefit men too it's because dismantling a patriarchal structure will collateral damage wise keep men from having to be boxed into a structure that doesn't make room for individual differences i…

I picked on one thing mentioned and am confused by your assertion... you said that women didn't fight men for rights but they were handed to them? Factually false. What do you mean not because they fought for it? Women died, were forcefed, do you know you feminist history? There were beatings and killings for both the UK and USA suffragette movements. I appreciate this view as a theory if we believed every man would be a father always acting in thr best interests of the child. In practice its simply unsafe to to let anyone have complete control of your own decisions about what you do with yourself. I assumed she was participating. I meant timing wise. Just take some time to stop stimulating your dick so the sex act can last longer. Use hands or mouth or toys etc with her guidance and participation then try to orgasm. Or orgasm and then comitue sex activity until she does. Every situation is gonna be different just don't stop till the other person is satisfied. Thats advice for all people involved.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/25 04:31 PM

Just make sure she cums before you get over stimulated. Thats usually a best option. Stop trying to make people cum from just PIV. All that porn is faked and that's not the most pleasurable way to play with pleasure. I'd suggest not even putting it in until after at least 30mins of play time.

Yes but she was someone else's family. And her husband of 50 years did this to her. No one protected her particularly her family.

Thank you. I feel like I'm never mean or angry I just try to learn and teach and have discourse and make sure people think about things from other perspectives. I love the men in my life. My father is a huge part of my upbringing and he was always so encouraging and the best guy. I've been accused of having daddy issues just because I fight against violence. I also am against women who are violent. Always have been. It's simply statistically not as common and I cannot speak on it personally. I'm…

Very interesting points. I'm sure most Frenchman wouldn't. But at least one person went in and saw what was happening and didn't tell anyone and then left. Thats in court documents. If I went into a room and a man was unconscious and I knew he was gonna be raped I would immediately get police involved. I couldn't live with the guilt. I'm trying to figure out if these men feel anything at all? How do you leave an unconscious person to be harmed and never tell anyone??

So men aren't naturally protectors only socialized to protect women in their family? It can't be both and im not the one who said men are natural protectors. I don't think they are since you said they only protect women they know. I don't want men to need to protect women. I want a world where men don't attack women simply because they have the physical advantage to do so.
/r/MensRights28/12/24 02:39 PM

Women weren't on the chat group as far as I knew it was men only. But sure if there was a woman on there she should also have gone to police. Anyone should have. Why do men call themselves natural protectors but in this instance no one even thought to protect?
/r/MensRights28/12/24 02:27 PM

More than those men saw the ad. Could have gone to the police and said "hey someone is trying to get a woman raped please stop him"
/r/MensRights28/12/24 02:21 PM

I think people are horrified bc other men knew and didn't report it even the ones who didn't rape her. They just decided "not my busienss" and did nothing. That quote if 1 in 10 men do it and 9 men do nothing then none of them are safe men. Ya know?
/r/MensRights28/12/24 01:50 PM

The ages ranged from 22-70 so tho they skewed older the range was quite extensive. And there is no guarantee that a young person in this world doesn't also feel disenfranchised as well. At 34 I certainly do.
/r/MensRights28/12/24 01:49 PM

I wouldnt... I'd steal if I need something and I can't get it otherwise like food. I'd murder for self defense. Rape has no justification. No matter who is being raped. There's never a justification. It's pure entitlement and selfishness. Other crimes can be justified but doing something to someone's own body when it's not desired by them for ones own selfish reasons is just not justified.
/r/MensRights28/12/24 01:47 PM

I think the reason people are so horrified is none of the men who saw this but didn't do it reported it. They didn't protect her. Other men knew and did nothing. The police only caught on bc a woman turned him in for filming up someone's skirt and then they found all his videos. Men say they are naturally protectors but obviously not? Like most of the men convicted had children and worked at a bank or grocery store and there was a nurse as well and had spouses. These weren't weird anti social pe…

Under title VII sex is protected yes. It's sex, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion etc. So yes murdering someone just bc of their sex could be prosecuted as a hate crime. If the motive is i hate all people who are a particular sex and want them dead then yea the male gender is protected. Just gotta be the motive for the murder.
/r/MensRights28/12/24 01:20 PM

Yea i always look at motive. If someone wouldn't have been killed if they were a man in that circumstances then it's femicide. Otherwise it's not.
/r/MensRights28/12/24 05:29 AM

Anyone murdering men and boys just because they are men and boys are also committing murder out of hatred of a protected group as well. Just don't always see that motive as much.
/r/MensRights28/12/24 04:27 AM
12

Femicide by definition isn't just women being murdered i believe it's people being murdered because they are women. Like someone is targeting to kill anyone who is a woman bc they hate women. It's a hate crime term. Like the guy who left a manifesto in California explaining he was killing women bc he believe all women deserve to die. That person clearly was just targeting women not murdering for other motives. As far as I know that's what that term means. Or infants being killed just because the…

So you like body parts not women. Got it. They got those things at sex ships like torso things with tits and pussy you can fuck. Have you tried that? With porn watching that could be a fun maaturbation sex life for you. I have lots of toys and I don't know if other people all know what's out there but it sounds perfect for what you're looking for!! I forgot the name of it but if there's a shop near you it may have one!!
/r/MensRights27/12/24 01:17 PM

Yea. And the time in life when you're ready for different things. I think it's all just a journey. You fail and succeed at a lot but keep making goals big and small to do things that make you happy in life.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/24 02:08 AM

Well you can't control how other people feel about you. You can only be true to yourself and if you choose a relationship I believe intimacy is delving deeply with both people. Sharing a life means knowing one another intimately. At least that's what many people are looking for. I understand the worry for sure but why live a performance?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/24 01:00 AM

Well all of us only have control over ourselves. We can't control anything else. Just live and learn and fail and succeed in turn. It's all just a journey. Try to do the next best thing you can control.

Nah not at all. I've seen it on the internet. I know women can be awful. Been a victim of women. But never actually feared for my life around women. I've been harmed emotionally deep deep deep by women but always knew I could walk away from them. Men have tried to run me over with cars, punch me, etc. I only weigh 88lbs. I'm in a lot more danger around men who have more of a willingness and capability to be physically violent towards me. Thats all

Your honesty isn't the issue. The ones that move on are glad you didn't lie to them and lead them on. The ones who think they can change you just didn't want to listen to your honesty and saw it as a challenge and burned themselves.

