Don't know about Canada but at least in Nevada I know they get away with it by labeling them performers or some such. Though I do have to agree with another commentor that high heels in a restaurant sounds super dangerous.

This is hypocritical and all but I'm honestly more angry at the news organization. They seriously state they aren't publishing the name because no charges have been filed and then proceed to give her screen name so anyone can find her anyways. You must have missed my updated comment since your comment came in seconds after I updated mine. I'm not scapegoating because they are considered left. I used communism because it was the first thing that came to my head when I tried to think of an ism that was a great idea, which honestly speaking I think communism could have been, but failed horribly when put into practice. That is all. I don't have any deep ulterior motive.

No. It is an oversimplification of the ideal of social and financial equality creating a classless society who are paid based on their needs and as such I will continue to use it this way. Though I guess I should have just used the actual definition rather than a simplification of one.

I hate when people use the dictionary to define something even though it has little basis in reality.
