So here's how I conquered it (mostly) First you can purchase something called Phenibut. Phenibut is a safe anti anxiety medication many PUAs use to increase their sociability - I can attest to this working. But the above can only be used sparingly (special events/dates etc) But for long term you need to learn self talk. Usually when you're being over analytical your mind is racing with obtrusive thoughts. Its trying to make you analyse the world, best outcomes and what to say next in conversatio…

Yeah exactly that, they lack the experience to pull it off. It comes across as insecure and avoidant.

Im going to go against the grain here, as a lot of people see this as a 1D thing. E.g. Any attempt to improve her image is an attempt to improve her SMV and branch swing. Women are self conscious about everything. Most girls who have small tits want a Tit job. They're unhappy until this changes. You can't say anything that will change that view of herself as she's likely connected a titjob with her happiness. She's not going from an A to an F - that would be attention seeking. She's going from a…

Just call it out " are you bragplaining again?" - "I think you areeee" in a mocking tone. (A bragplain is where someone complains but it's actually a brag)

No humans will become the new slave class. With the rise of AI and robots, millions of joy billions of people will be put out of work. With the gap between the 1% -99% increasing I.e. Asset owners and none asset owners. Voters will pick a more socialist party accepting a minimum wage to stop them from rioting. If you want to gain bank in this, leverage your career in the direction of robots. Purchase shares in robotic companies etc

Join the rugby team, even if you've never played. This is the closest you will get to "Greek life". There's a huge social scene attached to the rugby team and you have exclusive access to the girls in the other sports teams. They'll push you in the gym, push you socially, probably strip you naked at some point (so yup you get comfortable with that). You go on sports tour which is a holiday once a year with other university's lots of drink and lots of squirting. You'll always have people who have …

Weird tip. Make sure you go arse to grass when squatting, no box squat shit. Once you start doing that you'll feel a noticeable increase in your test the next day.

Valid point - however let's not forget the parents involved in this shamble. Whilst learning "scripts" comes from life experiences. Media consumption is seen as a secondary enforcer, with parental guidance/friendships viewed as the strongest enforcer. We've also lost key areas of development that force boys to mature into men. There's literally no antagonists in society that pre select strongly for boys to become men. E.g. War, work from a young age, forced conflict sports.

Persuasion: rule one, never outright tell the person what you want them to do unless you have leverage. They'll drag their heels otherwise. You've got to lead them there and make them think it's their idea. Kind of like in the film inception, where they plant the idea and let it grow. Dread to the max. Start commenting on hot women and be specific about what makes you attracted to them. If she thinks she's gonna loose you, she'll get herself there.

I'll agree and say that focusing on your "mission" can result in you loosing your social skills and damaging relationships. However it's part of the process. It's the price you pay for a couple of years. And to be completely honest, you'll probably lose touch of the friends you have "before you made it" and gain new friends who have done something similar to yourself. And I'm not saying that's a bad thing, it's just the price you pay.

I wouldn't say that's being insecure, quite the opposite. Once you have any taste of success, you're rewarded internally. It then compounds into confidence within that area and other similar areas. Knowing that confidence comes from experience. You can deduce that more (positive) experience = more confidence. So you can "hack" your confidence in that way.

Confidence is almost always knowing what to do, which stems from experience. In a study (forgive me for the lack of reference) on good/bad managers they found those that those best at their jobs where deemed confident. The confident managers where not the ones that had the "better education" but those that has the most real world experience. It was concluded that with managers at least, confidence is closely related with experience.

I get the whole message you're trying to deliver. Don't let your self -esteem/identity be connected to superficial objects. It's a strong message. But to define Narcissism as the way you have done so, is misinformed. To suggest that it's a black and white as you're either Narcissistic or have high self esteem is the issue. Narcissism and self-esteem cannot co-exist. Narcissism is a psychiatric disorder, where a Narcissist may purchase something closely entwined with their ego. They're also just …

I had an ex that tried to do it to me. I knocked her off top, pinned her down and pulled out some "surprise" bed straps. She loved it, it's always a test.