Yes. Women throwing things and hitting men on media is wrong. I have a dad and brothers and cousins who laugh at it. When I tell them that abuse, they laugh it off as "she can't really hurt him" and I feel like I care more about how abuse against men is portrayed than the men in my life do. If I double down with how would that make you feel they think I'm being too crazy and liberal and a real man wouldn't be scared of that crap. I'm here to learn what issues are going on from mens perspective. Add some of my own if I think I can help. And start conversations with my male partner so I can hear how he feels about this and help him open up about his life and feelings. I just think reddit is extremes on both end. It seems that way in reddit and internet world bc thats an anonymous world where its not all of society at all. No one in real life is promoting violence that I know at all. At all. Not over an IG post. Women will say leave him if you aren't happy with that. But NO we do not want violence overall as women. We have received it in romantic relationships a long time. Go alone. Meet people on trails if you take walks or whatnot to meet up again with. You can only control you. If you start out as a leader they may follow. But doing it for you is absolutely paramount. I'm trying to do this too right now. Realizing if I don't start anything but wait for my partner to do it then it won't happen. I have to lead and control myself.

Baffling until you add in purity culture and an idea that our vaginas are gross and touching them is sinful and sex is only for penis in vagina and what is a clit? Don't worry about that it's just there. Thats how I was raised and many many women were. I mean I think everyone likes to have sex who is inclined to. Some people along your journey will be longer term people in your life and some won't. As long as you're making decisions for your life based on your development and desires and your happiness is not tied up in whether another person acts a certain way (since that's not controllable like oneself is) then yea everyone just do their life.

How has modern dating become MORE transactional when in the past it was literally the only way women could get any money or resources but now they don't need to use a man for that... I'm just confused about that premise that dating is more transactional when now women don't have to have men to have money and resources like they used to before my mom's generation (she was a teenager before women could get bank accounts in their name in her state)
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/24 02:44 PM

Sex isn't just physical. It's psychological, physiological, emotional as well. The brain has to be involved not just the body for it to be good sex. Sometimes the brain wants a partner not just an orgasm
/r/PurplePillDebate21/12/24 01:27 PM

Once it is born then it must be cared for yes. If mother doesn't want to can put up for adoption. Whoever has custody can decide if thry want it or not. The bio parents both have to pay whoever is caring for the baby unless someone is willing to adopt and take over parental responsibilities. As for using organs it doesn't matter if it's your kid or not. You never have to use your blood or body to keep it alive. It wouldn't be neglect to not give a kidney to your child if it needed it bc the chil…
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/24 11:21 PM

No. There is no other human who is allowed to use my organs to survive against my consent. Giving blood. Even organs from the dead cannot be used. But yes once the child is born and separate it is a responsibility of someone bc then it is legally born and not using someone else to survive directly by their body.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/24 10:53 PM

Kids get sent to foster care if they have no one to care for them. Bc Amy body cam care for them once they aren't using someone's organs. Anyone can feed them or give money. Only one person can use their body. Therefore it must be consented to. Bodily autonomy is the ultimate right we all have over ourselves. If you don't want someone using your body they cannot. External organs? What are you even talking about. No one has the right to use your body without consent. You choose where your gametes…
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/24 10:32 PM

Anyone can pay money. One directly is attached to ones body. Using organs and nutrients. Thats body autonomy that needs consent. No one can force you to get a job it's still a choice. A stupid choice if you are able bodied. But a choice. No human can use another's body directly like blood or organs to survive without consent. Thats for everyone's safety and control over ourselves.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/24 10:17 PM

Wait but don't men have control over where they shoot their own gametes? Like shoot in mouth or on tits or whatever instead of where it can make a baby? And women control if a new person gets to use their body to survive or not bc it's directly using their body. Any use of body has to be consented to. Consent to sex is consent to the man using her body. He ultimately decides where to shoot unless cases of rape obviously. Then days later a new human is there or not. If is she has to consent to th…
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/24 09:50 PM

My point is the reason women can abort is bc it's a human fetus using her body and no one has the right to use someone else's body without consent. Consent to a man during sex isn't consent to a fetus bc that's two separate people. Men also have bodily autonomy meaning they decide who they give gametes to in the only one place that could create another person. So if men don't want to risk creating a child they need to watch where their gametes are going. Once a new life is created a woman has to…

Theirs isn't passive but active. Women's ovulation is passive and not controlled by the woman. Therefore when a sperm comes in and activates an egg we now have to decide if a new human is gonna be allowed to use our body. please don't shoot sperm into a woman unless willing to accept you break it you buy it m…

Interestingly enough men are very likely to fall in with a hierarchy in a way women are not. Recent studies on testosterone show its much more useful in creation and maintenance of hierarchy. Women rarely maintain a hierarchy, in fact it is more likely women will govern themselves without outside leadership. As seen in many married households where women handle the management of other members in the family without lists or directions from an outside leader.

Yes I'm aware employment bc you require money to live. Thats capitalism and we live in that right now. But that's bc money is required to buy basic necessities like food and a roof over ones head. A romantic relationship is not a necessity it's just a nice thing to have in your life if you find someone you enjoy being around.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/24 07:01 PM

Yes forcing people to be in relationships is a way society can make that happen. But how anyone would want someone who is only there on threat of poverty or out of obligation is so strange to even consider to me. That sounds like something no one would want
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/24 06:53 PM
5

So threaten people with poverty if they won't hitch themselves to someone they don't want to. So like all of USA history before the 1970s when women could own their own assets, businesses, and bank accounts. Isn't that just sexual slavery? You get a roof and food for having sex and serving a husband. How is that not absolutely unethical?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/24 06:17 PM

Corporate slave? You mean work for our money like every adult does in a capitalistic world? Doesn't that make you one too? If it's "evil" for themselves (I'd argue women who don't want to don't say evil just say I don't want to be a housewife) it doesn't mean it's wrong for another woman to be one. We all don't have to be the same. Why would you even wanna live in a world where every body did the same exact stuff?

No one is shaming women for taking care of their kids. No one in women's spaces is doing that. We are commiserating on the difficulties and trying to uplift one another. Yea i think it's a bad expectation personally. Especially with how expensive everything is. If she ghosts thi you dodged a bullet if it's not for you. So I'm saying overall it's a good experience bc you learn who is NOT your person faster instead if wasting time thinking she is.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/24 06:17 PM

Interesting. What makes you think that people don't know it's affecting them negatively?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/24 02:32 PM

I'm not saying men aren't easier to pull and are just easy in general. I get that is a disparity. But being able to get sex doesn't make life easy. Only means men are easy to fuck. Thats all. Life is mostly about non sexual things. Sex is just a piece of life that not all people partake in anyway.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/24 02:56 AM

Yes bc even in bad sex men have an orgasm. So it's still "worth it"
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/24 01:37 AM

This was years ago. I'm much more stable now. And I can assure you it wasn't about not having a job. I was sick. I'm just telling you it isn't easy mode. It's survival mode. And it's just as freaking scary as any other level of survival mode.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/24 01:36 AM

I've had to do it to survive years back. He almost killed me. I'm well versed on how this works. I'm telling you it's not easy mode. It's ownership bc you cannot do anything he doesn't approve of without the threat of death on the street or beating or in his case he tried to run me down in his car when i tried to leave. This is not easy mode. It's disgusting abuse of power over another person. It's abusive by it's very nature. If you're on the street and you have to live under a man's roof and l…

A guy may take care of you but expects your body in return. So that's coercive sex which is extremely mentally damaging...
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/24 01:06 AM

If it's sex where we don't even orgasm does it count as easy mode? Cause having bad sex for us equals not getting to orgasm and I'm pretty sure men wouldn't necessarily like just being sexually frustrated in many encounters...

