1	Do you guys deny being misogynists or do you embrace it? Words have different meanings in different contexts. What seems like misogyny to an outsider is often not intended that way, nor recieved that way by an insider. Every subculture is filled with exclusionary jargon. The Red Pill is no exception. I was referring to the direct financial risk of the policies written and reserves posted and stuff: you get paid to (prudently and intelligently and legally) gamble with other people's money. It ain't like other jobs, though: you get kicked into a little elite club/cult where people making $250k+bonus will help and encourage your 22 year old ass to build your skills and broaden your knowledge. Other than that: specialize. I mostly do databases and automated reports because that's what i like. You could build business acumen and work closely with the underwriters or suits, or get strong in IT and manage the interface between actuaries and data systems. Actuaries have their own long chain of difficult exams; pass those and you're golden (usually takes about 4 under your belt to get an entry-level job, and you'll get a raise/bonus/promotion for each subsequent passed exam). 2	How do you maintain frame during bad days (for those who have depression)? Depression is vague. Don't use the word, for starters. Anxious isn't much better. Be a man, use your own damn words for how you feel. Craft new expressions when old ones go stale.
