I graduated high school last year at 109lbs, a year later I'm right around 150-155lbs. My arms look 😍 but I'm getting a little gut lol, trying to cut it down a little then bulk a bit cleaner. Keep at it brother. For a while I just dicked around on the machines until I finally just walked up to the biggest guy in our college gym and asked for help. Managed to get a whole group of friends from it.

Had a fairly successful bulk coming from being skinny and 109lbs. Put on a bit if fat tho which is new to me. This will definitely help in cutting some of it thanks!

Setting was university, today was the first spring weather day in months so everyone was outside being social. I goofed cause when she was sitting with her sorority and left, I could have caught her alone but pussied out. Ironically enough I got a 5/6s number not even an hour later and barely even tried. I'll work on it and try again 👍🏾

Had the opportunity to talk to a solid 9 but goofed it. I've been lifting and working on myself and while my confidence has risen I'm still intimidated by 9s and 10s. Any advice from rp veterans?

Statistically yes, you are correct. But Canada has just as much guns as the U.S and their gun violence is no where near ours. Obviously there's some sort of problem

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