Realistic to one, won't be for another. It's all how much you're willing to weed out. I know people who found love over 50 etc. Really really good love. So yea if that means some people will be single thats not a bad thing. Growth happens coupled or single. Experiences change people sometimes into people different who may find love then. Some friend of his grabbed his arm thankfully as he reared it back and he got kicked out. Then he freaking waited for me and I snuck out the kitchen door bc bartender helped me. Insane how people handle rejection sometimes.

Yea fair fair. Once you're a public figure or a rich person you auto have a target for all sorts of people trying to take advantage. Thats why I always say I'd wanna be rich but not famous. Sneaky rich. Don't want people to know my face ya know? Being mobbed is too stressful. Imagine not being able to just go shopping or whatever in public?? Nah. Not for me. Some people thrive on it but I can't handle all that.

Most men who live this way are not the ones women are concerned about. We are concerned about the ones who do harm. If that's not you then this isn't about you. We are asking for more men to be safe men towards everyone in public places and in private space as well.

Again it's not just mens responsibility it is a shared responsibility for all genders. We all must be safe in public towards others. We all must try to protect others from harm. Whatever happens to the least of us happens to us. We are all connected. The gender of whoever is being harmed doesn't matter. It's about standing up for right against wrong. See something say something. Call police if you aren't comfortable physically getting involved. Say something instead of ignore. Etc. This isn't a …

So I'm trying to show support bc I'm agreeing all you're naming is harmful behavior. And yes being called out on that matters. Everyone is entitled to feel safe in society. Thats why it was formed. For collaborative safety in numbers. Public areas are public areas bc everyone is safe and invited to them. Thats why we have laws to do with safety for everyone. What do you mean we aren't entitled to be safe?

Wait woah. Man v bear is nothing about men suffering its about choosing to be around a bear instead of a man bc the bear is predictable and the man could harm us not bc we are threat or food but bc he wants to. Mocking Ukrainian men I have not seen any women do thay please send a link for that. None of these are proof women just want men to be tortured and suffer and die. I'm asking to see that stuff so I can directly condemn it to it's source please. Not to debate other things.

I think many people believe men as boys are traumatized into this violebt behavior bc they aren't aa emotionally cared for starting way too early. Calls for therapy and mental help have largely gone ignored by men who refuse to initiate it or who haven't found the right type of therapy and aren't shopping around. Women are slightly more receptive to trying to read self help books and get mental health services.

Who is calling on men to suffer for simply existing? Only time I've seen women go after men is for behavior not for existing... every woman i know loves men. Come from a very hetero family. Even online I only see women saying angry things in response to news headlines about male behavior thats dangerous to women. Or policies that are dangerous to women. I don't see this "all men should suffer" mentality so much as "please stop being the things we feel unsafe around and stop harming us" rhetoric.…

If I'm looking for validation from others that I'm hot then sure I'm gonna like a compliment. Typically from a straight woman or my partner. Both of them i trust they are giving me a true compliment not bc they want someone or hope for something in return. It's not about fair or not bc women will miss out bc they don't approach. Same with men. If I miss out it doesn't ruin my night. I just enjoy it anyway and go home. Women miss out when they do this sometimes. Just like men do if women don't approach. Both don't meet each other. Seems pretty fair. Women just aren't as publicly mad about missing out maybe?

What he doesn't realize is women do the same. When we like our partner we don't give a crap how they look day to day. It's how we treat each other. It's the beauty of our character and behavior. Many men like you just did say they want to be taught. But women don't want to have to teach. I didn't teach these men how to be in a relationship or have sex. I just told them what I wanted during sex and they did it instead of arguing with me on whether their move they learned from some pornhub thing is "better". I explored my body so I knew what I liked. Bc women aren't the ones complaining that being nice isn't "working" probably. Most women aren't being nice to get sex from someone bc men are super easy. Most women are nice bc it feels good to be nice. Nice by definition doesn't always mean you'll get anything back. But it feels good to think you made a positive impact on someone.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/24 02:22 PM

No one taught me how to have sex or a relationship. It's all trial and error and just being a person who has a giving heart. If you give and they don't give back, drop them. All about reciprocation in sex and relationships and asking for what you need so they don't have to read your mind.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/24 02:19 PM

Mostly bc they act bitter after about 25. Mine were all younger than 25. Once they get angry about not getting sex as easily as they think they should be able to get it their attitude can really run women away. Which is... sad. Very sad. But it doesn't happen as often when those men don't put all their value into having a sex life. Men who have value within what they can accomplish that doesn't hinge on a woman's attraction are interestingly a lot more attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/24 02:06 PM

Yes humans reproduce sexually instead of asexually. And it's a woman's choice if she wants to use her body for that. And plenty of women do and plenty of women don't. There's always been women who don't (nuns) or cannot (infertile) it's all gonna be okay if some people don't give birth. I don't need to attract just any guy like they are interchangeable. I want someone who I align with well not just a man bc he has the "boy parts" haha. So I don't really worry about…

No I don't support slapping anyone even if they are yelling at you. You walk away. Adults shouldn't be nagged bc adults do the things required to live with others. No people shouldn't be shamed for individual choices about themselves that do not affect other people. But not communicating bc you've been told not to is an absolute cop out when you can look up benefits to communicating your needs. Communicate why you don't want to do something. If they insist and it makes you uncomfortable then don…

Homework and parents nagging you about it is a parent child relationship. Adults shouldn't need to be nagged to do basic life work. Why would you be in a relationship with someone who you have to nag to do stuff bc they won't communicate why they cannot or grow up and do it. Again... you shouldn't need an incentive to clean up your own space.

I'm not incentivized to do most adult shit I just have to do to live in this world. Why in the world are you worried about shame instead of being a better person and owning your choices? If you choose to be lazy and not pick up socks for that example and someone nags you about it... like so what? Pick up the socks but if you cannot bc you are too stressed every single self help book will say to talk about it with someone and find some solutions to lessen your stress. I'm so confused how asking someone for something without an threat involved is abusive.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/24 04:59 AM

Which is why I'm confused. Most the time it's men saying they cannot read women's minds. But in your example why would you expect a woman to read a man's mind when he's upset?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/24 04:58 AM
15

... has he tried telling you what's wrong? Has he tried talking about it with you bc he's the one bothered and she isn't a mind reader? This reads like someone just trying to make women are all bad bc there's a stereotype that we nag. Nagging by definition is repeatedly asking for something. Repeatedly asking someone to do something is not DV. Threatening violence if they do not do it, is. So if a woman is saying "do this or I'll knock your teeth out" that's a threat and a violent one at that. I…

Yep. Seriously... the real problem is rich poor. Women and men are not the problem just because of social standards differences. Thats just gonna free market itself out bc we all are having trouble dating. Women may be able to get sex easier but actually meeting people for anything connection wise and important and going out and exploring lives? Can only do that with money. It's all useless to fight about standards when nowhere to actually meet and enjoy life and no time.

