Consider your kids and as a result yourself lucky. My divorce ain't even done yet but my ex couldn't wait to not be a mother. Thanks for reading my lengthy post, sharing your situation and giving advice on every category. Seems like we are in similar situation except that my wife is crazy enough without drugs and she ain't even the "friend" parent. I think you are right and I'll start looking for a lawyer. Unlike her, I have kept my mouth shut. Actually life got so crazy and I was so busy between work, kids and my own depressed brain that I've gotten pretty isolated. Unfortunately my kids are the only real wittnesses to all this. I have to see if they can be asked about it as much as I hate to put them through that I don't see any other way as far as witnesses go. Thank you

Thank you for the advice. I have recorded all phone conversations and have all the texts. Also recorded her once when in conversation she was making threats on our kids when she was trying to act like she is too crazy to be messed with.
