However, all things considered, I think social classes should be taken into consideration with admission into Colleges/Universities. Poverty is difficult on everybody and it certainly isn't racist. As many of us around here are aware our education system isn't exactly the best, and children growing up in urban areas suffer from funds being cut and redirected towards higher performing and charter schools.

I would suggest that you ask to be a part of the editing process, and to see the "final" cut before they officially turn it in. Judging by the way these questions are formed I'm skeptical, and am going to assume that they're trying "framing" and "priming" tactics often employed by the media (which is to get their audience to draw a certain conclusion, often achieved with questionable statistics or limited perspectives representing the issues, without outright saying it.)

Ironically enough, I was once kicked out of a Journalist Ethics course for attempting to correct my professor when he started telling the women in my class that 25% of them would be raped by the time they graduated. I don't like the implication that women are charged the same as men in the criminal justice system. Also, I find it incredibly insulting that they suggested that he may be "slow." So, we agree that male minorities are screwed when it comes to their court dates, and men as a whole are worse off than women? I'm not arguing this at all... I realize that on average a man will get 60% more time than a woman for the same crime, and that women are twice as likely to get off without serving any jail-time at all.