Women are blamed for the entire fall of mankind in the Christian Bible. What are you even talking about them being seen as pure and innocent? Our genitals have been literally seen as gross, things to conquer, and dangerous powerful witch portals in lots of historical writing. That flowery perfect woman was just an ideal made up by men a long time ago that we can never actually meet as a goal bc we are the cause of original sin. Purity and innocence have been an ideal, never reality. And women ov…

I think overall it's a rich vs poor problem. Most people barely make enough money to survive. Having options to go out somewhere fun to meet people requires money and time. If you work a lot you don't have time or money bc if you're working multiple jobs it's because you're unable to quit one of them and survive and obviously you don't have much time either. If individuals had better wages they would have better time and money to actually do activities for the fun of it and meet people there.

I dunno man. Statistically women buy more of the groceries and kids/home needs with their money. What do you mean by invest? Like investing in a business for greater wealth for the family or stocks? Bc I'm pretty sure most of the shopping for food, clothes, etc is pretty common for women to do. My mom did it growing up with me every week. She was always the one buying our needs. My dad went to get our food too but she did it more often.

Men only did it for their immediate family like wife bc of legal obligations. It's not like having a lot of money suddenly makes people generous to everyone. If that were the case there wouldn't be such a rich/poor divide causing all these wealth problems

As I said every single pregnancy causes damage to the body. The degrees of damage vary and can be up to death. The only reason it's even fairly low is because of advanced medicine in the last century. Before that the most common reason women died was childbirth for centuries. Do you read any history of childbirth books? There's some fascinating information out there if you look at it.

There have always been abortions and contraception. You should check out some books about it. Fascinating how they handled it in the past. 👍 even when abortion got safer and safer women still choose to give birth. Why would they do that at all except out of love and sacrifice? Why would IVF exist? You're so illogical it's hurting my head. Good luck to you living in this world so ignorant.

Women have always died and knowingly risked death to birth every new person ever existing. Women also have died to protect their families and children. Men and women both will put themselves in harms way for others. Thats not a man thing. Also men actively kept women out of combat until very recently and women still signed up for it willingly. Agreed there's societal pressure on most people to do certain things. There always has been one way or another. Feminism simply opened up the choices in terms of legally allowed options. At some point you have to own and be content with your own choices. There will always be others with opinions. Yea see what happens fairly often is men will be empathetic with the woman they want but not with anyone else. And bc of early relationship energy she doesn't really notice bc it's all new. So he will be great to her but that's all she sees. Then as it gets more serious sometimes she will start to see it isn't for anyone else. Then eventually she will see its only towards her when he wants not all the time. Thats when the eyes get opened. It takes a while to see that trait.

Can attest as a young pretty blonde girl in the south. Starting at age 9 was the first time a grown man harassed me. Got really bad around 13 or 14. Thankfully I had amazing brothers and a dad so I knew men weren't all like that. But I totally get why she was afraid when grown men say sexually charged stuff to you as a child it's really frightening. Yea there's also a short king situation. Thats the short man who owns it and is confident. Women love that. It's personality, not the shortness. Just like a woman who is always depressed about something about herself is less attractive than one who owns it. And I talk to women about men all the time. The talk does not center around how short or tall they are. How they behave is talked about. But their height if it's brought up is simply a descriptor, not a conversation piece.

Women literally can still be a housewife if they want to. All this did was allow choice instead of obligation to that role. Choices have consequences. If we keep going down this road I'm pretty sure there will be massive revolution at some point. The economic situation is untenable. Women are responsible for their behavior, and men are for theirs. So, no men are responsible for how women act. Neither are women responsible for how men act. Once we are adults, we can choose how we act. Whatever we choose must not harm others. If women are saying they are avoiding dating someone, that's her controlling her own behavior. Men harassing women is them causing harm and not controlling their own behavior. No woman is making a man harass her. Why this shifting of responsibility.

Like i can say no to my partner and he fully respects the no just like I do for him. The past doesn't matter if in the present someone says no. To any sort of touching of their body. Please guys help me understand how this is sexist? Genuine question this is where I'm at below: I'm just confused why this bothers anyone. It's just someone not wanting to date, marry, have kids, or have sex. It just narrows the pool down to the women who actually want to. Like... if men don't want to date that's cool. It's just an individual choice for how someone wants their life to be and it harms no one. Men have the exact same right to not do all those things. No issue with individual right…

Social can be friends, relatives, coworkers, etc. Social doesn't necessarily mean marriage. Marriage is a concept of a legal and financial contract that has changed over time. It's not some sort of happiness institution.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/24 12:18 PM

Historically women's family only chose a man to marry her to for his money. It's only since women got their own bank accounts in the 70s that we can even choose to not only go for money. Most women aren't going for just money nowadays. Thankfully I found an equally poor partner and didn't need parental approval and we work thru our ups and downs and he's amazing and we have the same values on social politics.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/24 12:11 PM

But why does it matter if they don't get a date? Isn't that theor own problem? It literally affects no one else if they don't date.

Wtf. Nope nope and nope. We do not stab people unless they are trying to harm us. Since I don't see that is the case she should never ever have been released out to do more damage.

This feminists also agrees that pms is not an excuse to be a bitch. It is an excuse to be in pain and feel less productive. But not to be a bitch to anyone. Just as male hormones don't excuse male behavior towards others. Being in pain means I may not have a smile on my face but it never means I can be mean to others and try to harm them.

You really think more women rape men than men rape men? Why then are men scared of going to prison but not going into a sorority house? Like how do you even get that? Men are violently attacked by men all the time. Most gun violence is men against men. I'm trying to help men but you seem to just want to blame women for male behavior?

