You can feel that way, but don’t fucking do it. Trust me, those feelings will come and go for a while but on the other side I will guarantee you that life will be better once all the bullshit is over. Start taking care of yourself, join a gym and start working out. Get out and start doing things you used to enjoy, but told yourself you don’t have time for anymore. Same old story…sounds very similar to my experience. I honestly think some of them start on “the change” and it’s like a switch goes off and all the problems in their lives can somehow trace back to being our fault.

Right there with you. She started on a “spiritual journey” a couple years ago and decided I was something that didn’t fit what she wanted in her new life anymore. Suddenly everything she didn’t like about herself and her life was somehow my fault after 25 years.