Your brain thinks in various lengths of waves. Hence "brain wave" . Alpha, theta, beta and delta. One of them is suited to studying and focus, by listening to binaural beats you force your brain into a suited wave. The result is it increases your concentration. It's a type of white noise which blocks out any disturbances and allows you to focus your full attention on the task at hand.

Hey man, i hope you're ok. The fact that you're messaging asking for help shows to us all that you don't want to go through with this, but you feel that it's the only way out. So first it's great you're seeking a solution and I hope I can offer some guidance to you. (Some context on who I am) I'm in my mid twenties, reasonably successful and heading in the right direction (it's not easy though). My background is in Psychology, I've provided counselling before and at one stage in my life I also c…

You can use it on its own, but it's suggested to take T. Also a pct and a liver detoxifier are essential. Please do research before indulging with it

Definitely. modafinil + listening to binaural beats = ultra focus. If you have 60 days until your exams but you're only focused collectively for 15 days. You only achieve 15 days work of revision. If you take modafinil and are focused for more of those 60 days, you've just gained yourself more focused revision time. Worth every penny.

Very good point. I agree that using supplements, be that steroids or nootropics can fuck up your learning curve. Shortcuts increase your time to learn new skills but you will avoid the pain, discomfort and growth. Arguably the essentials. And to that I can only say "you reap what you sow". But it's with this understanding that really matters. If you use a supplement to pass a shitty exam to get a job, it's worth it. If you use a supplement to do a job or look a certain way, then you're destined t…

I'm far from dependent and I believe a timescale would be useful. Modafinil I would take only around exams (30 tablets over 120 days) Phenibut ( as and when : 8 times a year) Anavar (6-8 weeks per year). In a year I will be using some supplement on average 1/5 of that time. Here's the thing, i could easily achieve what I have naturally. It would just take an extra couple of years, how many years do you want to trade to get to where you want to be ?

Great overview, I owe my success to Nootropics. I first learned of modafinil when reading an article about Oxford students. They were using it to deal with their workload and increase their grades. Being a student with a low attention span and high aspirations, naturally I invested in them. To give you an idea my studying time went from 45 minute bursts to 7 hour marathons. My grades reflected this. I understood my weaknesses and self medicated. In my exams I realised certain topics would come u…

The distinction is one helps to create money for the organisation, the other reduces potential losses e.g. accounting/lawyer however it's not a perfect rule as some lawyers/accountants can also generate income. I agree that this full guide wouldn't suit a tradesman and would be a tad bit excessive. With tradesmen it's more about the person themselves and their likability.

Encourage her to travel but subtly remind her that life will move on when she's gone. By doing so you never restrained her and she knows you will not be waiting for her when she gets back. Solid dread and abundance. Just be prepared to follow through if it happens.

Move TRP philosophy aside from this one, this isn't oneitis, this is grief. To tackle grief you need to understand it yourself. So look into it. One of the reasons you can't let go is because you felt there are things that needed to be said. Emotional conversations that you currently want to have with this person. It's completely normal. So write a letter from your perspective to her and be as descriptive as possible. Live out the relationship you shared with her through the letter. Then write a…

Id personally stay(or change jobs), put travel off for a couple of years. Work whilst you have the most energy, wait until a financial downturn. Get the experience under your belt whilst your friends and competitors are taking it easy. Do the opposite. A benefit of going at a later time is your SMV will naturally be higher than the men that travel at your age. Also no one talks about when you comeback and your seen as a "flight risk".

I agree, to summarise your comment and put it in another light. TRP = Marketing -look how shiny this Man is, I want him now. My friends will be super jealous. Sales = PUA - I didn't know he existed and wouldn't of went looking for him. He's made me feel aroused, I guess I'll buy him. Without a combination of both your product will never meet it's full potential. With marketing you can get people interested but it doesn't mean you'll close. With Sales you can change people's opinions but they'll …

From reading how you write, I can understand a few things about you. 1st you give way too many fucks about what other people think. As you internally think in this manner it will be displayed in how you communicate with others around you. Second you're selfish (not always bad), " I did this", "I did that","why won't they listen to me","me me me". No one cares about you or owes you anything. Think about others. Other peoples needs. What do they want and how can YOU help them ? Sometimes all peopl…