I think listening to child development experts is the best way to help raise healthy children. Feminism is about social structures but feminists are not experts on child development just because many are women. Many many many women go into having children with zero interest in learning best practices and instead just do what they know from their own childhood which obviously perpetuates the problem

Wait wait wait... what do you mean women are the ones who do violence to men? Men enact about 90 percent of all physical violence towards other men. Are we working with the same facts for this convo?
/r/MensRights27/11/24 01:08 AM

Yes of course most men aren't. The ones who are need to learn not to harm people or be separated from others. It's kindergarten level learning. Hands to yourself, don't hurt others. Etc. Somehow the men who are manage to kill a lot of people. Entire governments use men to mass murder other people bc they are effective at it and manipulated into believing it's a necessary cause. I dont see it as anything more than weapons zing generally superior physical strength and some sort of need to lash out…

I think violent women should also get locked up. I've always been against violence towards others, intimidation, coercion, physical assault, sexual assault. I want violent women locked up to but this sub is concerning men so I figured we were talking about men. I speak out against female violence. I don't like when it's laughed off when a woman slaps a man and has made it normal in media and I've advocated for stopping that trend. To learn and share like everyone else in guess. Im glad things are being done about violence. I want men to be less violent bc it's better for them (not getting hurt. Not going to jail. Not harming others) and I like to hear what men's issues are to see if I can help. My brothers come to me with things and I help them. And I guess I want to help other people, men or women.
/r/MensRights26/11/24 11:25 PM
-13

Duh! All violence. Locking up the men for it would reduce it by 80 percent bc that's the gender gap on violent crime. 80 percent or so is male on male or male on female. So yea focus on the bigger problem to make the biggest impact for safety.
/r/MensRights26/11/24 11:20 PM

... if we put violent men away that would end violence for men and women...
/r/MensRights26/11/24 06:59 PM

So they think being nice means they get something back like money? Like they aren't just being nice bc it feels good to be nice and makes someone else's life a little easier? I don't even know why someone would be offering something nice if they didn't like doing it? Just sets yourself up for resentment if you have expectations of the person you are nice too. It's like a gift but then you demand they use it the way you want them to thats just weird right?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/24 05:35 PM

Interesting. I guess if women were giving up services for free men would use them too. So it's dont see how that's a gender issue. Why are men giving away stuff for free and then complaining about it to women? Like if I help someone out bc I want to help someone out what is there to complain about? Do they not actually want to do these things? Why would they do it if they don't want to do it?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/24 05:22 PM

I don't know anyone who can even do that. I hear it happens on sitcoms and for like super rich men but I don't really know any rich people so it's just not a thing in my demographic. Paycheck to paycheck living means you don't know rich people to date just for money. Most of us out here just trying to get by. I have a man and we are not rich haha. And thats with 2 paychecks.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/24 03:56 PM

... i don't see how this would affect me as a woman at all. I don't even know what an orbiter is. Aren't simps just a derogatory name men call other men who are loving towards women to try to bring them down a peg? That was my impression of that word from hearing it around. Please tell me if I'm wrong I truly just gathered that from context when men use it online. But seriously this is great for men who want that comfortable social interaction and doesn't negatively effect women. All for it.

Do you think men are capable of lying about their real character in order to get sex? Men and women both can agree that people lie to get what they want. Some keep up for months. And if we are dating, let's say you, how long would you like to wait? What if afterwards we both find out we aren't compatible. We all grow and change throughout life. It was in the hands of individual women when it was protected by the federal government. Now where you live within the entire country dictates if you can choose personally with individual freedom. Freedom for all would be protection at the federal level. It's not that the government had their hand in it before... it's that they protected women to be the ones to decide. /r/PurplePillDebate13/11/24 05:18 AM

I don't have a stake in that as I am not having a male child nor do I have a penis. I'm waiting for men to take the lead bc I can't push for something that doesn't affect me. I will stand with men tho who do bc I understand not wanting someone else to make a choice about my body for me surgically.

It just takes one pregnancy to kill us. It's not worth it unless we are sterilized when healtgcare for pregnant women is being legislated instead of left up to docs and patients. I'm not 4b. But I'm sterilized and with a single partner who also was supportive of no pregnancies.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/11/24 05:33 PM

Women aren't getting mad at women who don't tho. They are just saying they are. Vegans like that get mad at people who eat meat. get threatening. Thats not what I see happening. But I'm willing to look for it. So I shall keep searching for women trying to demand others do this. So far all I've seen is them talking about why they are.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/11/24 05:28 PM

It's not forbidding anything. It's some women making a personal choice and then talking about it and why. And they found other women who also want to and created a community. I'm not 4b but I don't understand why people are mad about it bc it only effects the people who don't want to have sex. It doesn't even affect men at all. It's literally the point is to not affect them or date them. It hurts nobody.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/11/24 05:04 PM

I think it's perfectly valid to avoid sex if you're worried about pregnancy. Thats just reasonable.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/11/24 04:42 PM

It's not for combating misogyny tho. It's about avoiding men sexually for safety. There's no "change men" plan. It's just "i don't feel safe having sex with men bc i could get pregnant and not get healthcare if it's needed" that's the entire thing. Risk avoidance.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/11/24 04:03 PM

Yea it's about self defense.... that type of consent. Like no other human can use/touch my body without consent. So like at any time if someone is attached to me I can get them off or out of me. It's not about killing. It's about removal. If someone cannot live without my body I still have to consent kinda thing. Just in case that wasn't clear. I def am anti draft bc of lack of consent by state and anti circumcision without consent too bc child's rights trump parents aesthetic wants.

But if one did run on that I can assure you I'm anti draft and would be defending my nephews who would be young enough to get caught up in that. Particularly the one who is poorer. I know how more money equals more dodging and it's absolute crap.
/r/MensRights12/11/24 02:30 PM

So agree with that. We all want dignity and respect and care. F the super rich
/r/PurplePillDebate12/11/24 03:06 AM

I am glad more is being talked about and not swept under the rug anymore. I wish the discourse could be more curiosity and less defense but hopefully it will get there.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/11/24 02:19 AM

For sure. I'd love to get to a point that all people feel deserving of love. I don't think it's a problem that some women feel like that I wish all people did. I wish all people grew up wanted and loved and felt deserving. That would be the dream type of childhood I want for future generations. Child centered society.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/11/24 02:16 AM

Yes but instead of working on a more equal world it's like a game to keep trying to win that spot in the top .01 percent. Why even play the game? I don't feel like anyone loves anyone unconditionally. Maybe some mothers and fathers. Maybe. But unconditional love is not really a thing. You are loved bc of your actions regardless of gender. Women may be valued more for what they can do (make other people) but loved more? Romantic love wasn't even a consideration for marriage traditionally bc it wa…

It doesn't favor all men. Uzually only rivh ones with a false promise to men "you can be rich too if you just work hard wnough. You can get a woman too to prove your a man if you just do x and y" type of thinking. Whats weirdest to me is the messaging that to be a man you have to be able to "get" a woman. or it shows your a man if you can sleep with a woman. But those it favors in terms of allowing for more individual choices are typically men as well as those admired. History in general writes …

I think every man and boy who has been raped would agree with me. I defend them too. I'm glad it hasn't happened to you. But don't disrespect men and women who have been. It is not wanted by definition. My vagina is just fine and none of your concern. But your lack of concern for other men on this sub who have been raped is disgusting. I'm on here to learn because I actually want to know how men feel. And I support victims of rape regardless of gender bc it is the ultimate violation of someone's…

Hahahahhahahaha you really don't know but you assume a lot. What's sad is you could just ask people and listen to their answers but choose to live in a world you made up where women you don't know think the way you think they do even tho you could actually ask them. Most of the time when people say "they want attention" it's usually because one is envious and actually wants the attention they believe the other person gets. I hope you look into yourself and find self love and value outside of wom…

No man. No. No one wants to be raped for real. Rape can only happen IF someone doesn't want it. So you cannot want to be raped. You can consent to domination sex but your consent is still needed for that fantasy. Rape by definition means someone doesn't want it. So stop that.

