So was I. I was hated because I was, for lack of a better term, a square. I wasn't good at anything cool and didn't particularly want to be. I am a woman and the amount of times I want to smack these people for being straight up man haters (knowing full well it wouldn't fly if men tried to do the same) and doing everything they can to make what is generally a men's hobby into a cesspool of cancerous backstabbing feminist cattiness is beyond counting at this point. Sorry for ranting, it just REAL…

This actually winds me up so much. I've always been into nerd culture and more nerd-y things (as a general rule) but you find the community filling more and more with girls like this who also peddle a feminist agenda and it seeps into the actual games/movies/shows themselves and as a consequence pretty much makes them unenjoyable at best, straight cancerous at worst. It legitimately makes me feel like just giving up, everything I enjoy ends up getting shit on in order to appease people who aren'…

They run however they're programmed to, just like a feminist following the "logic" in their echo chamber.

Just saw this on the local news. I was both annoyed and not all that surprised. I don't see how anyone with any common sense could possibly justify this, these men are being milked for all they're worth for no reason at all besides greed and narcissism. The kicker? When they got out of court one of them exclaimed "it's a good day for women." As if this was a justice to a woman that was being dealt an injustice in the first place. I'd like to see where.

Of course they will, and they'll probably say that Aerith's death at the hands of Sephiroth is a sign of patriarchal culture excusing the abuse of women or some shit like that.

I feel the same way, I hate the fact that feminism has decided to leak it's toxicity into the gaming industry. Gaming was a perfect medium without the feminist BS, it didn't need "fixing" it didn't need any politics thrown into it but it has and modern video game quality has suffered because of it. I was so excited when I heard about the FF VII remake was announced I seriously had to choke back tears. I don't care how ridiculous it is, that game was my childhood, lonely as it was, and will conti…

Same here! I'm glad something like this is getting more advertising space. Plus their offices are close to where I live so there's that which is a bonus lol

UK based here. It doesn't seem to be a front, more a charity that genuinely wants to change the way men are seen in the UK. I'd be more than glad to support it myself, I've seen their boards around London. Unfortunately, charities like these don't get much advertising time comapred to others that deal with mental health.

Saw this reported on last night's BBC news. My nan went on a rampage about how she hates the guy now and "there's no smoke without fire." I told her "there is when pound signs are involved." That's honestly what this boils down to, this woman is anonymously hiding whilst she names and shames some of the richest and most powerful people in society and people think that it's all fair and square because feels > reals. If it were fair, she'd be named too so that she'd have to deal with the shame of …

Well I'm hugely into archery, so when all is said and done for the day I take my hunting bow and shoot instinctive style. I get bored if I'm not doing something.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