What? It's not some sort of chess game. Of course heads of state have power. They are at the top of the hierarchies. I'm concerned with the vast majority of people and their individual power over their own choices.

Wait but the point is that all have access and men still have access except by $$$. The class system of making education only for rich is absolutely wrong. Men have never been barred from it for gender but bc of $$. Men were expected to work and still are often for their families and unable to access it bc of inequity in $ not in gender. I would love to see poor people regardless of gender be able to access education for free like we do in Europe. Subsidizing education makes everyone better. So …

Wow I'm so sorry you felt like I was saying all that. I have really good relationships with men and have all my life. Me and my brothers still hang whenever we can and go on walks and shit. I think the main diff between misogyny and misandry is one is systemic and one is individual only. Like there's not a country nor has there been where legally women had more rights to property, resources, etc than men with the exception of the proximity to power that being married to rich powerful men bring women. Like there's never been a group of armed women who kidnapped over 100 young teen boys and forced them into marriage and graped them but I remember boko haram. misandry is bad individua…

No I'm hearing you. I'm trying to understand tho whats sexist about men saying they are boycotting sex. Okay. I just don't think withholding sex is sexist when men also have every right to do so. Every individual can decide. I don't want to try to tell people what to do sexually. It's just not my decision and it's not harming anyone. It's just not having sex. Many adults currently aren't having sex for many reasons. It's just everyone's right to be celibate. Didn't realize it was about objectification. So women thinking men only want sex feels objectifying. Okay I can understand that. Followup question. Is the objectifying part that men are seen just as a penis as women find it objectifying to be seen only as a hole? So women not pursuing "just the penis" of men feels objectifying like men pursuing "just the hole" feels objectifying? Is that the logic? Cause I can go with that flow for my next set of questions.

I have one. We have been together 4 years. But I mean I could also get any old roommate for bill sharing and such. A man is a want not a need. And I want mine. So I fight for mine. He's the one in my household who needed the temporary unemployment recently for an injury. We all benefit from social programs.
/r/MensRights10/11/24 03:16 PM

And I'm not trying to be difficult. I really just want to understand why coercing people into having sex by saying withhold their basic needs is a valid option. pretty scary way to look at entitlement to another person's body. My only counter is all humans need and deserve access to food and shelter which is why community has always existed. No one is owed sex individually. Those who want to will, and those who don't won't. But to try to mandate trying to hoard and withhold basic needs that otherwise will lead to death is not a true equivalency to someone not being interested in having sex or being penetrated. Thats pretty much the definition of coercive sex.

Courts can require parents to not leave the state with the kid. Go to court. Men who fight for custody receive it in 78 percent of cases. Gotta prove you can provide a good home for them and that you know how to care for the child and have been present in their life. Get out for you. Get a custody agreement so your child can see you maybe every other week or half week. People make arrangements all the time that work for them.

I don't know any men in real life who want to be wanted because their the best. They want to be wanted for who they are. Any of us could get into an accident tomorrow that would render us unable to have sex the same. As you age you may have more trouble too. Yea but alimony is only in 10 percent. So for 90 percent it's just splitting the assets bc those are joint assets... so? And women marrying down? You mean financially? Most women work nowadays. I don't really know any who dont... everyone works. It's not cheaper to keep someone if you don't like being married to them? Money can be gotten again but if someone isn't compatible then why stay any longer?
/r/MensRights02/10/24 11:41 AM
-32

Thays why I purposefully said excluding that system bc I see it as needing a lot of fixing. Just divorce is what I mean. Both the husband and wife can decide to walk away and split the life they had together and financially can do a prenuptial or not and then usually split equitable so both get either the house or a buy out or sell it if they own any assets together while married etc. But yep when children are involved it's much more difficult. So much more.

And so is she. She is there until he decides she isn't. No fault divorce is equal opportunity for both people to part for their own reasons so the government cannot force people to be in relationships with one another if one or both do not want to be. I 100 percent disagree. Owning one's own body is absolute. You can persuade. You can entice. But to force someone to kill another or to sacrifice their life for a cause that the people orchestrating it do not have to risk their own lives for? No. I don't buy that argument. Learning new things helps everyone grow. It's not good or bad to learn. It's just knowledge you can apply. Like you hear some people do not think strip clubs are cheating. You learn that and go, not for me though. Then you find someone who also believes as you do if you're looking to get in a relationship with them. It's better for you to learn and know what you want or don't want to narrow down to only being in relationships with people who share your values. If you don't even know something ex…

Yea a lot of people believe that. Me and my partner both use toys alone and with each other. Doesn't mean anyone should force you to believe that. But knowing that exists just means more choices for everyone to mold the type of relationship they want. Knowledge of something existing doesn't force anyone to choose it for themselves. 👍 I've found that helpful to remember
/r/PurplePillDebate11/09/24 05:34 PM

I think what's most important is that everyone is different. It's communicating what you are looking for and are not looking for in a relationship. Not everyone thinks all of those things are cheating. The golden rule and try not to harm those you love. So talk about which things would harm your partner so you don't harm them

Yes I do know that. And we need much more reform and education into children's safety and social services to identify harm to children and I would call that a problem that needs fixing as well. Can we also agree that the fact that 80 percent of total violent crime against others is perpetuated by men and also have a conversation about how to fix that at the same time? One doesn't negate the other.

I have people who I love dearly in my life that I wouldn't want to date. Maybe the other person still thinks you're a cool person, just not for her. Isn't it better to know earlier so you can continue your life without knowing whether the other person likes you back. The unknown part is the scary part. The answer yes or no is relief. Then you just continue your life and maybe at another point in it you find another person you really like. And you tell them and try again. It's your life and somet…

So yea numbers are numbers then we look at causes for the numbers then we look at fixes ... if there's a demographic struggling with violence against others we look at reasons. It's this. It's just consent. OF is purposefully trying to be sexual in a forum for sex. Just like NSFW reddit subs. Everywhere else we don't consent so don't do that stuff.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/09/24 12:37 AM

I meant women are also attracted to different things and some things are only attractive in fiction and not in real life.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/09/24 05:08 PM

Very interesting. I guess from what I see every person has different thinks they look for in a relationship and particularly at different times in their lives based on what they need from their community at that time. I used to have different needs in a relationship than I do now just because I've grown older and changed a lot. Could be a timing issue too
/r/PurplePillDebate07/09/24 05:07 PM

Women tend to hype up other women and encourage them to be their best selves and I sometimes wonder if men don't do the same to other men because they fear more competition instead of genuinely wanting to help their fellow men...
/r/PurplePillDebate07/09/24 03:34 PM

So are women... and one version is attractive only in fiction bc only in fiction is it safe and controllable.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/09/24 03:26 AM

Yea it's weird how mainstream it is to just hate on women for doing the thing that men constantly say they want from women aka sex. Just illogical to hate on behavior you want to see.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/09/24 03:25 AM

Most people aren't model attractive. Most people are average. Have their good and bad features physical and emotional. This Chad ideal is very odd bc I can ask my gfs if they find some Pic of a guy attractive and we all will give it a different rating. Very few men will be physically every woman's type. Personally I like chunkier men bc I like the feeling of their bodies. But many would say women only want muscley hard men. Some of those men I do find attractive too but for other reasons. It's c…

If yall celebrated women being sexual and thought it was awesome that we had experience and could teach yall all about fun ways to pleasure ... then it wouldn't be as socially risky for us to enjoy casual sex too.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/09/24 02:58 AM

I agree. I just think the body count crap ruins it for us. If more of us had more casual hookups with men who really do find it validating and awesome but then men turn around and insult us for having sex with men... it's hard to enjoy good casual sex knowing that we will be called whores and sluts for doing the very thing men want...
/r/PurplePillDebate06/09/24 02:57 AM

No. She may want to but may be open to having a child or having an abortion if her BC fails. You won't know unless yall discuss it. And to make sure you as a man are not on the hook for a child just don't do it. Don't you have control over your own dick?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/09/24 01:08 AM
-1

And I will fight to the ends of the earth against that. It's non consensual. In cases of men being raped by women or women using their sperm without consent from a condom that's a lack of consent and they should get to choose if they want to be a part of the child's life at all. But if they decide to shoot inside her then that's all on them and where their choice over their body ends. I don't get why men even risk it. Just shoot somewhere else
/r/PurplePillDebate05/09/24 01:01 AM
-2

No. Men do. A woman can say cum in me and the mam can still decide not to. Own that dick. Own your sperm. It's yours. Decide if you wanna risk it or not. If you do, then it belongs to her once you put it in her and she has to decide if she risks the pregnancy.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/09/24 12:58 AM

... Men have full control where they shoot their gametes. Why not avoid that by controlling where their genetic material goes?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/09/24 05:33 PM

I think for both men and women they look to settle down when they are individually ready to. It's more about timing than about differences in being sexual. Some people never get the urge to settle down. Some do earlier in life and some later in life. To me settling down isn't about settling on someone you don't like it's about who you like at the time you're settling down

Women's lives are only awful when our choices are restricted like they have been in the past. We are just built to handle life without a romantic partner a bit better overall. Work with project innocence for those who are wrongfully convicted. Yes it's still in process but I'm hoping with more cameras around places and homes and on people we can have more real evidence as tech keeps advancing. No feminists are for false accusations. Feminists would like to address why 97% of actual rapists never see jailtime. However I am glad someone is advocating for the falsely accused. It's extremely important for all crimes to actually find justice and not just what is most convenient or easy for the police and courts to do. Go forth and advocate. We will literally fight for yall to have freedom from the stare forcing you into war and you don't want that? How can you want to live in a world participating in that? To make change you have to be part of it. You have to live it and demand your rights and make a movement with awareness. Why would you want anyone's children to be forced into war? I've seen band of brothers and all the documentaries. We should all be making sure even volunteers get ptsd help much more than they get now and that …

Look anything in my body I get to decide if it stays in my body. I get to decide if I go to war or not. Same with men. Everyone decides how they use their body. If you don't already understand why forcing a pregnancy or outside council or judge deciding for an individual at risk is unequal in stake and contributes to inequality in society. Just as draft should not happen to men. I simply believe the state doesn't get to decide for individuals if they aren't putting themselves at risk. The presid…

Equal autonomy over our own body means men and women should not have their body controlled by the state for choices like whether to kill or be killed in a war or in childbirth and pregnancy. How men and women use their body and risk their lives should be personal and not mandated. Feminists believe the world would be pro more personal freedom and less government interference.

No. Equality is no one being able to force anyone to fight a war and use their body like that. Men should be protected and safe from the state, forcing them into war.

You organize a march against the draft and I'll happily ally with you. We organize marches and are looking for allies. Go ahead. I'll march for that. Just like I do for any cause I agree with. But you gotta organize men and do something about it and get it abolished! We agree. Get rid of it. Volunteer only.

Even without social media I usually got hit on about 12 times a night when I went out to mingle. So 2 nights a weekend I used to go out that's 24 a week or so. For 52 weeks that 1248 times a year. I usually only hooked up with about 5-8 when single in a year which comes out to .6 percent, so I think you are overlooking how picky most women really are.

I'm not understanding how women cannot replace men in jobs if men are not doing them. We already did during WW2. A monkey could not be trained to do your job specifically if it's computer based bc in that case it would have to comprehend what it was doing and understand how to use a computer for communication. Can you please clarify why women have to work harder to achieve the same level of living standards? Provided they are paid the same wage thry will have equal living standard for same amoun…

So I don't have kids bc wages are shit and it's irresponsible to have children you cannot afford. And I am fighting to get better wages for everyone as is my civic duty to our democracy to work towards change that lifts us all up to thrive. I'm working this particular job bc healthcare comes with on day one and I need it plus the wage is better than my previous position. I won't be here forever though. Most of my manufacturing plant is women. Hard physical no air conditioning labor. It's about 70 percent women and 30 years ago it was like 20percent women... women are people. If their arms and legs work and they have the capacity to learn, they can do these jobs. They don't require a penis to do... I literally don't know of any job that requires a penis to do. Maybe a male stripper? Or porn star? ... I cannot tell what anyone is packing in their pants while working so... if you can at your job …

I wouldn't know. I'm in a 4 year relationship with a great sex life. He wants to marry. We compromised bc I did not want to. So we are committed without marriage right now. We have Issues we work thru. But if either of us needs to leave we will do that. we are doing everything in our power to make it work bc we both want to. But if one doesn't want to then yes we will break up. I don't want to be with someone who doesn't want to be with me and vice versa. I don't know why some married couples ar…

Oh you're talking about sex. I thought you were talking about needs in a relationship in how you navigate life together. Bc sex can disappear at any time bc of health issues and many other factors. I would never commit to forever with someone if I made it contingent on me always getting sex from them in a certain way and schedule. Can't control others bodies like that. And thru life's ups and downs if my man today could no longer orgasm I would still love on him and care for him even if he could…

Well if a woman is looking for perfectionism then that isn't a woman you want to be with anyway so just don't date that woman. There's tons of different women out there. But yes please don't try to date someone with standards like that. It'll be very painful.

I don't know how many he finds attractive, it certainly seems like men find more women attractive than women find men attractive so I'd assume a good many of them he would find attractive enough to sleep with.

I think women quit when issues cannot be resolved. Usually women request therapy. They communicate in multiple different ways if the relationship isn't working for them. Then they eventually leave when they don't feel heard. As I think anyone should, men included. Men deserve to feel happy in their relationships as well. Why is it a good thing that a man stay and be miserable? If a man is miserable with me the most loving thing to be done is set him free to not be stuck with someone who isn't ad…

If a guy got hit on by thousands of women what percentage would he say yes to? And if it's most of them then wouldn't that make him more of a whore than her?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/24 04:01 PM

What if the first one she thought she'd marry but then they weren't compatible etc. I mean. Sounds pretty selective. She could have just said yes to every guy who hit on her but obviously was vetting in this scenario and not just in it for sex

Just a thought tho... if a woman gets hit on thousands of times in a few years and only has sex with 30... then wouldn't that be saying she's actually very particular?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/24 03:51 PM

Sure. Either way it's a transaction and not as much a connection. Which is fine but don't expect a connection to be good years and years later if the relationship was based on transactions.

If it's passports there's a feeling that women in poor economic situations will feel pressured to have sex for the money brought. Which while many don't have a problem with sex work, we worry about these women being pushed into acts they do not want to do or that are unsafe just for the money out of desperation. As for other "cheats" if you are lying about significant values about yourself and not being straight up in order to get sex bc you think it's what the woman will want to hear we see tha…

Well I mean I think most men and women are average people so i dunno about that. I'm an average person and I'm with an average man monogamously right now so... and really why does it matter if women are happier or hnhappier in one type of situation? If they do go for wine and cats that's kinda up to them right? And I've been with several virgin men and it didn't really matter as long as they were into it and attentive and most were happy to be there and really took direction much better than exp…

Less people means resources aren't stretched as thin overall so I don't think we are having a mass extinction event for all of humanity. Even if only 50 percent of women had children it's still billions of humans all over the planet. And again, immigration from overpopulated areas to less populated ones also can help so bringing other people from overseas will help with that.

It'll be what it is. Women may just end up more single here. Whatever people do really isn't my business and kinda their own choice. If men want to marry women outside of our country that's not really a huge catastrophe... just the facts of choices.

Yes the cycle of abuse as well. Plus outside pressure telling her to stay bc he never shows that side around others.. I am aware of all that. I was curious to your sources for what you originally said. And cool. Sounds interesting.

Fair enough. See we also have started having sex and then vetting. But then men get upset we've already had sex and done that a few times bc we now are too "used" ... like I usually have sex early on to see if physical compatibility is there bc I want to know that a lot. But the only way I'm able to do that is by not caring if some guys think I'm too experienced after all that. So I think a lot of women are actually taking this male approach now and it's working pretty well to narrow down the wo…

Oh our intuition is just noticing patterns. It's not some special woman thing. We pick up on patterns of behavior. Which is why us getting experience with many different men will help us pick up on patterns that are healthy for us or not and we can identify them earlier and earlier. As a younger woman in early 20s we don't have near enough life experience to do that accurately And we can usually tell when someone is being nice just to get something. But we cannot tell if someone flat out lies ab…

Interesting theory. As far as I'm aware as a woman herself we do not like being abused. So I'm just wondering which women have told you they enjoy that for your information you are sharing? Cause I just don't see it in any of my conversations with women about it. Is this something they are telling you or that you just believe? Cause my dad always said consider the source for opinions and I'd be wanting to get a source who was a woman for this type of assertion.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/24 05:18 AM

Right. So we have sex with someone who says all the right things. Then as you said the best of men is supposed to come after. But then it doesn't and then other men call women used up or sluts who didn't choose well... and then we get wiser and stop letting men have access and then men say our standards are too high. So it's a no win situation for anyone. I have a radical thought. Why not see women who have had sex as well experienced and therefore better at it and not be so concerned with findi…

Also missing a key element which is many of these fuckboys will lie and act like that's what they want until they get what they actually want. Men will lie to get sex. Obviously. So many women will fall for it early in their life until they are experienced enough not to fall for it anymore. Women cannot read men's minds and many want to believe that what they are saying is true. Which is understandable too bc we want to believe the best of other people. Just a thought here... women aren't being …

Ummm. Okay. I am not even sure what you mean about wokeness. I just try to use the golden rule. And I wouldn't want someone commenting meanly about my body so I don't do that to other people. Most religions beliefs have a creed like that. Both Eastern and western religions. So... it's not about policing anyone. This is kinda what I mean tho. Why does it bother YOU so much when someone else is proud of how fat they are? And you don't even know that they are proud as much as just hot (summer sucks right now)... like if I see someone showing a lot of skin and think they are unattractive I just don't look at them if I don't like to? Why call them shameful or gross? What does that do other than Hurt people? Why is it a choice to hurt when the choice to not is just as easy to do?

Okay well ... a relationship will cause pain too so maybe you're just a loner. Which is fine. I've gone thru loner phases when I didn't want pain from people.

I'd argue that there was harmony for men. But for women? They had to be with a man for survival bc of laws and policies literally refusing to let them hold jobs, property, or bank accounts... forcing a woman to be with any man just for her survival for basic needs is not exactly harmony... it's forced proximity.

You go do something YOU like. And you meet people who have the same interests. If I were looking to meet a man now I'd be looking at libraries or book stores bc I like books, I'd look at places I already like to be. And I'd be looking for a person with a shared interests as a friend. Then if there's an attraction maybe pursue that. But I just wouldn't be looking for man to date. Just a person with a shared interest to discuss that with. If also there's a deeper attraction cool. But I just wouldn…

I don’t think rate of masturbation would have any actual relation to how you do with women. I’m assuming with flirting with them not actually in bed? Obviously if you jerk off too much you may not take time enough in between to do it again with a woman and also you could develop death grip (google this if you don’t know what it is). But I’m terms of talking to a woman … just talk to her. Like find out about her. See if you like who she is. Women just want to be seen as interesting people to some…

Definitely ask her name. Tell her your new trying to get to know people. Introduce yourself and put out your hand and give a true friendly firm handshake. whatever that hour class you are in with her comment on how does she like it or whatever. That should start a convo with something in common. And since you’re new ask about the town etc. where to go and hang out especially during Covid etc. you can def bond on how shitty that’s been.

Just say afterwards you didn’t feel a connection but appreciate them meeting with you. Most women would prefer knowing we just don’t have a connection from their end.
